Nice and clean gym semi truck parking available for exercise time

My son and I come in after I get off work. Jason and the others on the overnight crew are always available and keep cleaning solutions and paper towels stocked. Coming from a cleaning background in my job I appreciate the attention to detail.

The night staff are upbeat and attentive! Best tanning bed around.

Very clean. Not crowded. Exercise equipment was very easy to use and if you dont know how to use it they have instructions and videos to follow on your phone.

Always nice and clean. It seams that I am always letting staff know that something is out at the cleaning station. They are very friendly there.

I visited this PF in Montgomery Alabama. The staff was superb and the equipment was very well maintained. Ill definitely go there when in in Montgomery!

I enjoy working out at Planet Fitness. The gym is very clean and covid protocols are being followed.

Its a Planet Fitness. So in general you know what to expect, and for the most part this place delivers. Its clean. Staff seems friendly. Equipment appeared to be well maintained But unfortunately I can only give 3 out of 5 stars.If youre used to big city locations and those near major metropolitan areas, you might be somewhat taken aback visiting here like I did.They are NOT 24 hours. They close EARLY on Fridays. 9 pm! This came as a total shock to me. Glad I got it when I did so at least I got SOME lifting in before the advisement was made that in 10 minutes they were closing.Mens showers are clean but somewhat poorly lit. The dark paint in the shower stall only makes it seem even darker with the inadequate lighting.In conclusion, a good place to get a workout. A bit smaller than many locations Ive seen, and extremely limited weekend hours. But once you take this into account youll be ok.

I love the friendly environment and the encouragement from the other members. While I do wish there were more free weight options, I understand why there is not. Despite not having a much of the free weight options that other gyms have, I would choose Planet Fitness any day over the other options. Its a great gym to get in shape and stay in shape.

I travel the whole USA & utilized my black card membership to the max. This club has an EXEMPT employee named BRETT, he has the BEST customer service, best attitude of all the clubs I had been to. The rest of his peers & supervisor can learn much from this man.

I like the choice of equipment and convenient location. The staff is friendly. The temperature control in the summer could be better.

Great staff, very helpful. Tanning beds were clean, machines, massage chairs, and hydro beds. The best employee there is Kaylee she was so helpful for showing me around on my 1st time there!!

Its cool, not like the ones back home though the black card room doesnt have lockers and here they dont have the 360 stretch machine and the 30min work out area doesnt have the green and red light so pretty much ppl stay on the equipment in that area as long as they want.

Great customer service. Altho it would be helpful to have hooks in the shower and somewhere to put shower items :)

Friendly staff helped me sign up, and didnt pressure me to take the most expensive option. The Planet Fitness location was clean, bright and busy at 6pm on a Friday night. The club had a mix of men and women, working out, and the equipment looked new and in good working order. As its been awhile since Ive belonged to a gym, I really liked that there is no financial penalty if its not a good fit, although there is an annual fee in addition to the $10 monthly fee they advertise. There are locker rooms (bring your own lock), with bathroom and showers available.

Clean and very nice staff. Free trainer every other week is a bonus.

Great location. A few miles from work. Will be part of my weekday routine.

Its a nice gym. Great for beginners, I like the hours and its really clean. The hydro massage chair is the best and they have a sauna type machine that tones the muscles too. The customer service is great too.

Great gym considering the low gym fees. The HYDRO MASSAGE CHAIR gives a very relaxing and effective water massage. The gym is clean and well maintained. The showers are not the worst but, need more regular attention, however.

I have been going to this gym for over 6 years. It has improved a lot as far as machines and massage equipment. I do feel that there should be less tanning beds and more other options. Tanning beds are only for Whites. So That’s catering more to one race.On a positive note, I attend the 30 minute circuit training 3 times a week. David, the trainer, is the BEST. He is very friendly, positive and carries himself in a very professional manner. Great attitude. He truly motivates all the clients. I wish the other staff was more like David. I will say Chloe and Simya(the Indian girl), they are so sweet and friendly also,

The gym is great, the staff is great. This is about the business practices. You have to go in person to cancel a plan. Sidenote, Im still being billed. Maybe Im wrong. But I believe you get billed when you first apply. This implies youre paying ahead. Assuming so, theres no reason to still bill after youve cancelled. Again, the gym is awesome and so is the staff. If I could verify you pay when you apply, is knock it to 2. I just dont appreciate any business that makes you jump hoops to cancel service. It makes me suspicious. I wonder if Ill get billed again next month too.

Friendly atmosphere, great staff.

I’ve canceled my membership three times now. Each month I get charged again and I can’t get in touch with anyone to get a refund on that. They’re taking money from me for something I don’t even use and haven’t used since Covid started. I want this fixed I want it fixed now. I can’t even get into my account now because it keeps saying it’s going to send me a varafication email and hasn’t sent one, and yes, I’ve checked my spam folder.

