Visiting family in Montgomery and needed a fill in so I decided to get my nails done, found this place on Instagram and liked what I saw so I made an appointment. My nails turned out nice however not really what I wanted. I wanted my nails to be nude with a design on each finger, all a different color, but the same design. The lady who did my nails was obviously not pleased with my request. She never once smiled and her mannerisms were obvious.. she kept sighing and saying things to the nail tech next to her.. and handling objects aggressively. She did not let me choose more than 5 colors. When it became apparent she had an attitude, I told her to do 3 fingers on each hand instead. The design I wanted was simple. She obviously did not feel like spending the time to do what I wanted which I feel was lazy on her behalf especially since my nails were short and square. The first picture is what I wanted, except different colors on each finger. The second is what I got. Despite her negative energy I remained polite and thanked her to which she responded “mmhmm” I don’t think I’ll ever be returning due to the hostility I experienced.

The best nail shop ever. Only thing I hate is the rhinestones off so fast! And they charge EXTRA! I went this past Friday and got rhinestones and SATURDAY NIGHT ALL OF THEM WAS GONE! Now that’s a waste of money! Lower rhinestones prices or find a better solution to make them stay on.

My daughters and I loved the reviews and took a chance. The experience was wonderful, all three done in less than 2 hours, manicure and pedicure. They are a little pricey but well worth the extra cost.

I’ve been going to them for 5 1/2 months now. I am very pleased. Fast service & friendly staff/environment. They have more than 1 nail technicians as well as pedicure technicians. This makes a difference and you get in and out. Amy is great with both eyebrows and nails. Jason is so talented. I will be going to them for now on.

A very fast service, I was out of there in 1 hour there with mysister and we both got our nails and feet done. Very Bright And Clean service. One thing though is my sister changed her mind on what sje wanted and the lady doing her nails wasnt responding when she said she wanted acrylic nails. So she wasnt very happy with your service. Other than that I do plan on going back 👍🏾

This is my fav place to go to get my nails done. I love all the staffs and environment here. They are number 1 shop can do any designs and I just need to show them any picture. Especially they do really good eyelashes here too. My lashes always look nice and full, last a long time until I came back for my filling. Best one in town😊

This place is definitely not worth the money, at least not in my experience. I initially wanted both a Pedicure and a manicure, but with how rushed and lazily the guy handled my Pedicure, I changed my mind. He didnt seem to want to be there as he was huffing and puffing the entire time... We all have bad days and I dont always want to be at work either, but I dont take that out on my clients and minimize their experience, time and money. I paid for the option with hot stone option, more massage time among other things. I got about 2 minutes total with the hot stones (not exaggerating at all, sadly) and just about the same with the hot towels, didnt even get the intensive callus treatment. He rushed through everything from my cutting to my scrub and just seemed like he wanted me out his chair, so I did just that.. That experience was all and all not worth it and very disappointing. I have yet to find a consistent nail place in Montgomery and I dont want to pay hundreds of dollars for half-done, hit or miss service.

Troy is my FAVORITE!!! He’s been doing my nails for 6 or 7 years now. He’s so sweet, very professional! Not to mention he’s an awesome nail tech. I love the way Amy do my lashes, eyebrows! She’s very good at what she do as well! 😍 over all my favorite nail shop!

Tom is the best I visit him every second Thursday! Always on time and treats me like family ❤️

Jason is a beast with the nails!!! I love my full set, I showed him a pic and he nailed it. It was a slight difference in the color but it was still pretty. I also got a pedicure by someone who seem new but was nice, my brows and lashes done by Amy, who always kill it! They stay pack, booked and busy….so make sure to book an apt.

