I just wanted to post in reply to previous review regarding the Doordash delivery. I have been a customer of this salon since it opened. I have never seen the owner be rude to employees or customers. As far as the food delivery, the address was the actual address of the salon. The driver did try the number that was listed on the order and it was a none working number

Anna was very good at her job. But they quoted me and my daughter $40 for dipped nails. I asked if they do nail art, and they said yes. They never mentioned they charge for it. So my bill sticker shocked me when she told me $101 🤔. I paid it, didnt fuss about it. But if people read reviews before they go to a company, be aware of hidden prices not spoke of til you pay.

I went today to get my nails done, when I told her what I wanted she seemed like she didn’t want to do them. I was supposed to get a manicure, she didn’t do anything to my nails but paint them. And the paint job is horrible. She slapped on the polish in 3 mins. Didn’t get my cuticles pushed down, nor did she clean up the skin up. She went straight in with nail polish and was done it 3 mins. Also waited over an hour and a half, for a 3 min job that should have took way longer if she would have done an actual manicure. Highly upset

I had a pedicure done by the owner and she made my toes bleed. It was very painful and I asked her to please stop. My daughter was with me and just got finished with getting her pedicure done. As my daughter went to put on her flip flops, the owner screamed get out of my business right now. She got upset because my daughter would not put on the flip flops that they provided. I would not recommend doing business here. Very rude and also caused myself a lot of pain while getting the pedicure. Very unsanitary with causing blood to go everywhere. The better business Bureau will be called.

I love the people who work there they are super gentle and they are fast but not like a chop shop where they cut u like other places I love coming to this place due the fact they are just amazing and wide range of colors to chose from will def be going back every 2/3 weeks for my fills ♥️

The woman (linda) was kinda rude got pretty fed up because she pretty much whispered the whole time and i couldnt hear her all she did was trim my cuticles and buff my nails she didnt file them down or anything she literally wiped her nose with her hand then grabbed mine with it the polish wasnt put on properly my fingers were very dried out at the end of it it was NOT worth the money dont waste your time here

Tried dip for the first time. The owner did my nails and was VERY rough. He even cut me!!!!! Three nails peeled within a week. I went back to ask them to fix it and the owner replaced the top coat. IT CHIPPED THE NEXT DAY! Never again! As much as I paid this should have lasted longer. I wish I had read the reviews bc some people ended up with infections and had to go to the ER! Go somewhere else!!!!!!

I had went to get a set a few days ago and had broken a nail so i had went back. now i had two different techs so not everyone in the nail spa is bad at their job, but a young girl did my nail that had broke and it’s terrible. i’m very upset on how much she did not care on my service 🙄 definitely worth 5 dollars because now i have to go home and file it till it’s actually shaped

I’d say 2 out of 5 times they come out looking fine but after a week you start to realize how thick the dip is on your nails because it hurts a lot. I went back to have them fix it and they gave me a hard time about it but did somewhat fix it for free

Definitely aren’t honest in regards to pricing. $65 for a pedicure is ridiculous. I pay less at other places and they give you mimosas/a glass of wine. I wasn’t even offered a bottle of water. Based on the $45 deluxe pedicure price, I think they charged me $20 for gel polish application and I came in with bare toenails, there was no removal of previous application. Definitely won’t be back.

Nail so happy is a good name for this place! I am happy and content with my nails every time I go here. They are very good at what they do and they do it in a timely manner. lots of colors to choose from. I think Ill get a pedicure next time I go. Good job nail so happy

Love this place. Everyone is friendly and does a good job. I hadnt had my nails done in awhile, but a friend suggested I start back last November. I have had two great manicures and am planning to go back again. 😊

The girl that did my feet was on the phone the whole time and cut my toe which later started bleeding and swelling. Plus my nail polish started to chip less than 24 hours after having them done. When I called the person on the phone said “we don’t give money back but you can go to the ER“ I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!!

Nails So Happy always does an amazing job. I get pedicures, manicures and my nails gel dipped. I always leave happy. I just brought my son in with me today. He had a terrible ingrown toenail. They took care of it quickly and he is now pain free.

When I say one of the upsetting nail care experiences Ive ever received for my daughter!!! First of all the nail tech that did my daughters nails clearly didnt know how to do a gel filled-in. As she drilled off the polish she cut my daughter several times and cut off the oval shape nails she already had. She polished her skin and cuticles and didnt clean it off. The square shape she tried to create was HORRIBLE!!!! THE PRIMER BURNT MY DAUGHTERS SKIN! And we were charged $40!!!!Please do yourself a favor and DONT VISIT THIS LOCATION!2 days after:The gel polish is pulled off and my daughter has cuticle cuts. Therefore she cant get her nails done for awhile. Her skin has to heal. I am beyond in awe about my daughters experience.I would have truly appreciated if the manager (that was on duty) would have done or had someone else to do my daughters nails instead of allowing this lady to experiment on my daughter. This is beyond unacceptable!!!

