Okay so at one point this was my favorite nail shop but now I literally hate coming here. I understand we have bad days so I gave several chances but their prices are way to high to be playing around with ! My last 6 visits all result in my nails popping off whole from the base which need I say I am very delicate and scary with nails. Sue has no problem replacing free of charge but who about to keep coming ? especially when I paid $65. Vinny is the best nail tech here and Sue is too but they definitely will brush you off for their big tippers appointment or not. John honestly needs more training he does good at applying but laying acrylic/painting/shaping/design is a no. Also if you go to John expect to pay an outrageous amount because he pulls prices outof air. My nail literally just broke after opening a door with my PALM my PALM. After paying them $55 for a FILL IN. I haven’t had a great experience here since November 2020

The service was good and the shaping is on point, Vinny is a great tech. But the prices are a little steep considering I only got a color French, fill in and 3 nails were repaired and my bill came to 65 bucks.

Sue was particularly sweet and did a great job on my neglected nails. Another nice young lady put kitty cat faces on my nieces nails. They were adorable.

If you love a homey type feel the staff will definitely provide that. They are the most down to earth people ever and they are so kind and helpful. They have such a beautiful shop when you step in the first thing you’ll notice is the beautiful ceiling and then the rest just falls into place. They do such a great job on the pedicures it is definitely worth it. I got a deluxe and it was wonderful so I could only imagine what a regular feels like. My nails came out stunning and I am very pleased and will definitely come back. They are the best in Montgomery hands down !

This review is for VINNY specifically. I got a gel manicure nearly two weeks ago and it looks as good as new. VINNY was very skilled, detailed and thorough. He was also a pleasure and a delight to talk with, which isnt always the case at nail salons so it was much appreciated. The salon is large and gorgeous. Im not a local though my husband is from Montgomery, so I plan to be back to see VINNY any time Im in the area.

This salon never disappoints! It is easy to book an appointment and all the technicians are wonderful with their work. She did an amazing job. I had an inspiration photo of how I wanted my nails done and she had no hesitation to get it done for me. The results were perfect! Thank you!!

I took my husband and they did an excellent job removing all the calluses on his feet, he said they were very gentle! They are so friendly and professional. I was relieved to understand everyone I spoke to and they made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back on a regular!

This spa is fairly no-frills, but is consistently good. For some reason the one time I got a shellac manicure, it peeled quicker than I was used to, but pedicures have been spot on. Unlike some places Ive been to, I dont feel like theyve rushed though even when busy (which is usually why I stop going to a spa).

Very nice atmosphere. All the owners are nice and courteous. They have nice chairs for pedicures. I would definitely make this a regular nail shop to visit. The can accommodate almost any requests, nail shape and color.

I love every one there. I had went in about 2 years ago with a friend to catch up and Ive been going there ever since. We have become good friends that I trust there every move I just give them my hands and let them work magic. (Now that is Trust)

V S Nails IS THE ONLY nail spa I will go to!Ive tried other places that seemed appealing but the service here IS the best.Yes, Im a girl that pays attention to detail and so do they. I usually get both a mani and a pedi. My favorite.I ALWAYS ask for the same professional, her name is LILY. No longer a secret, she is the best. She is a master at what she does, even painlessly removes my hang nails! I only take the time to write up someone of theyre truly deserving, she is!Id absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time Im in town. Great service, great staff.

&&&& I been to many nail salons and this is by far the best one! Not only is the place decorated extremely well but the employees are super nice and polite. I was able to get a combo pedi and mani for a very good price and was scheduled an appointment with them. They also give you great feedback with specific colors and their products are really good! I have been going here for now 4 months... crazy to think! In that time frame, hired amazing technicians and added to her color assortment.I cannot rave to my friends about this place enough and highly recommend going. I will say, a few of my friends have come with me and had new technicians in which ended with poor outcomes. So when you book online or call in advance, try to be seen by technician. But if you get a new technician and they are great, please pass their names along!!

Love this place and its the only place my husband will go to for his in grown nails. Very clean and very attentive. If you have to wait a minute its because they very through with each client and dont rush just to make another dollar. Ill wait my turn!!! I have never heard nor seen them being rude to anyone but not Ive seen some crazy people being rude to them and even then they were kind and tried to appease some people who have way bigger issues than a nail . I love this place!

Im in Montgomery often for work and have 3 different nail places trying to find a good, clean and pleasant. I went in Tuesday afternoon . I didnt wait long and I could have been happier with the service. The lady was nice. She talked to me the whole time like we were friends. Not like at others where they talk only to other employees. I highly recommend using them. I was very impressed with all the high end polish and equipment. Great prices too.

This place is just amazing from the moment you walk in. The people are talented and nice, the color choices are endless and the work is flawless. I got the cutest art at such a reasonable price and my gawd is it Pinterest worthy!

I went there yesterday to get a basic pedicure and picked out a pearl white color, she didn’t put on even coats or even polish on all of my toes. half of my big toe is painted and it’s VERY patchy. my 2 year old niece could’ve done a better job. i’m not sure how to attach a picture but i wish i could just to show how awful of a job was done. will NOT be going back.

