Most washing machines were not working and the money changer was out of coins again

The Coin Laundromat is always clean and the washer machines and dryers are in good working conditions.

The last three times we went here it’s gotten bad. The first time the coin machine only gave us $17.50 and we put in a $20. Two weeks later half the machines were broken. I put $6.00 in one and it wouldn’t start. Two weeks after that, 70% of the machines were broken. Several had notes on them that it looked like actual customers wrote. I found one large one without an out of order sign and another customer told me it was broken & had just taken her money. Found the last large machine and it didnt spin our clothes out. We had to wring out every piece outside - at least three loads of laundry it was such a large machine. Just rolling it to the door in the basket left buckets of water in the floor. We had to tell everyone to be careful as the floors are concrete. That was another $6.00 we lost there. We just wash there and dry our clothes at our apt complex. Three times now at 9 o’clock the cleaning people come in and one of them stares us down. The place is supposed to close at 10. The male cleaner is very nice and helpful. The woman is rude. She always comes in and tells us the place is closing in 20 minutes even though we have an hour. She shouldn’t get there so early if she doesn’t want to wait. Also, all the rubber flaps to every machine are disgusting and covered with mold. We went because of the convenient location but we wont be back and I heard other customers say the same thing.

The couple that owns it was extremely rude, kicked me and another couple out 30 mins before close. My clothes weren’t even dry. And they glared/stared at me until I got my wet clothes out of the building. So unbelievably rude