The staff are always friendly and I enjoy the atmosphere. They do a great job on Mani/Pedi’s. Their prices are very reasonable. They are the only nail salon I have been going to for over 5 years.

Horrible! I went the week before my wedding just to keep my cuticles in shape and she almost massacred my nails. I had them remove my color and I left even without a clear coat because I was afraid to sit there any longer. She took a blade underneath my nails and cut one. Go anywhere but here.

I got a pedicure and gel manicure a week ago. I was burned by the lady with the bag of paraffin wax and then the lady doing my manicure cut my cuticle so far it bled and bled . But the real reason I wont go back is my gel polish started cracking the very next day and exactly 7 days later 4 of my nails have half or no polish at all. For as expensive as gel polish is I expect it to last longer than a few days. I will never go back to this place. What a waste of money.

I went there with my mom last Saturday, I was really looking forward to spending time with her since she lives out of state. The nail tech that did her nails was very rough and left her bleeding, which I know that can happen but she regularly gets her nails done so I dont believe this shouldve been an issue. I had a hand injury so this was my first time getting my nails done in awhile. The ONLY thing the lady said to me was a comment about how I havent had my nails one in a long time. I try not to judge people by their tone of voice but this came off as extremely rude. She also did not trim my nails, they are all different lengths. It looks extremely tacky and if I was in this profession I would be embarrassed to let someone leave with their nails looking like this. I got the gel polish done, which Ive done so many other times at other establishments. Two of my nails have already started to come off. In my previous experience with gel this has never happened. Overall I am not pleased with the outcome and will never go back. Nothing about the experience made up for the rude behavior of the techs and the unprofessional job that was done.

Very bad experience. I got my nails fixed Saturday and paid 63.00 plus a tip. Here is Wednesday and three of them have already came off.NOT HAPPY at ALL first time there and the only reason i am going back is to have them correct them because they wont refund me my money then i will never go back.

Nice clean facility. Awesome employees. A little small but I feel cozy when I got my nails done. she took her time & the outcome of my nails were fantastic. I would go back again 😁

I went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. After it was all said and done Linda( one of the nail techs) quoted me a price that was way above what the booklet said they charge. She charged me for random things like a cut down that are included in a manicure. Overall, I think that Linda is not honest and is trying to pocket some extra cash.

The man doing my nails was very unfriendly and didn’t really ask or listen to what I wanted. I’m generally easy to please, but I don’t like huge, long square nails. But he didn’t care. Also, it seems very unsanitary. Everything was covered in dust and grime. He pulled out a used file, which is kinda gross. I got a dip powder mani and he dipped my finger directly into the full jar of powder, instead of putting a little in a separate bowl. Just seemed really careless.

The worst experience in ALL my spa visiting years. Overcharged by quite a bit based on the prices they have listed. The pedicure was bad but the dip manicure was even worse. Nails were not filed well at all...ends were all uneven...and sides were wide and the dip did not go anywhere near as close as it should have to my cuticle...they stand up and they start up the nailed so there is a huge ditch between where my nail starts and where dip overlay starts..A lumpy bumpy horrid looking expensive train wreck. The technician, Linda, could not even answer my question as to why she charged what she did. I tried to talk to someone above her but all of a sudden she did not speak or understand a word....clearly some trickery because she spoke it with very little difficulty up to that point...I am 57 yrs old and I have had the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to nail techs and salons. This was absolutely the worst. I felt like I had been robbed.....I wish I could give a negative 50 stars and even then it would not be low enough. I just wanted to cry and I still want to... honestly.

I have been a customer for several years at this nail salon. Linda & her team are amazing and they care so much about their customers. They just put in brand new massage chairs & tables. The salon looks great....go check them out!

I have gone here before, it was an extremely busy Sunday afternoon. I was not happy with my experience or results. I decided to give them a second chance and was happy I did. Today was a relaxing experience with brand new massage chairs. I was very pleased and felt a good job was done. Don’t go by the poor reviews, give them a chance.

This place has never been a go to but today made my mind up. I won’t be back. The man would not listen to what I wanted done after I told him multiple times. He kept asking if I was single and if I had single friends. And worst of all my nails weren’t what I wanted. It was my fault for not going to where I normally go. Anyways, VIP nails in Smyrna is the way to go!!

