Sonny was our tech & he was awesome! Both Beckys in the office were very pleasant, patient, & helpful to me over the phone. Once the job was done, our tech checked back on us multiple times throughout the day to assure that everything was working properly & if we were satisfied. Im glad I chose Hans!

We have used Hans Heating & Air for a number of years. They were recommended to us by a friend when we were new to the area. They have always been honest, professional and reliable. When our AC died 8 years ago, they were honest and said that our inside unit was only 3 years old and didnt have to be replaced. So they just replaced the needed section and saved us thousands. We have them do preventative maintenance twice a year. Have never had any problems. They are on time, friendly and very thorough. Highly recommend.

We Scheduled them twice because they did not show up on time nor did they call & say they were going to be late . I work and don’t sit at home all day so a courtesy call would have been appreciated, never using again !

SCAM ALERT! The technician concluded that my blower motor was bad in my furnace. I agreed with him. He said that no one had ever registered my unit for warranty when they installed it. So nothing was covered under warranty.To install the new blower motor was going to be $1900 or they would gladly finance a new furnace unit for me to the tune of $3400. Of course — with a great warranty!!***Only the faulty motor WAS under warranty and I had it replaced for free by another company that doesn’t purposefully screw their customers!***BEWARE their word can’t be trusted!

My parents had them install a brand new unit in one area of their home. They also had them replace a coil in another unit. They have been out three times at least to service the new unit in the last 18 months to 2 years. The new coil also went out and its less than 2 years old. Although the coil is still under warranty, it is a tremendous burden for 81 year olds. My mother said she would never ever use them again. The service people are very polite and have never given us a problem in that area. However, it seems they use substandard equipment in their installations and repairs. Once they ordered a part or one of the units and it took months for it to arrive. As a matter of fact we had to call and inquire and at our inquiry, she realized that it had come in and they hadnt even contacted us. So I cannot recommend them at this time.

Took the offer the tune-up and it was a very pleasant experience. Very professional to setup and the tech arrived on time. Matt answered all my questions and helped me figure out why my power bill was increasing so much more than previous summertimes. Highly recommend Hans. Thanks.

After experiences with three different HVAC companies this summer, I have decided that I will always call Hans first from now on. I had an obvious problem with my AC system, and two other companies came out and charged me, only to do nothing and say they couldnt find the problem. I called Hans for a third opinion and the guys located the problem and then fixed it for a very reasonable price. An animal had chewed a hole into a duct line. I mentioned this situation to a friend and she also told me that she had had great experiences with Hans in the past. They seem to operate by the old standard - give great customer service to build customer loyalty. The other guys at the other businesses operate on the newer model - charge as much as possible for each visit no matter what happens.

The worst company in the Montgomery area. They attempted to charge me $949.00 to install a fan motor for my outside unit. I called Chads Heating and Air and they replaced it for $400.00 cheaper, with a 2 year warranty. Please do not use this corrupt company. Just imagine how many people (especially the elderly) have scammed to make a profit. Dont waste your time calling these people, because they are nothing but crooks.I talked with the service desk lady on the phone, and she advised me that they charge a flat rate regardless of the issue you have.

They have great knowledgeable technicians however, I purchased two brand new units from them almost a year ago and the condensor has already gone out on one them. I called them on Saturday to get the unit serviced. The technician determine that the problem was the condenser and was informed that theyre unable to fix issue until the new part arrives sometime next week. Until then Im stuck without air.I asked about a portable air unit or window unit to get through until it can be resolved. After speaking with a manager, I was informed that there is absolutely nothing they can do on their very end. Most companies at least have a portable unit they can loan you until the service is completed (I checked with Dixie and they have some along with a couple of other companies). Even though its currently almost 87 degrees and climbing inside (93 degrees outside).

Hans has taken good care of my heating and air need for years night orday just give them a call.

Annual tune up, I also get the AC tune up in the spring. Keeps systems running smooth, very professional, on time and friendly too. Myself and my daughters home have systems installed and maintained by Hans.

