First impressions do matterI went by today for the first time and they had their ”walk in welcome “ sign on. The lady that greeted me from the back of the salon asked me what I wanted. I said one pedicure. She looked at me and I said “no I’m busy”. The salon was completely EMPTY. Please go to Serenity Salon just two minutes away. The staff there is so much friendlier and truly understand the importance of customer service.

My best friend and I came in specifically for a pedicure before our vacation. The person who did my pedicure was extremely rude and unprofessional. My feet needed a little extra attention and when she looked at them she sighed and rolled her eyes, got her callous remover tool and nearly shredded the bottom of my feet off. She didn’t go over my feet with a regular foam scrubber and left dangling hard pieces of skin. Her polish job was also subpar. If you want a cheese grade special leaving your feet feeling like an alligator this is your place. I tipped her anyway but she didn’t deserve it and I won’t be returning.

My daughter and I went here for the first time to get our eyebrows waxed. Michelle did a great job. She wasnt rushed and made sure it was done well. Will return!

Stop in on July 6th 2021 @ 3:00 to have my nails done and the lady rudely told me she was to busy to help me. The nail salon was empty and not one person was in the salon and parking lot was empty. The Walk ins welcome sign was light up and I had received a gift certificate for my birthday to get my nails done and I don’t have an interest to use it now. I was shocked about how this lady was so rude.

The window clearly states walk ins welcome. Turned me away cause I did not call to set up an appointment.

Had all my anti-Covid shots so at last got my toes done. Only one worker and me in the shop made me feel ok about doing this for the first time in 15 months. Nancy did a great job and took all the precautions. I will be returning.

Had a pedicure and it was a good treat for myself and my friend.

Excellent manicures and pedicures! Always friendly staff. I’ve been coming here for a few years and haven’t had a bad experience. Although I only visit 3 or 4 times a year. They now have natural nail polishes!They’ve changed ownership somewhat recently, and their prices have dropped, but the quality of service was still great.That being said, I don’t get acrylics. However, when I did years ago, it was extremely difficult to find a place that could reliably do a good job. The one place that did great acrylics all the time was Myano Nails, which moved to downtown Seattle.It is unfortunate that the majority of bad reviews for this place are from one-time-reviewers, and double accounts. If you need a mani and/or pedi, this place is great.

I went with my mom and we were both very excited to get our nails done but we were both very disappointed with the result. After the first wash the color started coming off and two days later the color was all off and their customer service was really bad. I dont recommend this place for anyone.

I’ve been to plenty of nail salons throughout Everett, Lynnwood, and Mukilteo this is by far the best customer services I’ve received. The owner and the staff are very attentive, the owner Kacy noticed I was cold and offered me a over the shoulder heat pack. Also I felt comfortable, this is always the case some salons give off this stuck up feeling or the quality of service is just not there, but here they’re so welcoming and consistent. I’m so relieved to have finally found a nail shop with consistent good quality service.

I had the most relaxing and enjoyable pedicure in a long time. Ive gone to every nail salon in Mukilteo and French Nail is amazing and very clean. This is the only place I will go to for pedis from now on. I highly recommend the spa pedicure, lots of options and the massage is totally worth it.

This place is my absolute favorite! I cant go to any other nail place knowing that this nail salon exists. From the welcoming faces to the quality of my nails, I always leave in love with how my nails turned out! I highly recommend giving this place a try! :)

$130....9 days nails are gone....The salon is nice and so are the people who work there. However, my second visit (my first shellac manicure lasted a week) on my second visit I took my daughter. She got the $35 dollar special of mani and pedi. Her nail polish on her nails was done horribly. It lasted less than a day. The lady talked me into doing the dipped nails saying they last a lot longer. I spent $130 with tip for both of us...??? Anyhow, 4 days later I went in and showed them that the acrylic was cracking. She said that’s normal and wouldn’t fix it. Now it’s been 9 days and this is what my acrylic dipped nails look like a bear attacked them. I’m embarrassed to go out in public and I’m sure they will smile and say thats how long they last so I have to pay again. Their products are obviously sub par. What a waist of money!

