This place is absolute garbage. On top of it being disturbingly dirty, this is the type of work they do. This place use to be decent. Not good but decent. It has progressively gotten dirtier and they just dont care anymore when they do a horrible job. I asked them to fix the fact that there are bumps, lumps, missing polish, polish on my skin and the fact that the sides are barely filed leaving jagged, raw sides. The owner came over and said no because they look just fine the way they are. So if this is what you are looking for then feel free to waste an hour of your time and $31 for a fill that looks like this. Also their business license is listed as cancellation so maybe this is why they no longer care.
$32?!Honestly im not mad about spending $32, im mad that I spent $32 for a FILL to come out the way that it did. Streaky, bumpy uneven and not the shape I wanted because my old set were to hard whatever that was supposed to mean. And the streaking could have easily been avoided by another coat. And then I was left with the top coat residue after curing. This was my first time at this salon. I only decided to try it out because it was down the street from my apartment and the salon I usually go to is 15 minutes away. My salon would have never charged me $32 for this. I can get a full set for that much.My whole experience wasnt horrible I would say which is why I still have 3 stars. Everyone were still very welcoming and sweet. I work customer service so I really appreciate that.
Although the technician did a great job at my nail fill she did not honor the $5 coupon I had. I was very surprised when she said the fill with regular polish was $15 meaning that after 5 off its normally 20. I asked her is a fill normally 20 and she said yes. Thats surprising most places charge around 17 unless theyre a really high-end place. Here is a photo of their sign outdoors it says $15. This is not the first nail place Ive been to that did not want to honor a coupon instead wanted to be stingy. Really disappointing. Dont give out a coupon if you cant afford to honor it. I was so angry that I left too early before it was dry and totally messed up my nails but thats my own fault but I didnt even care because of their (& others) lack of integrity. When companies care more about a buck than building a client relationship they can lose customers.
Made an appt for a pedi for both myself and my hubby. They were not busy, just us and another lady waiting for her toes to dry. We asked for the Happy Nail pedi........the cost was $40. From the time we sat down, and the time they were done was maybe 20 min.....really $40 for a 20 min pedi. Wont ever go back!!!!!!!
I went here yesterday with my sister for a pedicure. Ended up selecting one of their premium pedicures for $40/person. Although $40 seems like a lot, it was worth it! They did a fantastic job massaging our legs and feet, which is one of the top things I look for in a salon! They offer tea and water to clients too which I also appreciate in a salon. Toenails look great, and my sister, who can be a little, well.... fussy, loved it too! Will be back again when Im in the Mukilteo area.Thank you to the sweet, wonderful ladies at Happy Nails!
Love this place for my Lashes and Pedicures!! Owner is so super sweet! All the staff there is! I am very satisfied with the work that they did! I will definitely go there again! Thank you ladies!!
I went there to have a pedicure and quite a few of the staff was not wearing masks at all. I wont be going back.
Fabulous service, very detail oriented and super friendly. Highly recommend.
Great place for pedicure. Clean, fresh sterilized utensils, good magazines and the nail techs take there time and do a good job. Reasonable price
Jenny is the best! She meets my needs, fits me in and is quick! I get shellac manis. The prices are great!
This place used to me amazing, Abby was awesome and my go to!! Ever since she left I feel like it’s not been as great! I went right before thanksgiving to get Shellac which I have been doing for yearsss and never had an issue which they usually last close to 2 weeks. On the 2nd day after getting shellac my last time my nails started lifting up. Of course I called to tell them and the guy said come in which I couldn’t as we were flying out that day. He said come in after I was back and they would fix them...in the mean time I super glued them down as a quick fix before flying out. I was gone for 4 days and came back with no nails left to even ‘fix’. :( I went back today to get a pedi and mani shellac and mentioned it to them and showed them the photo, they said after a week water can have a wear on them... I told her it had been TWO days not even a week and this has never happened and asked if they would honor a discount this time since I couldn’t have my nails ‘fixed’ last time as there was nothing to fix when I returned. They just said sorry. 🙄 I doubt I’ll be going back here anymore!! Throughly disappointed and I’ve been going here since high school (that was 14+ years ago...)
The worst pedicure I have ever had. They dont use lotion unless you ask for it. I ended up with a 20 minute abrasive massage using a salt scrub they said had lotion in it. When I asked if I could get lotion or if they had any I could use you would have thought it was the biggest inconvenience. When I asked the front counter if thats normal to leave your legs dry after a scrub she said you can ask for lotion, I said I did. Definitely not worth the 23 bucks at all! Theyre waxing services are awesome but Dont waste your time going here for nails.
I brought my two little sisters here as a treat (5 and 7 y/o) and it was a $10 manicure for them and $12 manicure for me. They did a great job on me but on my sisters they did a bad job especially on the 6y/o her nails were done in 5mins and mine took about 35mins(I had mine painted in one color with no designs, but I got a hand massage trimmed nails, and pushed back cuticles and they didnt.). Maybe they tried to do theirs quickly because they thought that they wouldnt sit still but I am very disappointed with how careless they were with them( by them i mean mostly they 7 y/o).After theirs were done I had two kids that wanted to go but we couldnt because mine arent done. I dont redeemed this place.
Very accommodating and nice to my seven year old daughter. Family business. Friendly.
I always got my nails done here and i decided to get a pedicure for a special event. After the pedicure i noticed something hurt on my foot when i walked on it and i noticed that she cut my foot while giving me a pedicure. Hopefully its not infected but im still pissed that she cut my foot.
Beautiful full set of acrylics . Perfect strength. This is my new shop 4 sure!
Had an appointment for my mom and I at 10am right when they opened. They were busy the entire time we were there and continued to take walk ins even though they didnt have enough people working. We got rushed and they didnt even do the required things for my acrylic nails and now a day later they are chipped...so I have to go back and make them fix them. Never going back.
