Not happy with the quality of my nails, had nail art done and the design was nothing like I wanted. I kept being told it would look good, it will be fine, but it wasnt. Then, less than 2 days later I have an ENTIRE ACRYLIC pop off, and simply ask for them to help me re-adhere the nail since, the overpriced full set didnt even hold up 2 days to get to my event over the weekend, and they try to charge me for a full fill!! BS, I went to my regular gal, had her remove, re do to my actual request, and I love my set from another place! I will never go back here!

I went as a walk in and the girl that did my pedicure was great. Sweet and completed exactly what i asked for. Sadly forgot her name but she had green highlights on her hair. :)

I had a pedicure done, the main reason I came- was a hot stone massage. Wasn’t performed, when I ask manager, and he ask the girl who did my pedicure, she - looking at me said that she did it! Never happened to me anywhere and I used to like Serenity nails. No apology but still were trying to tell that I forgot, unbelievable!!!!I just left. The quality of pedicure was very bad this time as well.Very disappointed. Wasted of my time and money.

The nails are fine but the man cut all the way down the side of my finger, I told him his mistake and claimed “everything is perfect, I’ve been doing this for 35 years” and refuses to issue a refund and threatens to call police. Would not recommend at all.

The best mani/pedi in all of WA. Everyone who works there has extreme attention to detail and takes their time to make sure their work is perfect. Taking great measures against covid as well to make you feel safe when you’re there!

We love Serenity Nail and will drive the extra distance to have our nails done here versus somewhere closer to home. Julie does a great job and they are so sweet to my 5 year old. It’s always clean and beautiful inside and I never feel like they are rushing through things. They also have a ton of pedicure chairs so you rarely have to wait even when it’s busy. Definitely our favorite nail salon in the area!

I love this place! I have been coming here for 5 years now. They do an amazing hot stone massage with your basic pedicure. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is very friendly and they are good at remembering you when your a regular. We make it our ritual to come every mothers day for a pedicure and they never disappoint!

This place was okay.Appeared to be clean and remodeled. Paid $29 for a simple pedicure that didnt even take up an hour - I wish the girl who did it was more friendly,I felt like I was an inconvenience to her.

I dont often get my nails done, but I do it enough to know that this is where you go to get pampered and not pay any more for it! The cleanliness of the process and the kindness of the people working here is top notch. I love going here!

Went in two days in a row, both times they told me to come back tomorrow. I will give them credit, at least they told me that they could not fit me in instead of telling me to wait 30mins and then not getting to me at all. The staff has always been nice to me when I visit, but often they are shy and dont talk or say too much.

First time coming to this salon, very average, so wouldnt recommend but dont have many negative things to say either. Be aware, it is pretty overpriced. $25 for shellac (average), and $40 for acrylic nails (bit expensive). I know a couple salon that do $30 or less for acrylic nails but still a great job. The acrylics looked decent but the shellac was a bit sloppy and could have been better. The workers are pretty nice, but not phenomenal either. Go at your own risk.

My husband got me a $125 gift cert for this place. I’ve heard nothing but great things about them so I was excited to go. I didn’t make an appt so I expected to wait. I walk in, no one else is waiting, ask for a pedicure. The guy at the corner station tells me to pick a color - then I go sit and wait for someone to get me. I wait for about 20 mins when another walk-in comes in. She waits about 10 minutes.. and they take her back. I look at the guy who originally told me to pick a color like “WTF!?!?” and he just shrugs and continues to dremel away. I wait about another 5 minutes before putting my colors back and walking out. No sorry, no acknowledgment, no craps given. I feel bad that my husband wasted money on this place.

They move you out so fast theres no time to relax. So if youre in a rush its perfect. I like to relax a bit. I hate having a manicure on the arm of the pedicure station chair. Awkward. The staff is nice and do a good job mostly, depending on who you get. I suggest avoiding the place on the weekends and late afternoons.

Set an appointment. Got there early. A set of three walkin got sat before me and they then asked me again what I wanted, even though I said what I wanted in the phone call prior.They didn’t write my name down or anything. I don’t have a lot of free time and I was using my lunch break because my nails were looking pretty bad. Now I wasted my break and I didn’t get my nails done because I had to leave.

Clean, nice staff, decent location. 3 stars because after school its very crowded, the lady doing my pedicure cut my cuticle so bad, and its now a huge scab and sore.

Do not go here... Place looks clean but they used dirty files, clippers and my pedi lady went from client to client without even changing gloves or washing hands. I went in for a pedi and mani. It took OVER 2 HOURS.

Manicure was terrible. (Nail polish all over my skin) She cut my nail and made me bleed. Rubbed less than a minute for both hands. On top of it all she wasn’t very friendly. The whole experience was awful and expensive. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Great pedi but I was surprised that the price I was charged was more than the price given on their website. They need to update their website to match the true prices.

If i could give zero stars I would. I have been getting my nails done for 15 years And I can honestly say this is the worst nail place I have ever been too and I have been to a lot of places. I called to make an appointment for a fill and a pedicure. The guy who answered on the phone said he only had time for a pedicure but I could come tomorrow for both. and I said I will find another place because I more so needed my nails done and to have them done that night. And he insisted that I come in and he will do both for me. I started with a pedicure first which was decent but not very good and she did cut me with clippers but ahe seemed new and learning to I ignored it. The paint was messy and didnt come to edge of my nails . Then I moved on to my acrylics and the guy noticed I had some nails coming up and said I needed to have them all redone. So he starts making phone calls and acting very rude and frusterated with me now that he had to stay longer to do a full set and to remove my nails. He didnt even remove them the proper way with acetone; he just started ripping them off with clippers and it hurt really bad. I told him I wanted my nails long just as they were before when i came in and thought he understood exactly what I wanted but when he was finished they were so short like as short as my finger tip and the polish was messy and didnt go to the edge of my nail. He didnt match me with the correct nail size and he filed them crooked. $70 later and It was already late and they were closed, so I said nothing and went home and showed my husband. Even he said they looked awful. I called in the morning and complained to a lady who said I could come in and get them redone so I thanked them and came in to have redone. And the man who did my nails was there again and he rudley glared at me and told me I would have to pay and extra $10 to have them done long the way I wanted? What? I told him no way will I pay an extra $10 it was a matter of filing them no doing anything special. He was rude and shouting at me and rolling his eyes at me and not making any sense and walked away from me to another customer and it was silent and awkward the whole time. Luckily another girl did my nails who was much sweeter. Afyer all this I disnt even get an apology or evem an acknowledgment for my disasisfied service and I left without a wors from anyone.I was so unsatisfied with my nails and the customer service I recieved I will never go there again or recommend anyone go there. Terrible experience and super unprofessional and way over priced.

Staff is friendly, some have a difficult time with a language barrier but all are very skilled. Salon itself is clean, good hygiene is definitely present.

Wont go back. Their website advertises 25% off of waxing services on Wed and Thursday, specifically on two pages of their website. I had to argue with the owner and show him the website on my phone and he grudgingly gave me the discount. Also beware, they claim the prices posted on their website are start at prices and can go up from there without them telling you first. Made me angry and was quite awkward for the lady who actually did the work.

This used to be my favorite place to get my nails done but slowly service has gotten worse and today was the last time I will go to this place. Not one of the ladies working were talking to the customers. Just to each other in Vietnamese. Loud across the salon none stop! Not very relaxing!

I was in a time crunch and she still did a great job. :)
