Great experience for a 1st timer needing to have their car go in the shop because of a car accident. Very professional, very informative! Highly recommend them if you need auto body work! Customer Service and communication was very good. Explained how the whole process worked with insurance, walked through details of repairs and made me feel at ease about the whole thing. Finished work was like brand new!

Great people. Great work done on the car. Amazing service and an amazing paint job.I have a very metallic and sparkling silver color and Ive been unable to tell the difference in the paint job at all. Its been great and they work well with insurance to make sure the whole job is done correctly. Had to have a bumper and quarter panel fixed/replaced and it took about 2 weeks with the paint job and Im glad they didnt rush it and did it right.I definitely plan to continue going here.

Couldnt be happier with them. Had some potential repairs on my vehicle but the insurance decided to total it out. Melissa and Dawn were especially helpful. Though, everyone in there was very pleasant to talk to. They even went above and beyond, while dealing with the at fault insurance company, by explaining and pretty much holding my hand through the experience. Highly recommend!

Jakes employees were so kind and understanding when I explained that my car was hit and State Farm was forcing me to take it to a body shop for an estimate knowing that I was planning on fixing the body work myself. Jakes employees were so kind in helping me understand everything and the steps I needed to take. They were also very kind even after it was finalized that I would be doing the work myself and they ended up not getting paid for anything. I will choose them in the future if I do need some body work done. GREAT, KIND and UNDERSTANDING people. 5 Stars for customer service.

Great shop and great people. Absolutely recommend.

Will never take my car back. Took a yellow fiat in to be repaired after a deer hit car. Got the car back yellow does not match original color. Gaps between rear fender and headlight. Part of door handle fell off. Fender is rubbing against other fender. Car is going to fiat to be fixed properly. If they couldnt do it right they should have said so and it would went some where else instead charged insurance almost 4000 dollars for horrible work. Dont go here if you have a specialty color on your car.

The staff at Jakes Body Shop was very courteous and extremely accommodating. I completed what clearly was the most satisfactory and headache free u-haul rental of my adult life on Saturday.

Uhaul rental. All was well until they changed the amount they charged my card a week later. Watch out.