I lost one of my toenails playing soccer, so I told them to just leave the toe alone the first time I went. They proceeded to cut at my nail bed and skin with a nail clipper until I noticed and stopped them. The same visit, they tried to paint on my skin despite my explicit request to not do so. My mother invited me a second time, so I decided to give them another chance this time with a band aid over the toe to protect it from them. Once it got to the sanding part, I took off the band aid, so they could sand the callus on my toe. I told them repeatedly to not paint or manicure that toe. They were rushing, so someone else was painting my hands. While I wasnt looking, the person started applying nail polish on my big toe. I told her to stop in the middle and she barely wiped it off with a wipe, so I had to clean the toe nail bed up myself at home messing up my manicure. Never once did they apologize. Even when my toenail bed was red and raw from them clipping at it. Avoid at all costs. It is unsanitary and they do not know enough about nails to safely do pedicures.

Really disappointed- twice they have painted half of my nails- today after getting a pedicure before I put flip flops on I noticed one of my toenails wasnt cut all the way across?!?! The polish was chunky so she put solution in it-I am still in disbelief I paid someone to do my toes! Nice girl but way to young-so unfortunate!

The girl was so nice and sweet but it was literally the worst mani pedi Ive ever had. She rushed through the nails and left bubbles, bumps, and parts that werent painted. After the first time washing my hands the polish chipped off. It was worse than if I let one of the kids do it.Its far too much money to spend on something like that. I almost went back.

My sister and I just got our nails done here and I have to say we will never go back . We both got set of acrylics and they both are very uneven and crooked. we even told her to fix multiple things while she was doing our nails and still after that they still look bad . We got a gift certificate for Christmas from my mom and so we thought we could use that any French nail because we thought they were all the same nail place, well turns out you can’t use the certificate at any French nail. And you have to use it for a specific location. so we ended up having to pay $50 each for nails that aren’t even happy with. I would recommend going to the Mill creek location a lot more.

Ive been getting my nails done for over 20 years. Never had this bad of an experience in my life. The woman who started doing my nails did the worse job I have ever experienced. She had to leave in the middle of my job to go to a meeting. You should have seen the womans face when she looked at my nails. Needless to say over three hours later they were complete but not to my satisfaction. She still changed me the full price.

I hate to leave a review like this but I have to let others know. ***2.5 hours for a full set of acrylics, 3 lifted nails and 6 hours after my nail appointment my nails are in throbbing pain. The nails were put on SUPER THICK, uneven, lifted gaps between the acrylic nail and my natural nail. The nails are not the same length or shape. I swear they filed my nails for an hour. I had two nail techs working on me at one point. It was just all around a very odd situation. I just have never experienced this, I felt like I was in the twilight zone, was so odd to me that I had to keep pointing out things, like how in the world are you not seeing how BAD these look? I promise you I’m not being picky, I’m not being mean. I’m just being honest with this review. I have a wedding to go to this weekend and I’m embarrassed to show my nails and I’m worried that a nail is going to pop off, I should not feel that way with a NEW SET! On top of it I’m going to Mexico next week for my milestone birthday so I’ll have to pay another salon to take this new set off and put a new set on before I go. Waste of my time and waste of my money. I’ve been getting my nails done for 14+ years and I never experienced something like this. Don’t get me wrong the nail techs here are SUPER NICE and the salon is very clean and elegant but I was almost in tears while getting my nails done today and on top of it, it’s going to cost me even more to get these fixed. This is what I get for trying to find an “upscale” nail salon, I would have been better off going to the typical nail salon a block down the road. I’ll try to post a picture or two of my lifted nails. So you can see for yourself what I’m talking about.

Ild really only give them one star but they are nice. . . The service however is terrible. I’ve tried and tried again with this salon and every time I wonder why I go back. My pedicures are not even mediocre. This visit I had to tell her to cut them down and clean them even after that they were still long and had left over polish on them and my nail beds were not even touched. 🤦🏼‍♀️ This is the last time in that salon. It’s just stressful watching the services get done.

Ive been going to this salon for about a year and it has slowly declined in quality. When I first went I was excited to find a place near where I lived that did quality pedicures, however, issues soon arose. A big issue I have is they dont respect appointments and you often have to wait a while even if youve called ahead. Another is that since they usually over-book or accept too many walk-ins the technicians try to rush and end up painting poorly. One woman took a layer of skin off my toes because she was hurrying with the file then tried to tell me I trimmed my nails too short. So I will sadly try to find a new place.

I had pedi and acrilic here and It was the worst experience ever. They litterally burned my feet with the rock!! And they didnt even give discount on it!! And the polish was so bad !! I could have done it myself so much better!! And my acrilic was really bad too. I had to get home and reshape everything myself and colored it myself. omg idk what they doing in that shop painting ppl nails if they cant do a decent job!? Dont go to this place these ppl its just a waste of money.
