Jennifer is a very articulate stylist. After talking with you on your expectations she gets the job done! She stays up to date on all new styles and colors also. Very affordable and pleasing to be around. Makes you feel very appreciated.

Salons by jc offers everything in the beauty industry. Everyone does an outstanding job! The atmosphere is so homey I would recommend to anyone wanting a service done! Water machine and vending machine is a great amenity for those lengthy services.

LUNA INKS - WARNING!!!!BEWARE!!!!IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD!!!Luna Inks was commissioned to create a portrait animation. I had to venmo her the entire payment first before she started and then I sent a picture. She never consulted with me about what it is I wanted besides just giving her the one picture. She said she would have a sketch to me in a bit and a few days later I got the sketch and we started to collab on the details. However I always felt uneasy that it wasnt a free space where I could say what I wanted. She took my attention to detail as a criticism of her work. I respect artists, I am one myself but not in this form.This wasnt a freestyle this was an animation of a portrait. I saw an example of her work and thought it was good but in this industry with all the competition it doesnt matter if youre good it matters if you are also a decent person also. She judged me from the start and I felt uncomfortable and got a bad vibe but I was willing to give her the opportunity and see what she could do. There were a few things she didnt have quite right and a few things she refused to do so we were trying to settle on the final sketch. She said she would make the changes and send me the final sketch the next day. I summarized the three things to get the details right just so we were on the same page. She abruptly replied and refused my business and refunded me without explanation. I was shocked by this and I told her as such. I just explained I was trying to be helpful so that the final sketch was something we could both agree on. I said she had every right its her business but the client should be right and get what they pay for. She explained she was an artist paid to do a rendition however she wasnt even getting the sketch matching the picture that was supplied to her. I was just trying several different ways to explain how her sketch did not match the picture that I gave her and several times asked her to please refer to the picture if my text was unclear or misunderstood. She just still wasnt getting it right. She took this as a burden, not helpful and that I was criticizing her work. She didnt want my notes. She called me the client unprofessional, however I believe when I paid her she would do what it is that I wanted as the customer. She said that she was doing this in her spare time but she charged me $80 for her spare time. I would think if I was actually using this animation to get tattooed on my body that she would want it how I wanted it because it would be permanently on my body forever. Please warning when considering using this business. You wont get what you want youll get what she designs or nothing. She wished me good luck in finding someone to do this for me and minutes later I have already and they have been very professional and kind and understanding of what I want. Very glad that I am no longer doing business with Luna Inks. I totally believe things happen for a reason but dont let it happen to you to have to go through what I did with Luna Inks. There will be somebody out there that can do what you want and be a kind decent person to do business with better than her. I should have trusted my intuition but I thought Id give her a chance thats the type of person I am. Please dont do what I did. It will be a waste of your time.

WOW. she is one of the most amazing people & artists i have ever met. she deserves all the success coming her way!

Very modern, clean and trendy facility! I highly recommend Rhondas Salon. Rhonda is a hair color expert, and she is up on all of the cut styles and trends. Does amazing up-dos for formals! She works her own hours and works late on some evenings to accommodate folks who have to work all day. She has helped me locate other vendor services such as a nail salon inside the same building too. Great place!

I had a horrible experience with this lady yesterday evening she didn’t do a good job at all she was very unprofessional when I try to call her to see where the salon was located she giggled and paused which was very unprofessional and very childish on her part I spent almost $200 on my hair and it was unfinished I told her that I had to be at work tomorrow morning very early can we get it done before nine she said yes we can and she pretty much lied to me and we got done around 920 if you’re not able to do it in that timeframe you need to let your client know that she burned me with hot water while she was doing my hair never again or her salon suite name isMrs Reekas Spot.

I get my nails done at Inspire Nail Boutique which is one of the businesses within. Crystal is the owner and shes so knowledgeable about nails. Shes creative and does fantastic work.

Kudos to Elizabeth Stanley of Altered Salon, managed to work me in on short notice as I am staying with my husband at Trustpoint Rehab Center so limited time & dont know schedule until the day of therapy. Highly recommend Elizabeth, very sweet, very professional! Tell her I sent you!!

I love Cuticle Social here in Salons by JC!I did the regular manicure and water-less pedicure. Was a bit skeptical as I didnt know what to expect as I had never had a water-less pedi before; however, I LOVED it. Never even missed the water, as Dricka did a foot massage, exfoliated and used a hot towel with essential oils on my feet. The manicure was awesome as well. I will be back :)

This was a terrible experience. Although salons by JC is essentially an apartment complex for salon type businesses, the room that my hairstylist occupied was tiny, like a small bedroom and the fumes from when she colored my hair were so thick it was hard to breathe. In addition the lady who colored my hair (Dara) failed to adequately cover a huge swath and it was only too obvious although she was going to let me leave like that if I had not said anything. There was no sense of professional pride whatsoever and she kept trying to raise the price on me before she had even finished as though she knew that she had messed up and would have to redo the color. There was no apology either, even after I discovered that she had ruined my shirt with the dye. Furthermore, she continued to accept several other clients throughout the process, maybe if Dara had been paying more attention my experience wouldve been better. I will never go back and really regret going in there the one time.

I love Kelly, she works miracles with my hair and is a top notch professional and friend, its always a good experience and I really love the new salon at Salon by JC!! :)

If there was an option to put 0 stars i would. Room was small and the material used obviously contained chemicals because of the smell. Jasmine the person who did my hair didnt get us the results she promised. Also, she was very rude. Worst customer service ive ever received. The reception said they cant do anything about it, and thats just bad on the companies name. Would never go there again, and wouldnt recommend this place.

If I could rate lower I would. Genie ruined my hair and my friends hair. I paid $135 for almost blue highlights, singed baby hairs, burnt scalp, and a disaster for a haircut. It was so bad I was afraid to go back to get it fixed. Other stylists may be good but because of this experience I know I will definitely never be back.