It was great as soon as I walked in they where welcoming and I didn’t wait long and I was pleased with my nails and they lasted a very long time

This place was horrible. The only good thing I can write about was the lack of waiting, but with my experience I can understand the lack of customers. I am from out of town and decided to pop in for a manicure w/ gel polish and just a change of color for my toes. I asked the lady who was about to polish my toes if the chosen color also came in gel, so my nails and toes could be the same color..she states yes. She polishes my toes and then transfer me to a table for the manicure. When shes done and starts to polish my nails I ask about the gel color (she had pulled out no equipment) and she goes and gets a completely different color. I tell her what was said before polishing my toes and she gets someone to help. The color is still not found, but something close enough is found. There is hardly any polish in this bottle and when she was finished there were bubbles on the tips of my nails. Keep in mind this was for my brothers wedding. I refuse to ever go back and I hope others go elsewhere, also.*While there I heard other customers having to repeat themselves about what they wanted on different occasions. Some received attitudes, others were accommodated, but few were happy.**In response to the response...I was at this store on Friday, between 1-2:30. Another employee had to help my technician find a similar color for my nails, since she convinced me you had it in the beginning and then tried to use a totally different color when it was time to use it. The employees were not attentive to the customers.

I went to get my nails done with a bridal party. I had acrylic nails on when I went and the guy decided to rip them off my nails and redo them completely. My nails look absolutely awful. Never going back there again.

I never write reviews but this one is well needed. This was my first time receiving service at this nail salon and oh what a mistake. I received a full gel set and Pedi. I had to instruct him on several dislikes of my nails. It was late so I didnt continue. The next day I woke up to see my nails have turned colors, from white to light pink. I returned to the shop and asked to speak to the owner, which I was speaking to the same guy that did my nails and he directed me to a female there. She stated that it was my hair that caused the color change ( I hope this has absolutely nothing to do with me being black). I informed her that I have had my nails done prior and have never experienced this before. She begin to speak loud to me in front of other customers which was very unprofessional so I asked her when would the owner be available she directed me BACK to the gentlemen who directed me to her... in spite of how ridiculous this begin to become I spoke to him and he proceed to call me a liar about the situation. I explained to him that I paid $77.00 for my nails and toes for which he explained to me that he placed gel powder and gel polish on my nails and gave me a discount of $5.00 (thanks for nothing) which I never asked for because that made absolutely no sense. To sum this up the woman and the man told me to come back because they were busy, as if my money meant nothing that I spent there and they would fix my nails. I explained to her that my toe polish needed to be changed as well. Why would I walk around with one color on my toes and my hands a different color? It wasnt may fault that the gel polished changed. Needless to say she stated they would not repaint my toes and I would have to pay for it.If you are looking for place for good service and hospitality THIS IS NOT THE PLACE YOURE LOOKING FOR!!!

I called ahead of time to make sure that the lady who does eyebrows was available and the man on the phone said she was there. I arrived just two minutes later and the gentleman tells me it’ll be a couple more minutes. After 10 minutes two ladies come in and told me they didn’t do eyebrows. After another five minutes of sitting there I just got up and walked out. I wish there would have been better communication during my visit. If I was told how much longer it would have been after the ladies arrived I would’ve stayed. The owner did call me and apologized for my visit so I’m changing this review from one star to three.

Will never patronize them again. A customer walked in and asked were we all waiting. We all replied yes, there were a total of 3 people waiting. The customer says, I guess Im 4th. As soon as the nail tech finished, she decided to call the last customer back. Instead of the nail tech, asking who was next, she took the lady back anyways. The lady didnt try to correct her and after it was brought to the techs attention, she still decided to service that customer. It was a horrible feeling especially because wed all been waiting for over 45 minutes. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

I got a full set done, and they were really mediocre. They have a good selection of gel polish colors, but no colored acrylic, and they cannot do nail art, although they say they can. Also, I made an appointment, and was not seen until an hour later. They did not file the acrylic after doing them, there was a huge space between my cuticles and the nail, leaving it looking like I needed a fill as soon as I left, they rushed me out without fully drying my nails so they were smudged by the time I got to my car, and they began falling off a week later. I was not satisfied and will not be returning.

Walked in and saw that they were all busy, which i didnt mind. I waited 20 minutes and no one said anything, i walked out, annoyed. Bad costumer service. I will NOT be returning. Instead i came over to Pink and White off Vaughn road, and was greeted as soon as i walked in

The receptionist was extremely rude when I called to ask if they had a simple service. She hung up on me twice for no apparent reason. I will not be visiting this place. I could only imagine how they treat their guests in person. If I could give them a 0 I would.

I came in to get my eyebrows done and waited 30 minutes . This other lady came in to hers done too . The shop was very busy and she took the lady first instead of me . Idk if its because i’m black but they need better service . So i just left, never going to that shop ever again !

I have been going to VS Nails for several years. Ive tried other nail salons, but there is no place as great as VS Nails. Vinnie and Sue are terrific...great customer service, quality manis and pedis, very friendly! I do not know everyones name. but Vinnie, Sue, and Lily are excellent! On the occasions when my gel nails have lifted, they have repaired them cheerfully and at no additional charge. Their deluxe pedis are the best, too. I highly recommend them!

I advised nail tech Lilly that my nails looked sloppy and she stated that I was too picky. No, I’m not picky and I wasn’t satisfied. How do you tell a customer they are too picky? Will never ever return! Worst experience I have ever had.