My manicure looks pretty good (other than my thumbnails) but my nail tech had a terrible attitude w me. He basically brushed off everything I said at the beginning of the manicure, didn’t ask me almost any questions, and then got mad at me when I would tell him what I wanted. For instance, my mom was with me and I was telling her how I wanted flat tips instead of pointed like I had before. He immediately started giving me square tips without asking what shape I wanted (coffin) and got frustrated when I corrected him. I also told him at the beginning of the manicure I wanted holographic powder on my ring finger, he said “we’ll get to that later”, and then when I brought it up towards the end, he looked at me and said “you need to tell your nail tech everything you want at the beginning of the manicure.” Well sir, maybe you should have stopped looking at your fantasy football game on your phone for 5 seconds to ask the client what they want. I’ll stick the the Lascassas location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There are much better and friendlier places to get your nails done. I left with glue all down my nails and little beads of gel under my nails and on my skin. The guy that did my nails was unresponsive to anything I said. When I asked to go shorted he took like 1/2 cm off. If I wasnt in a rush I wouldnt have wasted my time there. Definitely not worth the $40 especially since I had to give myself a hand massage....smh. Dont waste your time or money. They made me mad last time I went in definitely will not be going back.

Poor service. All I wanted was a basic manicure, shape my nails, and clear polish. Shotty job shaping my nails, pitiful polish application, and unfriendly. I was also asked to pay before she finished and I wasn’t pleased at that point but what could I do? My daughter got a pedicure at the same time and had an ok experience. I told her not to ever go back though. Save yourself time and money, go somewhere else!

The girl doing my daughters nails sat in front of us and ordered lunch before starting. I slept for the deluxe pedicure, and the person doing my nails didnt know how to do it. I had to wait for someone who knew how to do it to finish eating lunch.

I went into this Nails So Happy location on 9/30/16 asking for a simple top matte coat on my gel nails. After I entered the establishment, I asked how long the wait would be for a top coat (that was only going to take about 2 minutes to complete) and they told me it would be about 10 minutes. After waiting about 4-5 minutes, one of the male employees approached me with a bottle of gel polish and told me to PAINT MY OWN NAILS!!!! He literally told me to PAINT MY OWN NAILS. That is like going to a hair salon and them telling you to cut your own hair. I WENT TO THIS NAIL SHOP FOR A SERVICE AND WAS TOLD TO PAINT MY OWN NAILS. After the employee walked away from me, I proceeded to set the bottle of polish down and leave the store. I am appalled that you would have such terrible service.

I called to ask what time they closed. Employee said 6... Cool I thought. I arrived at 5:40pm employee didnt greet me or even ask what I needed, as he was doing another clients nails, says we are closed. I said the door and your employee said 6. He said we need time to clean. Sorry! I was about to spend $50 in services and was turned away for no reason. PATHETIC!

I came here thinking that I was going to get maybe not a great set but a decent set of dip powder nails. And what I got was far worse. I have never not liked my nails so much. I don’t know that I will ever go back here even to fix what happened. I have dip powder on my skin my nails are crooked there are little dots in my color. I am Not happy at all. The guy that did my nails was a very friendly and very nice but even if you are nice I still expect a decent service this was horrible.

It was pretty crowded when I came in, but they were very efficient and I was in and out in no time. Very kind and talkative. Made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I will be going back for sure!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I walked in and was not greeted or spoken to for 10 minutes. When I was placed in the pedicure chair I was left for another 30 minutes without any water in the foot bath. I had to ask someone to add the water for me! They left another woman sitting with a nail soak and started a full pedicure with a new client. They did not offer me or anyone else something to drink and they had golf playing on both TVs. I was more stressed when I left than when I arrived. Worst service ever!

I had a horrible experience here, I would not recommend it to ANYONE. All I asked for was to get my nail polish taken off, while I was getting it done, they asked me to go ahead and pay, so I asked what the total was and she said $43. I said “ you are gonna charge me $43 to get polish taken off?” After she got done taking my polish off, she starts putting a clear coat on, not understanding that I told her I didn’t want polish. Then she picks up a blue color and says “this one?” “No”, I said, “I was trying to tell you before that I didn’t want polish.” So she looked over to her manager with an “oh crap” face and said something in Vietnamese that I assume meant “should I change the price???” And the manager said “no”, so here I am telling all of you that this place should not even be here and should be replaced with something that actually does some good work for our community. WASTE.

My service was very awkward. The man doing my nails barely said a word to me. He was also on his phone the whole time.Luckily my nails are fine but the customer service was terrible.Every single employee was on their phone the entire time and I felt like a burden being there. I will not be going back.

