Called Thursday morning for a Friday appointment. I asked what they had open and the lady told me anytime I wanted, so I booked an 11a appointment for 3 pedicures and 2 manicures. When we arrived at 11a another 11a manicure was just walking in as well. There were 4 techs all with people. They had 2 people getting manicures and 3 getting pedicures. At 11:30 we were still waiting and one of the pedicures was complaining her feet had been soaking so long her feet were wrinkly, she still didnt even have a tech working on here feet. At 11:40 they said we are ready for one pedicure, mean while the lady whoes feet were over soaked still had no one working on her. I let them know we couldnt stay as they were 40 min late starting our appointment and we had 5 services. We left and went to lunch and will never be going back. I understand being short staffed and having to wait, but this was just plain ignorance of how to properly schedule within your abilities. Nail Envy in North Conway is amazing and well worth the travel for an amazing experience! If you do choose to go to Bingo Nails be aware they over book and do not seem at all bothered they cant keep scheduled appointments. You will be waiting a very long time for spotty service.

They took us in super last minute but we had to wait a super long time. I understand not wanting to loose any business but they should have been honest with themselves about taking us in when they where clearly super packed. The man with the cargo shorts (Im sorry I forgot his name) hes the one who did my nails and he did an Amazing job. He deserves a raise and all the praise. I highly recommend him. He gets 5 stars.

I was very impressed by this place! I showed up last minute without an appointment hoping to get my nails painted for a fundraiser. I was immediately welcomed and fit in. The person who worked on my nails, I believe his name is Tony, did a very meticulous and detailed job. I was impressed by everyone’s friendliness and the soothing relaxing atmosphere of the place. They have a very good selection of choices as well. I would definitely go here again.

I lucked into having Jenni as my beautician and she gave me one of the best pedicures Ive ever had. I have a couple of problem toes and for the first time, I wasnt wincing in pain while someone tried to trim them. She did a really great job!

My daughter and I went to bingo to get manis and it was a fantastic experience. They took such good care of us and made sure that we were comfortable. They did my daughters nails very well and age appropriate.

Waited for over an hour after making an appointment the day before... they took walk-ins who came before us in. After I stood up and asked, I was was rudely told to “sit down and wait”. They are understaffed, and shouldn’t be making appointments that they cannot fill. Nails were ok, nothing wrong, just the wait time.

We walked into the other salon that my friend had recommended us to but they were too busy to take us so we came here instead, this place was empty with 3 workers sitting around on a Friday afternoon. The guy did such a horrible job all of my nails came out crooked and sloppy, he was rude and very unprofessional I asked him twice to fix them he told me that there’s nothing to be fix!!! By that time I needed to talked to the owner about my nails he told me that he’s the best one and the owner is horrible and told me to tip him don’t give it to her or she’ll take them from him. I’m very disappointed it’s was a nightmare

Great place. The ladies are inviting and fun and so friendly. We laughed and it was so calm. Definitely recommend it. We showed her pictures and our nails came out pretty close to the pic. Great job.

I was in Littleton to see family for the week and stopped in bingo nails for a gel pedicure, not only were they every accommodating, but their customer service was impeccable. I’m from New York and bingo nails delivered NYC Level service! They exceeded my expectations 10 times over with a wonderful stone massage and scrub and the price was unbeatable! I can’t wait to come back next summer, this will be my first stop!!

Get a manicure and pedicure as soon as you can, they will make your nails beautiful! Ruby and Jenny will take good care of you and you will get a wonderfulProduct that lasts!The pedicures are totally sanitary. None of those recirculating tubs that can trap germs, Bingo Nails uses a disposable tub for each customers feet. But you will not sacrafice luxury at all. You sit in wonderfully plush reclining chair, like you were in your living room at home. (With massaging back!)The staff is very friendly and attentive. You get wonderful pedicures and leg massages while we had pleasant conversation.Bingo does designs on toe nails too!My pedicure was still flawless after four weeks. I go back every two weeks to get a manicure but that’s because I get board of color: normal nail grow out. I absolutely recommend seeing Ruby & Jenny!

I had a 5 p.m. appointment. Never got Service until after 6 PM. The gentleman doing the pedicure was Extremely rough and was very painful at times.Within 2 hours my nail polish was already rubbing off. Extremely disappointing

My first and will be my last ! the guy who did my nails was horrible he didn’t even know what he was doing the whole time I was there. I would’ve done a better job myself never going back here again . Don’t recommend this place to anyone

They always do an excellent job with my daughters small nails and my workers feet. Very happy with their work.

They dont even do any sanitation at all so definitely not any extra for covid. My nails are crooked and me and my friend didnt want a design, and said so, and they gave us one anyway. Not worth the money when tip top nails down the road does a much better job, sanitizes properly, and is the same price you pay to take a chance getting a awful disease at Bingos.