Friendly staff. Great equipment. Fitness distancing during pandemic is a plus.

Very clean & professional

I find the atmosphere to be pleasant at times. I work out quite often and I enjoy it. The problem I have is that people are sitting at the equipment talking and not using the equipment. They act as if theyre home in their lazy boy.

Fantastic variety of equipment, well maintained and clean. Welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Locker room and shower area very nice also.

If you have any life issues that you cant control just know you will continuously be billed regardless of the situation the no commitment no contract is bogus. only one person finally made it right after almost 10 months later from a lay off and pregnancy loss.. smh.

Dont believe them when they say no contract its a lie. Continued taking money after I called and requested they stop. I was told I needed a certified letter. Rip off

Wonderful place to go and work out stress freein the massage chairs and hydro chairs are wonderful way to treat yourself after a great workout.

My car tire was slashed while I was working out..this is not the first time that cars have been vandalized at this location..I will not be visiting this planet fitness in the future..I will be filing police REPORT to press charges on the person who did this if they were caught on camera!

I would give planet fitness 5 stars if they would explain to some of their new employees that sitting around talking to customers while they are supposed to be working out, and taking up machines that others are here to actually use is a big no no.

Great place to go to sweat a little... Plenty of machines and great atmosphere.

The normal crowd at this gym is representative of what planet fitness embodies as a company, judgement free and friendly. All if the machines were in working order. The front desk staff were very quick to great me and made sure that my experience was an enjoyable one.

They have recently remodeled a lot of stuff there and added a lot of new machines. There is a lot more to choose from. They also have classes you can sign up for.

I really like this gym and have never had a problem. I wish they had more locations. The only real problem Ive ever had is that sometimes there are no staff members at the front desk when I need to check in or ask a question. This can be frustrating especially when my workout time is limited and I dont have time to stand around and wait for someone. Overall though, good price, clean conditions, and good equipment.

My favorite gym in Montgomery AL. I work out in several States and by far LOVE the location and the staff is wonderful even at 4 am. The remodel gives you more options in your routine. Thank you owners and staff.

Pretty nice gym. Tons of equipment. The Hydromassage is okay, I like the massage chairs better being theyre a bit firmer. The only thing I dont like is the hours. They close at 7pm on weekends. Way too early.

Had two accounts to charge. One being the primary and one the secondary. They charged my secondary account into the negatives and then tried to credit the money back into my account. Thats honest, but they wont pay for the over charge caused by their negligence. I now have to pay my over charge fee because they dont understand how to switch accounts to be charged.. Great people at this store, the corporationa problem handling skills are a joke though.

Great place 2 work out during the week when I get off frm work at 11 pm..

I joined about a year or so ago and am now appalled at how quickly this has deteriorated. It is not the end all be all as portrayed by Biggest Loser. They dont maintain their equipment properly and they dont have knowledgeable employees working there The womens bathroom is atrocious. I would imagine if the state health department walked in they would receive a citation. For the price it was excellent. Ill still go, but have written them so they will look into some of my concerns.

I SO LOVE MY JUDGEMENT FREE WORK OUT ZONE. ENVIRONMENT IS PERFECT EXCEPT FOR SOME PEOPLE FORGET THIS IS A WORK OUT CENTER AND THEY ARE CONVERSATING TOO LOUD AND THIS DISTURBS YOUR WORK OUTS, BESIDES THAT THERE ARE NO BETTER PLACE TO WORK OUT

Been going here for 4 years. I did have it as 4 stars but the employees there now are not friendly. I used to talk and chat with the staff every time I went in. Now I dont even get a hello or have a nice day. One female employee there seems to always be in a bad mood and is rude everytime Im there.

Starter gym. Great for cardio and many extras

I got a PF membership, because I was in the military and traveled a lot. This is one of the BEST PF gyms Ive been to in the many states and many cities in which Ive lived. They got new equipment about a year ago, the staff is pleasant, and the patrons are regulars.

Been a member for many years. Way too crowded for my taste but its truly a no judgement zone so I wont say what I think about the way some people utilize the equipment 🤫

This is the smallest Planet Fitness I have ever visited. The Black Card Spa was severely lacking in amenities and privacy. The employees werent terribly friendly either.

No truck parking, very unfair when my husband and I are both black card members and respectful of property...and there is plenty of parking area behind the building.

Plenty of machines to work out on. Variety of machines is great.

This is one of big Planet Fitness, i even seen in Alabama and best one too to hang out and work out.Very Clean, Plenty of Equipments,Helpful Staffs and Good environment.I love this fitness center...Keep it up guys......
