Terrible terrible service. I tried this place for the first time, getting dip nails. The nails weren’t smooth. The next day I had a broken nail and over the next couple days they were mostly all broken. I couldn’t go back because I was out of town on vacation. I had to find someone to take them off while on vacation.

They were amazing. I got several services done my nails looked amazing and so did my toes! Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful place to get your nails done. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Peaceful soothing music plays while you sit back in a fantastic massage chair for a pedicure. The staff is friendly and over the top helpful. I felt so pampered. Definitely walk in for a great experience or make an appointment today! Note that they even have cute chairs for little ones to be pampered!

I haven’t been in a while because of where I live but they never disappoint and I’m definitely going to start coming back… Tiffany is now my new nail tech she’s so precise and detailed!!!!

Nails started to chip and peel in 4 days. For the price I was expecting better workmanship and quality.

I went in to get my eyelashes done I asked for long, double and full. She finished I went to work which is next door. I looked in the mirror and glue was everywhere on top of my eye and under plus two eyelashes fell off. I called and complained and they told me to come back so she can fix them. I went back on my lunch break and let’s just say I left out with one eye full and one eye way thin. I called back to ask if they could take them off and refund me and he said no sorry, I asked if I could pay for the box of lashes I used and they just refund me for the services I payed for he said no. I told him if she wasn’t licensed to do eyelashes then and he stated that the other person who usually does them is on vacation. I would never go back or recommend them

Set an appointment for 5:30 and still had to sit for nearly an hour. The man that did my nails didn’t take his time at all, and cut under my nails. Unprofessional and bad work done. Definitely will not be going back.

I love my nails! This place is on the pricier side but you definitely get what you pay for. The attentiveness to the customer and the details given to your nails is wonderful. 100% recommend!

I went to this nail salon for my first time and my nail tech was Vince. He took me in immediately and provided me with an awesome range of powder colors available. He provided wine and he did the dip powder (my first time getting dip) and they are beautiful! He took his time but was very efficient and as I looked around the salon, I noticed that the salon had a score of 100 and Vince kept his area and drill bits very clean the entire time of doing my nails. By the end of my services, I was very pleased with my nails. The salon had a very relaxing energy to it and it was quiet and the look of my nails is the best I have ever seen them! I will be definitely be back!

This is a great place to get your nails done... I rate it a 3 because I was there from 12:30 to 3:00.. the nail tech stopped on my nails several of times to go to other clients, I was charged 5 dollars extra just to get my feet scrubbed my total for a French manicure came out to be $70 I was charged for length $5, shape $5, and the French manicure was $10..that’s just extra too me..it’s a quiet place but is very costly...never again

Good Quality nails, each technician take their time and give you personal attention. unfortunately this means an extra long wait time. In my opinion only half of the staff understands English.

My first visit to this salon, I had read reviews about this salon prior to visiting. I made an appointment and once I got there, the salon was packed because they had overbooked. I ended up waiting an hour or longer. I had made an appointment for a full set and a pedicure. After waiting all this time, the guy that did my nails did a great job, I think he’s the owner the only downfall to him doing my nails was the fact that he had to continuously answer the phone and take payment for others services when there were others in the salon. After realizing I had gotten frustrated, he allowed others to start processing the payments. Then the pedicure chairs were full and I wasn’t able to get my pedicure. Then I went back within the next two weeks which was 6/1 and got a pedicure, they wanted to charge me an extra 10 Dollars to file the dead skin off my feet which I thought was included in pedicures, then the tech used the pumice stone and scrubbed my feet extremely hard and was rude about it when I snatched my foot. He then proceeded to do my fill in. The quality of my nails now is horrible. He didn’t drill the acrylic by my cuticles and it looks as though it’s just laying on my cuticles. It’s only been a week and I have two nails that’s are raising at the cuticles. Oh and not to mention they charged me an extra 5 dollars to take gel polish off three nails. I will not be returning. They are over priced and the quality of their work isn’t good at all.

I was looking for a new nail salon after the lady who has been doing my nails for 3 years decided to quit doing nails. This place was very clean and used all clean tools on me. I haven’t been to place that doesn’t use the drill on my nails in a very long time. It was a welcomed change NOT to have a drill used on my nails. Price was higher than what I’m used to paying, but still love my experience. Will definitely be going back.

If you are looking for great quality and service come here! Everyone is friendly, clean, very professional and do a great job! Yes its a bit on the expensive side but so worth it. I will definitely be back!

Great! I go here for pedicures all the time. Their employees work so hard and have such a great work ethic! I always tip $20 because who really likes polishing another persons feet?! To me, they are worth every penny!

The prices are made up and it’s so sad I got a color change they charged me $51 for the color changed I asked why she said each diamond is $5 I have a total of 11 small diamonds on one finger and I have a total of two finger with diamonds so that 22 diamonds (doesn’t add up), she couldn’t explain why she charged me so much then when she did it was not justified with accurate understand and evidence of clarity!!!! Please save your money AND DO NOT GO HERE......