The male tech that did my pedicure completely embarrassed me, I work ALOT and don’t have time to visit a salon often so I needed a pedi pretty bad I won’t lie, but my feet grows dead skin VERY FAST I get it from my dad….I can’t help it. I’ve had techs at this place make comments before…but I wasn’t embarrassed so I let it go. But yesterday the nail tech went in the back pulled out a cheese grater and says “ma’am we will not use this again we will only use this from now on!” Then he holds up a purple foot stone. At that point all the ppl sitting around me kept staring, I was completely horrified and HUMILIATED I had to keep looking away so I wouldn’t cry….and I got the 48 dollar pedi….They charged me 68, I got nothing special no design all white, then I had a pic of what I wanted and my nails look NOTHING how the pic looks horrible work! The tech that did my nails added green that I did not ask for….I’ve sent at least 10+ ppl to your business but I will never recommend this place to anyone anymore. And I will NEVER be back!! I was charged 95 dollars for a set that looks nothing like what I wanted. I paid 158 dollars in all for a pedi with no design and nails that SUCK!! I used to think of this place as the best….but not anymore they are rude and don’t care about customer feelings or comfort

Great experience! Went in today for the first time. Jay (Lee) was my service tech; he was super friendly, and did a great job! I’m very indecisive and picky but Jay was super patient and helpful. Most places are either rushed, unclean, or just not quality work; it’s hard to find a place that hits all the marks but this place did. The place was clean, friendly greeting at the door, great service all the way through. Money well spent, you get what you pay for. Thanks so much, I’ll be back!

The wait wasnt too long when i went on a Friday evening and the lady who did my nails was very quick, professional and good. The prices are reasonable and the entire staff knew the up to date nail styles, knew what they were doing. I will be coming back.

I had the BEST pedicure by Helen that I’ve had since I’ve started getting my pedicures in Las Vegas! She listened to what I needed done and went the extra mile while talking to me not the other technicians. I also got my nails done with art and left feeling on top of the world, dumpling outstanding. The place in clean, professional and although they suggest appts on future visits, they welcome walk ins, like I was and a couple other people after me.

I been here before and my first experience was amazing, I started to recommend other people, so I went to place of business on 08/12/21 because my birthday is coming up to gwt a full.set and pedicure and when I tell you man who did my nails was rude nd did a horrible job on my hands and feet. When I went to the management to complain and let them know I wasnt satisfied with the service and I just wanted someone to redo it. I wasnt looking for any money back. Just a better service. I received a fill in on Friday and Saturday the tips chipped off. I returned and asked to have them repaired. The person in the 1st chair was rude he said I hit them on something. I did inside my car on the dash. I told him what I needed stating he knew what he was doing He repaired them. They are thick and do not cover the side edges. The polish he attempted to remove is still on the sides and he did not polish to the cuticle. It does not look very professional. I was not able to see it well because of the lighting on the inside.

This place does great fake nails & nail art, but do not go to them for dip on real nails. They dont know how to do it well. If I wore fake nails, this is the place I would go.

The staff lacks skill and technique. I received a mani and pedi and neither were not completed in satisfactory manner. The nail did not fit to my natural nail bed and the nail tech did not know or care to correctly fit it to my nail bed. The polish was diluted and not the color displayed- I assumed from adding substances to stretch the polish instead of purchasing more. I do recognize this is not a high end salon, but for a $45 mani and $55 pedi-I expected it to be decent at best.The nails are bulky, too long, and were filed after the gel was applied( big mistake).My toes were not evenly coated at all( she even used three coats- which further shows how diluted the polish was).It was subpar at best. I will not be returning. I arrived at 10AM and did not leave until 12:30 due to having to wait roughly 30 minutes in between my mani and pedi.Rather than saying it would be a wait, they have you sit in the chair as if someone will be with you promptly.My nails were not corrected.After bringing all of this to the attention of Tom he said “they look fine to me- nothing wrong with your nails”.SUGGESTION: your opinion of a paying customers nails are irrelevant-what does matter is how I the customer views the service.I strongly recommend you DO NOT use this salon!I was misguided by the reviews, but it seems as though they focus on “regulars” and not the “walk in” customers they solicit and advertise to as well.Staff was a polite, cleanliness was moderate. Service was poor and lacked skill!

I was cut on my ankle with the metal scrub foot brush today! Also I was not given the same services as the others and not offered a drink ! I started bleeding in the salon no bandaid always giving! The worst pedicure ever! I was applaud and then she wouldn’t stop digging into my in grown toenail when I told her before hand it was sensitive. I should have talked to the manager because a huge piece of my skin on my bottom of my heel is gone and hurts so bad!

