My nails was f..k up the day after I got them did

I had to upgrade my review because my last visit in 2 years was HORRIBLE! Its definitely time for a remodel and BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Long wait times and they need more help

They was very very neat and clean they very nice to they customers, does very good nails, one thing i like about them you cant come in without a face mask..

I was happy they said they could do my nails so close to closing but I dodged a bullet when I was informed by a customer that frequents the place to not use anyone there but 1 young lady. The guy there I almost used, actually seemed under the influence, clipped a ladys nail and skin. She screamed out in pain and he didnt act that concerned. Never going there again.

I went in this location t get a overlay but only to have 4 cars of cops called out simply because you looking an thinking am paying you 25.00 for this . This were a waste of my time an day but I did get my money back after the fact the police where giving me a direction on how to file a sue an then he up with that $20.00 the original owners are always gone since man Lynn got her surgery she has forgot about nails and the ones that have working at that location now is a mess one guy this him (shed all day rude an nasty looking in between the sink area I will never go are step foot in this so call Glam nail places. Inside spokes for itself😵 💰 hungry business

I use this I love going here a few years back but now it’s terrible. The man who sits by the door does horrible eyebrows and nails. He doesn’t listen and he rushes. I was very very unhappy.

I love the eye lash tech! She bomb af !! She only in on Friday this week tho. My nails and feet are on point! She READY!!!!👑💍💄👠💣💥💋💋💋

I am Very Pleased with Pro Nails. They do Beautiful Nails.

The only reason I give them a star is to acknowledge Ive been to this establishment...It is not only dirty and filthy inside, it is unkempt ad seemingly unorganized. I will never go back.

Not happy at all with my full set. Every nail was crooked and when I said something the lady got an attitude with me. After the man came to fix them so much nail was filed away they are now extremely short. Every nail is a different shape and length, some have bumps and strange shapes. They do not seem willing to help. The man made them better. But better is still not very good. Extremely disappointed, decided to skip the pedi.

4/5/18 needed pedicure for my moms funeral which was the next day. I ran around so much making funeral arrangements that I forgot to get things done for myself. I walked in and I was told they are not doing pedicures because it would take over an hour so they are not doing pedicures . I had to rush to find another salon. This used to be my favorite place when I lived in Montgomery, never again . dont go here . cant wait to get back to Houston

I travel miles to this place to get my brows done, the owner sister does them the best.

They are very welcoming and work at a great pace with excellent quality in their work

They used low quality products for my gel manicure. Started peeling off the first night. Will not go back.

The lady that did my pedicure was good, but they burnt my friends feet and watched over us to make sure we tipped.

Sign says closes at 8pm went in before 6:30pm and they told me they were closed already.

They do stay busy, but you can make appointment, I usually go close to closing time.

Dont let the young girl.do your eyebrows she will f you all the way up everyone else is really good but the young one cut my whole eyebrow off
