So thrilled that we ended up using A&B Auto Body Repair for our F-150. We unfortunately got into an accident, which was the fault of the other driver and the tow truck that arrived on scene for our vehicle happened to be A&B. I am newer to the Mooresville area and was quickly researching where to take my vehicle. However, after talking to the tow truck driver (I believe Justin) I felt comfortable with using this shop for our repair. From what I learned with my experience is that Andrew and his team put the customer first and will fight for you to get all the correct parts needed for your repair. They do not cut corners and they have a ton of experience with working with the different insurance companies out there. The fit and finish looks as it came off the factory floor. Paint finish is SPECTACULAR and has a mirror shine. They replaced both driver side doors and driver bed side panel (ALL OEM PARTS) plus a bunch of work to the rear underside that can’t be seen in my photos. We did have some delays with getting the truck back, but that was more on Ford not being able to get them the parts in a timely manner. I had some slight damage to the rear door of my car and came to A&B for an estimate. The owner looked at it and said that he could fix it. He polished out the scuff on the paint, popped off the loose molding and put it back on again all in about five minutes and did not charge me anything. My car looks as good as new. I had consulted another body shop in Huntersville and was told that the molding had to be replaced and the door repainted to the tune of $850. Im so glad that I came to A&B for a second opinion. These folks are awesome. Will definitely come here again.

I was down in North Carolina visiting family and was involved in a horrible car accident. My car was towed to A & B Auto Body Repair and Andrew there was very helpful and kind. He went over and beyond with his customer service. unfortunately my car was totaled and could not be repaired, despite that my experience was perfect. I left my Illinois I pass in the car and Andrew sent it back to me. I would totally and wholeheartedly recommend this place for your car repairs. I wish more people up here treated people this way.

My sons truck was hit and they done an amazing job. You cant even tell that it was even hit. They matched that paint perfect. I love they are so up front with their customers. I couldnt ask for anything better. My husband had the collision place in Statesville do his truck and the paint was terrible and peeling off. My sons truck,not even a fade and its been more than 6 years. Now I will be taking my truck to them to be repaired from getting hit. I dont care how much the cost cause I want my truck done right. I brought my 2014 Chevrolet Camaro to A and B body shop after my car was involved in a car accident. I had an excellent experience with this body shop. The owner was always very nice to me and kept me informed about everything. I picked up my car this past Friday. I almost didn’t recognize my car because it looked brand new. I am so happy with the body work on my Camaro. I will definitely tell everyone to go there for any body repair needs.

These guys have been great to work with. Very accommodating and helped me with handling request while settling my claim.

Guy who runs the place is honest, trustworthy, respectful. He knows what hes doing. Place might not look like much on the cover, but its 5 stars on service and quality

Very professional. Did a great job and were very prompt. This is the second time I used them and each time they charged me less than the original quote when job was completed. How often does that happen???

Unless you want your vehicle damaged I highly suggest selecting a different tow company. The truck was never properly strapped down. The owner is very arrogant and hits your pocket pretty hefty when he knows you have no other choice. My emergency was his gain of 175.00 for an 8 mile tow. I will never use this company again. When running a business you would think that he would not screw any potential customers but he is ruthless. STAY AWAY!!!!

Wow about sums it up. My experience with A & B Automotive was excellent. I hit a coyote the size of a large german shepherd. As you can imagine, this did a good bit of damage to the front of my vehicle. I had heard about the good work this place does. I previously had a few bad experiences at places in Statesville with auto damage repair so I did not want to go back even though they were “insurance shops.” My adjustor did not give me a hard time at all for choosing to go to A and B. He just asked me to have them send him an estimate. The adjustor did not have any concerns with the estimate and authorized the work the next day. Once the repairs were complete, I could not believe my eyes when I saw my vehicle again. It looked as if it was just driven out of the showroom like the day I bought it. My Infiniti QX 80 was back on the road quickly and looks brand new again. Good pricing and superior work, what more could I have asked for? I’m very pleased. Thanks Andrew and Tyler.
