We took a perfectly good Skagen watch there for a battery replacement, no scratches or marks. It took a while because they claimed they needed a special tool. When we got it back, it had several scratches on the crystal and back cover. When asked what had happened, they said it was already like that and would not own up to their incompetence and lack of professionalism. Find another place to get a battery changed on your watch.

My triplets are turning 50 this year. When my mom died she left me a gold ring set with 6 diamonds. I was supposed to leave each of the girls 2 diamonds when I died. I went in yesterday (the day before my wedding 🙄) and needed our rings sized.. the staff was phenomenal to me. They were extremely busy and said they were booked a week out.
