The police called Diamondback to tow my truck after an accident. He showed up quickly and all was good. This was Saturday morning. Monday morning I tried to contact them as well as my insurance company and there was no answer and a voicemail box that was full and accepting no messages. Finally Tuesday we got in touch and by Wednesday I was able to get my truck to a repair center.In his defense the owner stated they were having phone troubles but I dont believe any business in customer service should ever let their voicemail be full.

This company took my vehicle somewhere unknown to me overnight so that I had no idea of its whereabouts. Furthermore my previously new battery is now dead because of something they did. Vehicle eventually made it to the intended destination a day later than scheduled even though the tow was only about 3 miles.

Andrew was the best! In spite of me having issues or errors on behalf of my roadside assistance company, Andrew was very patient, great attitude, responsive, communication on point, and a willingness to do whatever it took to get my car towed to the right address. If I ever need a towing company again, I will definitely call Diamondback. oh and will recommend Diamondback to others. Andrew, thanks for everything. You are the bomb.com😁

My sons Jeep over heated and when we pulled off we saw a Diamondback Towing Rollback, so my husband called them to see if they would tow his jeep home. My sons Jeep has wide tires and nice wheels and is 4wheel drive even though it doesnt look like it so it cant just be towed behind a tow truck. They gladly accepted but it was Sunday so we told them to wait and bring it home Monday it was no big deal. 9:00am Monday morning they have my sons Jeep home. Didnt get drivers name but he was very polite and super nice. We talked Jeeps for a few mins and he left. Had no issues and will use them again if we need a tow.

Called Towing and talked to Tony and he told me the first time that it would be 30 minutes. 50 minutes went by and still no tow truck. Called again and he had an attitude then told me 20 minutes…..been out here for 2 1/2 hours with thank God my children’s father being here with his car and some air conditioning. Still currently waiting on Tony G. to get here and tow my car to the repair shop of my choice. Will write another review when he arrives.

Gavin provided great customer service start to finish. I scheduled the tow through my insurance company. Gavin called me to confirm the details, showed up earlier than expected and took great care loading my restored Chevy Nova on a flatbed. Couldn’t be happier with this service!

They were supposed to pick up my car & they never came after 6 hours of waiting. Lied & said they were 40 minutes out & took 2 extra hours. They didn’t answer their phone when calling to confirm where they were. Very unprofessional!

Customer service being displayed as it should be! The art of being treated like a human is being lost, I agree... But it is nice to hear & see, that there are some businesses that put forth the effort show that that is one of their morals!

I was introduce to this towing company thru state farms roadside program. The dispatcher for Diamondback was friendly and his driver (Tanner) arrived ahead of the ETA. I will use this company again without any hesitation. The driver was very friendly and eager to help me reach my destination safely, this company gets a 5 star in my book.

My car would not start on Monday Jan. 20th 2020. I contacted my roadside assistance. Within a very short period of time a very kind young man arrived. I wish I heard my drivers name when he came to get my car. I was a nervous wreck. He was calming and kind. I had been waiting on another wrecker service for three hours that my American Express card sent. I called back and amex send diamondback this time. I dont even think I waited an hour. Driver was quick and efficient. Got my car up and down in a short period of time. A job extremely well done! Thank you!

I’d give a absolute Zero to this company. My husbands car was towed and literally left in the middle of the road in front of our house. The driver claimed he could not back it up our paved drive way nor could he back up to the gravel area on the side of the road. He just rolled it off his truck and left it in the road!!!! He should not be towing if he can’t drive a freaking tow truck.

This company was called by our insurance company to pick us up after getting a flat tire with 2 young kids. We waited 4 hours and called 6 times (no telling how many times our insurance company called) and nobody ever answered. We got ONE call back after the first call, but never heard from them again and they never came! We had to depend on another company who showed up within 20 minutes.Do not depend on this company to care for your family!

It took them more than two hours and a half to make it to me. It was cold and late at night. When asked why it took them so long, he said he was stuck in traffic at 10pm (googlemaps showed all roads clear). So unprofessional and it’s unbelievable how long I had to wait!

Ordered through GasBuddy, was supposed to be 90 minute wait, after 3 hrs, still no wrecker!
