Called and received service within a few hours - what I thought would be a huge expense was actually a simple fix and was basically charged for a service call. Guys were very professional and even cleaned my coils (as a bonus measure) and waited to see if the simple solution to the thermostat was indeed the problem. Service was fantastic and the price was certainly right! HIGHLY recommend using Edwards for your HVAC needs and repairs!

Great work. Edwards installed Ecobee Lite smart thermostat in less than an hour. Turns out I could have down myself. However...worth the cost though cuz work by ‘certified’ HVAC techs. Ecobee Lite works ‘perfect’.

I called them to check air conditioners at my new home.

I was totally dissatisfied with the services. The two technicians that were sent out were not thorough at all. All they did was check the outside unit and the thermostat. I had to suggest to the one to check things out in the attic. After my suggestion, he stated there was still some air escaping but everybody has a little escaping. He stated that the duct work was to hard to get to. They then charged me 85 dollars and left. I still have to get my unit looked at. Totally upset!!!! I would never recommend this company. Date of service 7-20-20.

I dont have time for a job like that was what I was told during the middle of me explaining my issue. Now granted, my plumbing issue was not an easy fix but complicated. I was just cut off when I was explaining my issue in a way that did not seem customer friendly. It was told to me that the company was busy with commercial jobs and they couldnt spare the man power. Again, understandable to a point, however that interaction may me feel that they did not care about residential issues. Furthermore, I did not feel valued because there was no attempt made to provide me with future dates of service or a referral to another company.

I have always used EDWARDS H/A in Montgomery, Al. Customer Service is their game and always willing to be available no matter what time of the year. From the time I call the office to the Techs arrived, there is always less than 24 hours. Lisa, the office staff, or one of them, make you feel so welcome and always call me by name which makes me feel like she remembers me or probably just caller ID, but what ever the personal touch EDWARDS gives you. The same holds true for the Techs, mine is Winton, and I would put him above anyone in Customer Service and Knowledge in the HVAC systems. I called this business about a water line connection in my laundry room. The man who answered the phone barely let me finish telling him what the issue was before he blurted out you may want to call someone else because I aint got no mo openings until Tuesday and then hung up in my face! He didnt even ask to see if I would take a Tuesday appointment; he just hung up! That was beyond rude!
