I highly recommend their drop off laundry service!! We dropped off two large bags of clothes Friday evening and picked them up Sunday morning. They washed, dried, folded, and even organized them. Everything looks and smells great...and it really helped with our spring cleaning! I will definitely be using them again!!

This is the best laundro mat i have ever used. They care about customer satisfaction and my clothes smell better than anywhere. These people deserve a raise. I also had a problem with the coin changer and they where right here to help me with that. I left some clothes here on accident and were able to get them the next day. This is a great place.

Place isnt open when it said that it supposed to be, 7am till 10pm. Do they (owners) know that people drop a lot of money in these machines. I would want to make sure that my business was open on time (daily). Glad that this is the LAST time I have to come here, been waiting on a new washer being delivered this week.

Very clean and well kept and had a attended on duty

Washing machine and dryer worked well but it stole about $4.00 during the process. Called number posted and managment was rude and told me that someone would be there at sometime that day. Will not be returning. There are better places to do laundry in murfreesboro that dont take your money and if you have issues they try to fix it. So buyer beware of this place. Do yourself a favor and go to a different place.

When I first going to this laundromat, it was good and clean. Now it has become nothing. There is never water for the clothes to wash properly. And the usually come out wet. Explain this. I feel as if they do that to get more money. I usually spend 20 to 30 dollars there every weekend. Well there goes that revenue.

According to Google this place is open 24 hours. Ive been waiting since 6:30. Its now 7:30 and still not open. Thats False Advertising man! 😉

The amount of homeless or drug addicts that hang out in the laundry mat is dangerous and bad for business. I will not return i dont feel safe

I like doing my laundry here because its usually not very busy as long as you dont go during rush hours (after school is let out or the weekends, for example). The washers and dryers are cheaper than others I have seen around town, and they work well. The largest washer (which washes about 5-6 loads) is currently $8.75/wash. Its a pretty clean kept laundromat as well.Occasionally, you will have a machine that gets too full of quarters (usually the big washers), so you have to bang it gently to get the rest of your payment to fall. This is most likely on the weekends because of the amount of laundry people do+the coin pickup times.The place may be a little sketchy, particularly at night. There is a sign on the mens room door telling homeless not to sleep there and that there are cameras rolling 24/7. I dont go there if its too late at night. I havent been harassed, but sometimes people may ask for a few quarters, but it is actually for their laundry, not anything nefarious.There are no paper towels available, including in the bathroom, so if someone makes a mess, they might leave it until the manager comes to clean. It is usually very clean, however. I just use toilet paper to clean my spills up.They have some TVs up on the walls. They are usually tuned to Disney, a news channel or two, and sports or antique reality shows.You can purchase small laundry detergent and fabric softener from a vending machine there, and they have a snack vending machine, as well.Overall, Im pleased with this laundromat, but also have the luxury of going at a time when it isnt crowded.

Machines are so dirty. Dog hair etc in it. But raising the prices. And the lady sitting there playing on the damn phone. Insane.

You have to be careful what time you go there..!!! Very uncomfortable and almost scary when its filled with several homeless people. If youre a woman, be very careful.. Some random old dude asked for money and started talking uncomfortably flirty [ tryna be? But def gross in normal persons veiw] to me. Its just down right fing creepy to go there after dark or early in the morning. They need to do somthing about that!! Wish i could give it no stars.

Its always clean. I stopped using the ones along thewall. Theyve taken my 💰 and not givenme credit twice. Now the $6.75 washer went through 24Mon cycle my clothes are not everybody wet. But it is stuck on saying 1 min left so the door wont open. Ugh. They said someone is on the way. Lets see how long it takes and if theyre going to pay for thenew washer i now need to restart. Change machine didnt work. Washer would not give me coins back. I feel robbed. Go to duds s suds around corner. Everything works and someone on site to help.

Facility is clean, and equipment is in good working order. My biggest complaint is that their wi-fi hardly ever works. Probably 1 out of 10 times it actually works. The other issue with this place is late at night people will come in and ask for money, to use your phone etc... this has more to do with the location.

Coin machine inside took our $5.00 bill without giving coins back. There is no indication that the machine is out of order or out of coins. Also there is no number to call in cases such as mine. Such a disappointment. Hoping someone will check on us after reading this polite complaint.PS I was forced to give this place a star before I could post.