I have Americas Preferred home warranty and they let me pick my contractor, thats where the good ends for them. Hans team went above and beyond to work with the most uncooperative home warranty company on the face of the Earth. They also provided great and super fast work (once I gave up on the warranty company). Their tech Brandon was very knowledgeable and down to earth even at 9pm. I will definitely be using them again in the future for both my home and my business.

Ive used Hans for several years. They replaced my evaporator and condenser, furnace, and fan. The one warranty call Ive had in the past was responded to immediately. Same day service and no cost warranty service. Today I had a tune-up/maintenance check on my HVAC. Daniel inspected the system and found and replaced a weak capacitor. All part of the normal tune-up cost. I would recommend them to family and friends without hesistation.

Gas leak in the HVAC closet. A rep was onsite within an hour and his repair crew was onsite and the problem fixed less than 2 hours after the phone call.

I had a great experience with several employees at Hans. A young man came to do the spring check up on my system. He found a large amount of Freon had leaked out. He explained everything to me and explained my options. When I told him that I would like to confer with a family member who has worked in air conditioning and heating before making a decision, he understood and agreed to talk to the family member to explain everything. I made the decision to purchase a new unit and the supervisor arranged to have a crew come the same afternoon. Two young men installed the unit. They were very professional and answered all my questions. They made sure that I understood how to use the thermostat correctly before they left—and the bill was exactly what the first employee had said it would be. I would highly recommend this company for heating and cooling work.

We used Hans to fix some previous issues with our A/C unit so when it started having issues again, they were the company that I called. Becky #1 went above and beyond by helping me troubleshoot the issue before sending someone out to my house. My husband was at work and I was not sure what to do. She walked me through the steps and Im so thankful for her helpfulness and friendliness! We asked for a tech to come out and Jay came to our home. He was professional and friendly too! After he left, we had one additional question and called after business hours. We asked the answering service if Jay could call us back and he did within 5 minutes. We ended replacing our unit. It was replaced by Chris and Zach. These guys were super friendly and knowledgable. We will never use another A/C company besides Hans. Thanks Hans! Youre the best around!

Hans Heating & Air Conditioning installed our AC and furnace maybe 10 or so years ago and it has given us zero problems. I installed a smart thermostat just before Christmas that required I install an adapter on the control board due to lack of a C wire. While the heater kept us toasty this winter it wasnt until a few warm days recently that we discovered the lack of cool air. I called Hans Heating & AC early morning and by the time I got home from work they had us chilling. The very nice young man, according to my wife, discovered in short order my wiring error and I was very pleased with the reasonable cost of the service. We will always rely Hans Heating & AC for our comfort.

I have been doing business with these people through many name changes and applications since 1977. Since Im still doing business with these people should tell you all you need to know. A good business relationship is hard to come by these days ! Take pride in having one !

The gentlemen who came to my home for a tuneup were exceptionally proficient and professional. Jay and Kevin cleaned the outside unit so that it looked brand new. I pointed out to them some sticks around the vent on the roof. Jay and Kevin disassembled the pipe leading to the inside unit. The pipe contained sticks and other debris. While not affecting the ac, this would definitely be a dangerous hazard when heat would be needed for colder weather.These young men cleaned the entire pipe leading to the roof. They also were able to remove the sticks and such from the roof. These professionals definitely went above and beyond to make certain that our heat and a.c. were working properly.I would definitely recommend Hans Heating and Air to those who are looking for quality and excellent service!

They came out “serviced” my AC unit and told me it hasn’t been cleaned out in a VERY LONG TIME. Thought it was funny considering they came out last year to “clean” it. The guy cleaned it for me and left me with a big bill. My AC was still acting the same as if he had done no work to my AC at all. Called them back out and the guy pretty much told me no matter what I do it probably won’t make a difference. That would have been nice to know before I paid you guys a bunch of money to “fix” it. The guy said I needed to just let it run it’s course and then eventually get it replaced. My AC unit was installed in 2012. My house almost gets to 80 degrees and I was told that was normal.

We called Hans when we needed service in 2007 and were very happy with them. Over the years since, they’ve regularly done tuneups on our systems and replaced some when they failed. The employees we’ve dealt with were always friendly and courteous and very professional!