This place is really clean, stylish and my tech (I did not get her name 😔) was very nice, professional and she took her time doing my pedicure. She was very detailed. Ive only been twice but I think I found my home nail salon. The service is fast and friendly and my nails always look and feel great. When you walk in the atmosphere is relaxing and you feel right at home. By far the best nail salon Ive ever been to. Will be back.

Good customer service. But way too expensive, for the basic pedicure and full set with design on each nail was $142.00 was shocked when I got to the register, wanted to tell them take nails off 😭😭😭. Nails cracked in less than 24 hours because nail tech was very stingy with the powder and my nails came out very thin. Very disappointed after spending that kind of money on nails!!!

One of the best around! I’ve been to several places in town to find a clean salon with people that take time to give you a perfect manicure and pedicure and finally found one! My nails look perfect every time I leave and my gel lasts two plus weeks!! I am very pleased! Thank you, Gloria Nails for providing great service to your clients. Side note: they are quick. This is my favorite salon in the Montgomery, AL area. It is super clean and the experience working with all the employees has been pleasant. I used to stick with one nail technician but when they are busy I started being open to the first available and have not regreted it. They all have similar techniques and I can tell the owner is very picky with whom he hires. This is a family owned business which I strongly support and it has been a pleasure getting my pedicures and dip manicures from them for the last 6 months. They have a big staff now and can give you a great experience in a reasonable time frame.

I took 5 teenage girls and myself to Glorias on a Saturday afternoon for manicures. They were surprisingly quiet when we got there and took us all straight back. They were so nice to all the girls. I had asked for deluxe manicure for myself with gel polish. Well, when the lady started doing the polish she had to keep taking it off. Finally someone told me that it was because of the lotion from the deluxe manicure-- when you do gel you are apparently not supposed to have anything on your nails-- no lotion or soap or anything. So she worked so hard trying to get it just right! I know it had to be frustrating for her to have to keep taking it off and redoing it! But she kept working at it-- I felt really bad. Finally someone e--lse tried and he was able to get it just right. I really appreciated the extra effort they put into making sure my nails looked perfect! I think a lot of places would have just let it go because I didnt really think it was bad, but they really went the extra mile. Thank you Glorias for a great experience! I will be back!

I’ve been looking for a new place to get pedicures since the last few i had been to were horrible and my 2 year old niece could’ve done a better job. My toes look GREAT after coming here, the color was even and vibrant and my nail shape was natural looking. She spent extra time massage my legs with the exfoliater and lotion and also did a quick scrub on my feet since i’m ticklish but still got the job done. Most places just do a quick application & move on. They also have this stuff that removes very calloused and dry feet and my friends feet looked GREAT. This is by far the best pedicure i’ve received and for a good price. I’ve definitely found my new place to get my toes done.

!!!Update!!!Once Gloria Nails saw my post, I received a call to clarify the matter. It turns out there was a miscommunication and they were ready to honor their guarantee. I came in today for a full set and deluxe pedicure, and it looks wonderful. The care and time they put into it was amazing! The color is fabulous as well. I’m wearing Season Beige and it looks beautiful on my hands. Thank you to the team at Gloria Nails for making this a great experience again.———————Gel Polish Guarantee... nope! You’ll pay for correction!I’ll start by saying before this recent experience, I thought they were the best. They definitely outshined Anthony Vince in Eastchase Shoppes, however today the last straw was pulled. I went in for a gel manicure which is $17 for the manicure and 18 for the gel (Note: Just gel is about $25). On the services menu it says that your gel polish is guaranteed for 7 days. I don’t know about you but any other guarantee means either it meets expectation, or your money back, and sometimes a re-do. Well not here...

I love my toes...and they were patient with my son.

Not super happy with my S&S nails. I paid a premium price ($40) because S&S is supposed to be far better than regular gel/Shellac. I went on Saturday and today (Monday), just two days later, I have cracks. Also the initial execution wasnt great. On two of my nails I can see through to the white of my nails. Wish I had time to get them redone this evening or next, but my schedule doesnt allow. Very frustrated.

After going my research, I went with my daughter. I had the SNS dip nails, pedicure and eyebrow wax. I was greeted by LT and Sue, whos been there for just 2 wks, from Chicago, was my tech. I had the best pedicure, etc. The dip was the best I have ever had, here and in Miami. Emily was Nilas tech and Nila was fascinated by the quality of the services (pedi, gel, waxing). We had a glass of wine and by the time we left it was like we were all family, including Jennie, who did not provide any services to us but was there. We left with hugs and a great smile. Military discount was also given. Best nail salon in Montgomery. Im only sorry I had not discovered it before. I had been going to another salon on Raylir for the past 4 yrs. Glorias is the place to go!!!!

I went in today to get a set removed and another set put on and was told “we’re busy” and that they couldn’t do it. They had maybe 4 people in pedicure chairs, no one getting their nails done and no one waiting. It’s a shame because I was looking for a long term nail salon. This won’t be it.