Bingo is a wonderful place to get your nails done!!! I love going to see ruby... all I have to do is show her a picture of what I want and she does an amazing job! The salon is beautiful and very clean. I had a pedicure and was impressed they use liners in the baths. 😀💅🏻❤👍🏻

My sister and myself have been patrons since before Covid. The care of these warm exceptional providers was missed! So recently I got to pop in(as I often do) for a full and pedicure. I got a little deluxe package & for only a bit more I was pampered with a 4 step process just to smooth the feet and legs. Needless to say I left feeling silky, clean & ya know what? Ruby remembered us! HaThats right after months of being closed Miss Ruby welcomed me, asked about my sister (Who was not with me) and made sure my nail design was on point! A neccessarry needed reset, all with delicate hands & yes warm clean environment...Oh did I mention the massage chairs?😁🍒💅

They kept asking me to write good reviews for them. She tried too hardThe owner didn’t know what she was doing. Not only that she cut my skin to the point I I left in pain, I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20yrs I can tell that she was new at this. She was nice to me but her jobs wasn’t good enough.

I’m writing a review after my second and last visit ever. First time my nails came out horrible, they were so thick and uneven. But I was in a last minute pinch and in need of a full set and the other 2 places in town were booked as they ALWAYS are because they do an amazing job! So I called Bingo Nails and of course they could take me right in because the place was empty. The owner was on the phone and told me to take a seat at #6 so I sat waiting and finally Tammy came and sat down. She starts glueing the tips on and I tell her that one is crooked so she proceeds to tell me that once she puts the acrylic on that she can then file it and it will be okay. Nope not the case. The nail is still crooked and the rest of my nails look horrible. I wanted to cry because I should have known better not to go there after the first experience. $45 wasted!!! If I could add a picture to show just how horrible they look I would. Next time I’ll wait to get into TIP TOP. JIMMY AND STEPHANIE ARE AMAZING.

I have been to Bingo nails 3 times now each time for a pedicure. I have always had a great experience, the staff is kind the place is clean and relaxing. I have had my pedicure by 3 different people and they all were great! These negative reviews do not make sense to me at all. I hope people reading this gives them a chance. They are new in town and deserve a shot. Everytime I go in they are always engaging in conversation with me they all are so nice and each of my experiences have been enjoyable. I will be back!

Loved my first experience... however when I went back... totally disappointed! I made an appointment for 4 of us to have pedicures. When we got there, they had just started other people...it was 5:50....then they finished those people and another woman walked in and asked for a pedicure and they started her BEFORE the rest of us who had appointments were done. I will NOT return.

I’ve never been to a salon that did such horrible nails like this salon. The lady didn’t know how to shape or paint overall it was a nightmare, first time and will be my last.

Service was great and they all had a good attitude! Just wish the lady who did my nails would have paid more attention to the sharp and length of my nails. Some where longer and shorter and some where different shape.

The staff is great BUT..... their prices are very inconsistent. First visit i got a full set and a basic pedicure and they charged me $88. Second visit was a fill and basic pedicure and they charged me $95. I went tonight for a fill and basic pedicure and they charged me $90. ALSO dont bother making an appointment. I made an appointment for 530 for 2 of us and we had to wait 30 minutes past our appointment time before they took one of us.

Went with a friend for pedi’s. Had a great experience. Both Ruby & Andi did an awesome job. They were interactive and made our experience fun. Listened to our requests. Had the Deluxe pedi which left our feet soft and tension free! Clean atmosphere as well. Left very relaxed and satisfied. Highly recommend.

I decided to treat myself today and on a whim stopped in to this beautiful nail salon. I was immediately greeted and only had to wait a very short time. Ruby was so sweet and honestly it was the best pedicure that I have ever had. Everyone was friendly and interactive. I will for sure return for another mani/pedi.

The lady did my pedicure did not wash her tools and she cut me really bad, it’s still sore from last week.My sister got a full set her nails came out uneven and bleeding on both of thumbnails. I went in to checked out the new place with my mom. The woman looks familiar!? I remembered her from tip top she butchered my cuticles it got infected i had to took antibiotics for 1 month, she’s the reason why I don’t get pedicures anymore. Save yourself n don’t come here

Walked in on a Saturday the place was empty. I should’ve known better why The other salon was booked n this place was empty. Im in desperate need to get my nails donethe lady did a horrible on my nails they were crooked and the polish was sloppy . They used regular polish and told me it was gel so I had to pay more!! The other salon was booked until after New year ! Omg I should of listened to google reviews. The worst nail salon experience ever in my entire life . The woman did not know what she was doing, she hurt my skin when filling, the acrylic are crooked and the polish was bumpy. The other places was booked so I took my sister to bingo nails to get pedicures, the lady did my pedi used the same utensils on the client next to us ! she did not was or clean them after each clientz . Two of my toenails was infected so bad that I had to take antibiotics for a week, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF DONT COME HERE .

I hate writing bad reviews but this experience was horrible that i have to save others. I usually go to the other salon they were too busy so i had to come here, i live down the street fro this new place. im a licensed cosmetologist and have been since 2000, the male employee was horrible my nails came out sloppy and there was no way to relax! first he told me he was new in town he needed to build clients people up here are so hard to please blahh blahh. After he noticed i was trying to ignored him then he was bad mouthing about the other nails salon in town that they dont dont care about clients they just want money and more. It was very uncomfortable for the whole 1hr i was there, i hope the owner talk to him about that he was not being professional at all. I will not return

Got a full set by the lady owner I couldn’t understand her the whole time I was there, its been 5 days since I got my nails done, my acrylic nails are separating and bubbling, they are cracking the job was terrible!!!!

Every time I have gone here they were over 30 minutes late and had two other people waiting behind me. Then I made an appointment and they over booked and said they forgot about my appointment and So I left. When I did get my nails done they were only average and the prices are too high