Hans heating and air did a great job and gave me a great deal. Technicians were efficient and very professional. My power bill has been reduced approximately $40 per month. I would definitely use them again in the future!!

These folks are the real deal. First used them over a Labor Day Holiday weekend several years ago when our original system died. They had a new system in and running in about 48 hours. Now they do my semi-annual tune-ups and keep my system running efficiently.Wont trust my system to anyone else.

I have used them several times and they have always been professional and customer service oriented. On one occasion they took my complaint direct to the manufacturer and obtained and additional discount. AC if needed is always expensive but I have found them to be reasonable on price and quick to respond.

These guys were awesome. At first we thought we would have to invest a lot in a repair. Our service man called his supervisor for a second opinion and we were repaired for just $69.00. As an established customer, they were at our house within a half hour of my call. Very professional!!!

I called Hans and they came out and found a problem the initial I installation team shoiuld have taken care of. They fixed it and kept it up for another 12 years. We have been customers for several years and have always received quick and knowledgeable service. Their tune-up service has saved us money several times as they have repaired our units using the warranty they provide.

They arrived late, the technician looked at the indoor and outdoor unit in thirty minutes then asked for payment. The outdoor coils was not cleaned as the said they would when I scheduled the service. There was NO preventive maintenance done except the filter replacement that I do myself. If you are expecting a receipt of any kind at the time you hand over the payment, its all electronic now you will have to wait for it in the mail or they will email you one. (He had no paper receipt in his truck) When I call the office to inform them of the service (the lady didnt bother to identify her position there) she already knew the technician was late and offered excuses because of the rain. Does anyone have a job that you have to be on time regardless if its raining? She defended the lack of preventive maintenance stating it will do more harm than good to the unit. Poor customer service. Keep your money in your pocket because this service is not worth what they charges. This was the first time I didnt follow a technician around to insure the work is done. My advice when dealing with Hans Heating & Air Conditioning, get the work to be preformed in writing before they start and follow them the entire time the are there to insure they do the work. Since everything is electron, tell them to bill you.

We use Hans to service all our rentals and our personal house and they have been excellent. Once when doing a routine maintenance, they found a large problem with duct work and came back and fixed it for free.

First Rate Company. Every service tech from Hans that has visited my home has been knowledgeable and courteous and they really care about the service they provide. Over the past 20 years in the Montgomery area Ive used many different Heating and Air companies, but none have compared to Hans. I now use them exclusively as I know I can count on a quick response and quality workmanship.The last service I had from them I called at about 4:00 PM and fully expected a service call for the next day. They said they would have someone out shortly (It only took 30-45 minutes) and the problem was fixed in about 10 minutes after his arrival. The Tech didnt stop there, he did all the necessary checks to ensure that there were no other issues with the unit.I would highly recommend them.

I have worked with this company twice over the past year. Once in June 2017, when my children and I were returning home from Texas late to fiind a very hot house with no Air Conditioning. I did an emergency information pull, discovered them and they came and repaired the fried current breaker first thing the following morning. The tech even worked with me to allow my children and me to retrieve the new circuit breaker while he ran a new lenght of wire, allowing me to reduce the overall cost of the repair and to get done the same day.The following time happened around the 19th of February. I was getting a simple seasonal HVAC repair when it was discover that the evaporator coil was leaking freon, was significantly rusted at the bottom, and had to be immediately replaced if I wanted to try to eke out more life out of my now probably damaged air conditioning condenser. Long story short, I went from that state at 9:00 to having a new evaporator installed, and system fully ready to go by around 11:30. It wasnt cheap at $1900 dollars, but that included my 10% military discount, and again, it was completed in 2 1/2 hours . I definitely intend to use them again.

Recently had a new HCAC unit installed. Have had numerous issues, several have yet to be resolved. Communication from this company is horrible! Office staff is rude and the owner will not return calls. I will say the technicians are very apologetic and respectful. Lesson learned but it has been an expensive one to say the least. Fournier

Recently bought an expensive outside unit that was installed in one corner of a sufficiently sized concrete pad. Was promised a crew would come out and center it. Never happened.
