At 1 am on Saturday night, our upper ball joint snapped on our Tahoe and I called every Towing company around Mooresville. Every single company told me that they had no trucks available or that they couldn’t get it in the morning. The Tahoe was broken in a place that we just couldn’t leave it overnight. After about 1 hour of calling Towing company’s, my friend was able to call Barry from Empire and he came straight to us! He loaded the Tahoe up without doing more damage than what was done to the truck and took it to our house for us! We are thankful for Barry! Without him, we would’ve be sitting in the parking lot until the sun came up or we would of had to leave it and it would’ve gotten impounded because of where it was broke down at.

I was locked out of my car. Normally being a woman, you expect to get taken advantage as far as parts and pricing for vehicles. They came and unlocked my car as I was using a coat hanger to try and get in. Was told not to worry about paying. Some how managed to lock my key in the car in my driveway. Called AAA and they sent out Empire Towing. The driver was prompt and very nice. Was able to get my car unlocked quickly, which for him Im glad because it is HOT outside. The lady I spoke with on the phone who took my payment was also very nice. She was understanding when she originally called to give me a quote, I told her my wallet was also locked in the car so I would not be able to give credit card information until then. She said they completely understand, which was nice because everyone else we spoke with wouldnt come out until payment was made. She just told me to call them once he got it open. A couple of weeks ago my son was in an accident. I called Empire and spoke to Beth, one of the most polite front office people Ive ever met. After getting my information, I was told 30-40 minutes. Barry, the owner and driver, was there in 10 minutes. He was just as polite, just as helpful and within forty-five minutes he had hooked me up and delivered my vehicle--in the rain. A few days later I was in their office. Once again they were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about my options. Most of all, they were both friendly. Not too many places open on a Sunday but they came right out and picked me up within 20 minutes. My daughter sat for 2 1/2 hours on the side of West Plaza Dr at Interstate 77. She called AAA and they sent out Empire Towing. The driver wouldnt tow her car because he said he would have to block the exit ramp from 77. So he left her there. AAA them called Muellers Towing out of Kannapolis. There driver got there blocked only 1 turning lane and loaded her car and took it to the shop. I just want to say how disappointed I am in Empire Towing.