Recently Ive been looking for a place to provide exceptional services with experience. I was referred here by 2 of my friends and Tom was the technician who provided services to them. Once I arrived to the facility it was eye catching, neat and clean. The overall score was an 80, not sure why or what the violations were but the staff seemed to be clean and were following their procedures. Both mine and my daughters nails turned out fine and we will most definitely go back to use Tom. Even at the end of the night we were in and out in a timely fashion and they had a full staff no wait. Thanks for the nice experience!

My husband and I both got pedicures. It was his first and he had a good experience. I also got a manicure with a parafin treatment. I have never had a manicure last this long. One full week to the day and my nails and cuticles are still perfect. I wish I could remember the ladys name so that I could give her the credit. We will definitely be back the next time were in Montgomery. Good prices and thorough staff. Clean and friendly.

Came to this nail shop while here visiting from Georgia Spent $70 dollars on gel nails that only lasted for 6 days! Waste of money will never go back here ! I never had gel nail that only last 6 days and I work from home as a customer rep so I’m not doing any heavy work so disappointed!!!

Just left and all I can say is impressed! I am huge on customer service and I got it from my first step in the door. I am visiting from out of town, so I didnt know if this would be the place for me, but the reviews were great, so I thought Id check it out. I was greeted by every employee in sight, asked how I could be helped, and then assured that I could be. I had to wait but that gave me time to decide on color 🙂 I was also reassured several times that it would be just a little longer (although I wasnt in a hurry, I truly appreciated not being ignored!). Through the process of getting my nails done, I was treated wonderfully by . She was kind, gentle, never rushed or assumed I wanted something I didnt. She truly treated me with respect. Also when I went to wash my hands she gave me a warm towel to dry them off with, so nice. Ive never had that before! She had also offered me a drink when we say down, so many nice things, I just cant remember them all! Please go see them!! 🙂 great prices, great people!!

They are very talented; however, the quality of work has gone down. My last visit was horrible. Trust me, I’ll give anyone the benefit of doubt but this was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. To make matters worse, the tech ASKED for a tip! That’s is beyond rude and unprofessional. Will not be returning

Got in on time, I had anAppointment and it wasn’t crowded. A guy did my nails but he didn’t clip any dry skin around my nails. Didn’t do anything with my cuticles and ran the bill up on me adding gowdy looking big rhinestones. When I tell you I was standing outside in the light looking at all the dry skin around my nails that hadn’t been removed. I stepped back in there and told the manager why he didn’t remove it he said I had to REQUEST IT. He clipped it off and I left shaking my head. They charged me $100 for my nails and toes and the polish on my toes you can clearly tell it should have had another coat. I will never go to them again.

I spent three hours in there. Thats a long time but, I had the works done from brows to feet. They did a good job in all areas of work performed. I just felt I was there too long.

Yesterday 10/3/19 I went into a newly renovated atmosphere and it was amazing! Love what they’ve done with the place! My go to techs are Tom in the first chair or June in the last chair! I typically only go to men. As always only one person touch my brows and that’s Amy!! She’s the talk of the city when it comes to eyebrows and lashes! I tried a different shape on my nails this time (Pointed almond) and Tom delivered as always!!! Love love love them!Only downside yesterday was the lady that did my feet and the past few times she’s been terrible. I wanted to decline her services yesterday but I was in a hurry really. She doesn’t like for you to tell her what you want, I asked her to not use this huge cheese grater on my feet and she got an attitude (well lady no one wants their feet literally bleeding like the last time she did my feet they hurt afterwards) and she also got upset because I didn’t want gel polish on my toes so proceeded to charge me extra for her having to take my polish off my toes... that was a wow factor for me. Then when she polished my toes she acted as though I couldn’t tell her “mam can you get the polish off the side of my toe that you were going to just leave there!” Like I believe in paying for fake services and you’re not going to do a half done job at all! I’d add that she messed up my eyebrows last time as well and I had to wait a month to let them grow and to get them done again!Overall the guys and Amy are great I’ll request June to do my feet next time he just had a few people last night and I couldn’t wait. I’d definitely recommend anyone to go to Master Nail they are the place you want to be if you’re looking for perfection! ❤️ See you in 3 weeks Tom/June/Amy!!!!
