What a horrible experience. I asked for dip. They only gave me one ring of color options when there were clearly multiple brands along the walls. The tech used a UV lamp which is a big no-no for dip powder. Then the tech took a smoke break halfway through my service. I left with nails rough nails because he didn’t sand down the surface. There are glitter flecks literally sticking up from my fingers. Even worse, he didn’t even get the dip on the entire nail. Only half my fingers have full color coverage. I wish I wouldn’t have paid them.

MY MOTHER AND I WENT IN TODAY FOR PEDICURES. WE WERE NOT GREETED AND WHEN SOMEONE ELSE CAME IN WE WERE ACKNOWLEDGED WITH “ DID YOU JUST CALL?” NO BUT WE WANT PEDICURES. THE LADY BEHIND US STATES SHE CALLED AND HER DAUGHTER IS SOON ON THE WAY. WE WERE NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED AGAIN AND SIMPLY LEFT. NOT RECOMMENDED 🗣AT ALL‼️

Definitely not coming back to this place. When I walked in the guy didn’t greet just looking crazy. I walked out. I will go somewhere else to get my eyebrows waxed. Never again!

I waited for two hours to get my nails done after making an appointment. although i was ten minutes late how you make me wait two hours. said other people were ahead of me. Only four workers. then wanna talk that foreign talk like im not gonna speak my mind. apologize and forget it. i was complaining just frustrated but now i am.

I waited 3 hours to get my nails done and they kept putting people in front of me. They put 4 girls in front of me to get their toes done then when one of them was open to do manicures they took them instead of starting on me. I just left because that’s not fair.

It caters to the elderly. My mom had a nice time getting her nails done on yesterday.

I was tricked and over charged!!!.. The male tech told me what was better for my own nails only to find out I would be out of $100.00 dollars after the services that wasnt that cute to begin with and when I asked why was I charged that he was loud and RUDE but he stated that I shouldve ask for the price..smh.. So I gave him a $100.00 dollars cash and I then asked for a receipt and he said they dont give receipts for cash..Never Again!

I have come to this nail shop normous of time and was satisfied. But now they are not very professional. I told the dude that did my nails i was not satisfied with the appearance on my pedi. He had more polish on my toes then my toenails. He would not repaint them r listen to what i had to say. Very rude A WASTE OF $40. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE STAR...

They give spa like treatment, definitely telling others and I will be going back!

The technicians speak very loudly in their language and they laugh a lot. I saw the look on one customers face and she was not pleased. I understand it is their right to speak in whatever language they choose but they truly give the impression that they are talking about their customers. And they are loud, people get pedicures as a means of relaxation but with all of their loud talking it takes away from the experience. Their prices are cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

I came in for a manicure which is $12 according to the wall. I was charged $17. I didnt even get paint. I just wanted them cleaned and buffed. She cut my cuticles and drew blood on three nails. Left dirt under them and filed them way down after I told her I wanted to keep the length. I have been here a few times and it hasnt been great but this is the end. Period.

Only two manicurist do a good job. One guy talks you in to getting nails dipped only to charge you a lot, he sits next to his wife who does ok. Ive overheard others customers fussing at one little girl manicurist, who did a horrible job on my nails.

If I could give 0 stars I would my nails look decent, but when the nail technician began drilling I don’t know if he was looking for dead skin or not, he kept drilling at my nail bed.I don’t exactly know why, but two of my nails my index and middle were bleeding.Then awhile after her proceeded and finished it started to burn and get swollen.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON!

I went in today for a French Manicure. After speaking with the technician, Lu (?), I upgraded to gel nail polish. She did an EXCELLENT job. After reading the reviews here, I was concerned about bleeding but nothing of the sort happened. I enjoyed polite conversation with her, and was impressed with her understanding and use of English - her second language.I also decided to get a pedicure, and she did a great job there too.I did witness a rude customer who had a different technician (next to me). She wasn’t happy with something he had done. Instead of complaining to management and raising your voice, insulting the guy like he can’t understand what you’re saying, speak nicely to them if you’re unhappy and give them an opportunity to fix your problem. If it’s not resolved, by all means, speak to the manager - respectfully.These businesses are dealing with rude customers on a daily basis, many of whom are stealing - walking out under the pretence of “getting their purse from their car” while never returning to pay. It’s shameful. Karma will catch up.This, and the cultural difference, could be the reason behind what some find “rude”. Be nice. Treat them with respect and maybe you’ll get the same.

I had the worst experience there! The utensils they use looked like it came out of a sterile pack, so Im thinking okay they sanitary. .. Ummm no she washed the utensils in the dirty water my feet were in and put then back in the package. Also she messed up my design and they refused to fix it. All they had to do is thickin the black line of my design. They wouldnt do it. They offered to remove the design which would take more time than her to thicken that line of my design! She also scrubbed the skin off my ankles so I have cuts on my ankles! I do not recommend this place to anyone! 0 ⭐for me

You know that stereotype about how they talk about you before you sit or when you walk in. Yeah I could tell those ladies wasn’t havin it. They all looked at each other like “nope I’m not doing it.” Yeah I’m about 6’1”, 230 so yeah I got the picture.Funny as it was, this was unprofessional. Any big/athletic guys looking for a place don’t come here.

They used to be a good shop until Tammy left my nails came up after a couple days had to get repaired and they charged for their bad job. Then it happened again but luckily I ran into Tammy at the mall she had to remove whole set to fix their horrible job

I will be going back very satisfied.

Great service, my acrylics came out perfect, shape and size.

I experienced bad service from the same man both times (about 5 months apart). I looked past it the first time, but today I paid and left early. After my acrylic was applied, I opted for no polish for my nails and toes due to the extreme level of uncomfortability I felt by sitting in his chair and feeling his mood. Additionally, he cut 3 of my cuticles until they bled.

My gel polish chipped the day after getting them done. I went back the next day to get them repaired and the guy just painted over the chips. The repiar didnt even last a day. The technician was rude and talked on the phone the entire time.