If I could rate BOTH LOCATIONS (here and on Lascassas) in the negatives, I would. Customer Service is 0. Was referred to by the color of my shirt. Was talked about repeatedly. Received a really bad gel set. The gel came off of my nails the very next day. My pedicure came off the day after. Only thing that was ok was how fast but then I guess that bits you in the butt. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! Overall experience was 2.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Walked in and the first impression was terrible. Lady was instantly rude when I couldnt hear her over her machine and mask (go figure), I asked her to repeat herself several times and she ended up screaming at me to pick a color. I said okay and she says (actually loud enough for me to hear!) Oh so you did hear that? I immediately left. I tried calling the manager to explain, to which he responded Its just the tone of her voice, she gets mad when people cant understand her. I told him he needed a new front desk person then if they expect that lady to be rude to their customers. Didnt even get to finish my sentence before he hung up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY RUDE, NOT WORTH THE MONEY

I could tell the woman wasnt happy we came in an hour before they closed. She doesnt seem to like kids either.

The price is good but you get what you pay for! They rushed, cut my big toe nail where it hurts to walk, left my pinky toe nail crusty (which is why I needed the pedi) and left polish on my skin. That was the first and last time Ill be going there. Now I have to go somewhere else to fix these issues. NOT IMPRESSED!!!

Nails so SAD! 5/29/16 Tried this place again and was once again disappointed. I honestly think that he filed my fingers as much as he did my nails. Got half a pedicure. Unfortunately our regular nail salon was closed for Memorial Day weekend and we didnt realize that. Next time well just wait.

I had a gift card that was given to me so I walked in for service. No one acknowledged that I was there for the longest so I just signed in and sat down. Finally someone asked me what I was there for and I stated a pedicure. He said ..go back to 9..I was like..Huh? He said it again pointing to the back. So I just started walking hoping someone would see me walking aimlessly. They didnt..so I counted the chairs and sat in the 9th one. Finally someone came over and turned on the water and left. So I figured I did something right. So I took off my shoes and put my feet in the water and it was HOT!!!! I cant tell you how hot it was. From that moment on it was a horrible visit with these folks. They were getting annoyed because I wouldnt put my feet in the HOT water. Finally it started cooling off and I put my feet in only for them to be taken out immediately to begin the process of the pedicure. So basically, no soaking time for me. Mind you, at this point, no hello, how are you? NOTHING. Just motions telling me what my next step was to do. I was even scolded for not being able to put my foot flat on the thingy for them to cut my nails. She kept saying...relax, relax..while gently slapping my foot in a downward point. I finally told her I had broken that foot/toes before so I wasnt able to do so. She was not happy about that at all. I even tried moving up my seat to help with the flat issue but it wouldnt go up any further, and because I didnt put the remote back in the holding spot she got up and slammed it in there. She said thats how they get broken is when people dont put them back where they go. I was like...Ok...this is getting too much. I didnt even use the stupid thing. I was way too stressed out and just wanted out of there asap! It was finally time for me to go to the dry area and I met a lady there that had been treated rudely by someone else doing her pedicure. Of course, at this point I was nervous about giving her the gift cert. because I just knew it would send her over the edge...I was right..She said it was time to pay and I took it out and when I gave it to her she let out this big SIGH.... for the whole world to hear and when she came back with the difference on another g card she pretty much threw it in my lap. Me and the other lady I had just me were like...Were out of here...and left. So end result is..Save yourself some worry, go somewhere else. TI can tell these folks have gone too long treating people like this and getting by with it. I cant stand to feel that way when treating myself and will save my money and time for some other place thats more friendly. Heck, even with just some common courtesy is better than the abuse given in doses at this place. I usually dont review but just felt I needed to to save others from experiencing what I did...Just go somewhere else!!

Took my daughters and before doing so, we asked for pricing, that said $25 for acrylic, so I said ok, after we came back, turns out it was $30 for the shaping, this would have been ok if they would have told us before hand.The way they do it, is while they are doing your nails, the start the shaping without consent, then that say is going to be $5 extra for the shaping, leaving you no room to deny since that already started filing the nails.This is called scam.I will repost this everywhere so people are aware of the way they do their business.

Horrible service. My husband booked me a mani/pedi for a mothers day present which I was really thrilled about it. The second I walked in I felt a unwelcomed vibe.. the guy that did my mani/pedi did it so rush like.. barley even acknowledged me.. was more interested about his phone. Oh and didnt even say bye thank you nothing. I had to ask him if he needed anything else and told him thank you. I understand that it was busy but that is ridiculous. If you want business or customers to come back at least make it a good experience. Oh yea.. top it off my nail polished starting chipping/ coming off that night and even more the next day.
