It was such an amazing therapy to relieve pain in me physically and emotionally. I felt so good by attending your cycling classes in the past! Amazing job teaching and 5 stars for the coaches.

Was seriously considering joining this gym until they told me they would not give membership prices over the phone. They are the only gym in town that wont. For that reason I will be joining Golds Gym.

Ive been a member for over a year now, and Im proud to have found a healthy and fun family fitness community for a great price! Theres so many classes, activities, events, celebrations and comradery on a budget you cant pass up! Ive been recommending all my friends and family to join because you get everything all in one without paying extra fees! Ive lost weight, but Ive also come out of my antisocial behavior because of the staffs professional&personal demeanor towards me. The gym members are treated like old friends and family and it goes beyond the gym itself. I also enjoy volunteering in their RockSteady Boxing Program for Parkinsons Disease patients. That program for Parkinson boxers fulfills me in a way that lets me give back as a disabled veteran with numerous health problems tryin to get healthier myself! Some people tell me oh theyre too expensive I tell them Id rather invest $30 extra dollars a month for better quality of life than save a few bucks I cant take to the grave with me! Lol.

As far as classes offered, trainers, and amenities this gym has it all. I never have to wait for equipment and the people are all very kind and welcoming.
