Was able to get squeezed in at 2:30 — didn’t have to wait long and though they were busy every worker was on board and helping each other. I got a set 2 weeks ago somewhere else and they were starting to lift — they did such an amazing job at fixing the nail shape and refilling the air bubbles. Will be going here again. Decently priced too!

At CQ, it’s either okay or terrible, I haven’t really had an amazing experience. The techs rush your service and the entire time it feels like they’re just trying to get you in and out. that’s fine, but the quality is horrible. I’ve had these for 9 days and I’ve had two nails break off, with multiple other chips and cracks in the paint on the others. This is probably the third or fourth time this has happened in the last 5 months of going there, and I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’m done paying $40 for a terrible job. Avoid if you can, not worth the headache.

I wasnt quite sure what to expect because the Google reviews are mixed between great and terrible, but I had great service. I walked in, didnt make an appointment, and they warned me it would be a bit of a wait. I went for a manicure and pedicure and they got me to the pedicure chair immediately. I only waited about 15 minutes before someone started doing my pedicure. The service was great. One reason I dont usually like going to nail salons is because they are rough, rushed, or even cut me and arent clean, but this place was great. So clean, so precise in their work. My manicure was also great and turned out exactly how I wanted it to. I would definitely recommend coming here. Just note that at this time they cant accept tips on your card, so make sure to bring extra cash. They have an ATM there, but it didnt work for me, so I went up the road to a gas station. Overall, definitely 5 stars and I look forward to coming back here in the future. Hopefully the manicure and pedicure age well!

My pedicure was no joke! It was relaxing the calf massage was exceptional and he took time to find me the perfect top coat. Also I asked for brow waxing on the fly and Tammy hooked it up. She killed it! I was a walk in. 👍🏼👍🏼

The space is beautiful and amazing. I got a pedicure and I am not too impressed. It was rushed and they didn’t remove all my nail polish before putting on the new color. Unfortunately the new color was so light you could see the previous color in some spots.

First and last time going to this place. Had an appointment for a pedicure. Almost an hour and a half.later, and cold water later is when it finally started. The person who assisted me was watching a soccer game on his phone while doing my pedicure .and did a horrible job painting my toenails. I didnt notice how bad until I got home. Will never go back to this place.

I got a full set of acrylic nails and for $50 plus a 30 minute drive it was not worth it! All my nails are crooked. They are shorter than what I asked for, a few of the nails feel like they are already loosening from my real nail and they are all uneven. I will not go back

I was referred to CQ. Decided to get a Dip. I was told they last weeks. 2 Days later, 3 lifted nails. About only a week later. Stopped back to get them fixed. AND. Their answer “my nails are week/loose!!! I’ve had my nails done for Years. Went to 2 other Salons. Both said “product was old”!!! After my 3rd Opinion. Got them fixed. Seriously!!!! Be careful. They are beautiful and very secure. UM NO Bull

Love it here! They always do a great job no matter who I work with! Recently Ive had great experience with Tammy and Tony, and cannot leave out the super star receptionist Molly! I personally recommend the dip manicure but my boyfriend loves the pedicures. A great example of their professional attitude happened today, they were fully booked, short staffed and had a number of walk ins during the short time I was in and out. However, they made certain to touch base with everyone and set proper expectations of wait time/availability. I make the drive from Milwaukee often and reccomend CQ anytime I get a chance!

I had a great experience here! Molly, the receptionist, was super friendly and helpful! She dealt with a difficult client at the time, and was very professional despite the client (Laura G?) shouting and swearing at her. So innapropriate! They do good work. The problem is they are rude, inconsiderate and have on numerous occasions made scheduling mistakes. I wouldnt give them my business under any circumstances. They treated my wife horribly.

Went in for dips right before vacation and acrylic tips were put on 11year old child without asking mom or grandma sitting nearby (at 11 she didn’t even understand what was being asked). Upon return from trip came back to get these fake nails taken off and was given a hard time about removal...and ultimately was still charged for it. Won’t be coming back.

I never knew I needed a pedicure in my life until I walked into CQ Nails. The staff is so friendly and incredibly professional. The receptionist is even willing to help in any way possible when the store gets busy.. Great business will be back soon.

My 11 year old daughter joined Nana and Mom for a manicure (dip) and pedicure (gel) before heading to Florida. Not only did they put tips on her nails without asking, they also charged $95 for her mani/pedi😳 (not including tip). When Nana took her back to complain and have the tips soaked off, they tried to talk my mom into filling her tips...unbelievable. Annnnd still charged for the soak off. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

Came in for a gel manicure on 12/20/20. Employee was rushing the entire time and now only 4 days later, my nails are already peeling and cracking. Don’t waste your money and go down the road!!

I was very excited to see the salon reopen and made an appointment for 2 pm on Saturday. I entered the salon and was asked to wash my hands and put on a mask. (They supplied a mask for those without). I was seated immediately behind plexiglass and there was no more than eight customers in the salon. I was greatly impressed with how professionally everything was handled. Sanitizing was done thoroughly after each patron left. I will highly recommend this shop to all who ask.

I got a $30 gel manicure for homecoming and the polish came off not even 24 hours later :( the service was slow and the women I had was kind of rude. Sadly, I won t probably come here again.

I went last night, I wont be back. They were in a hurry to get out of there even tho I was there by 5:15. Some guy started vacuuming and made me move my chair so he could vacuum under me. It should be a relaxing experience I shouldnt have to listen to a vacuum. Then the gal used her drill file and did it on my cuticles so today they are red and swollen. She to was in a hurry and my lengths are uneven. She got up before she was done and got her coat and went outside Im assuming to start her vehicle. She then came in and finished. A other woman who checked me out was also clearly in a hurry as she turned off the music and walked around in her coat. When I said I was unhappy about the unevenness she did offer to fix but by that time I had enough.

They are professional and affordable. Definitely enjoy getting my men’s pedicure! And yes- men do get pedicures!

Will never return. Very bad service and left my daughter in tears. I made an appointment for my 14yr old daughter and her friend to get a FULL SET of acrylic nails. We get there and were told to pick out a color, mind you this is my daughters 2nd time getting them done ever so we are clueless when it comes to the fine details of all the services. They both picked out colors, her best friend went first and came back with acrylics but very uneven and a few cuts. Not so bad we can deal with it. Next my daughter is done and comes back very upset because the man who did her nails cut them down completely and I guess put a coat of gel polish on them? Not too sure what was done but the set of acrylic was not it. I contacted them twice and never heard a thing back either time. My daughter wanted the acrylics and we told them that 3 different times but did not get the service. She feels she wasted $40 for someone to polish her nails. I was hoping they would correct this but its been over a week and still no word from them. Very unhappy and unsatisfied!!!

Had an appointment. Waited for others who arrived before me to be seen, over 20 mins. I made an appointment for a reason and my time was tight. From there I got terrible service. Surely feeding off of me because it was obvious I wasnt impressed. My nails lasted a week to the day, this should last 2-3 weeks. Feels like a nail factory with little care for appointments. If you want a quick, low attention to detail place to go for the same price as anywhere else then this is the place for you. I wont be returning.

Absolutely thrilled with my nails! This salon has a family like atmosphere and the techs are incredibly kind and professional. I cannot say enough good things about my experience there! The art on my nails was hand drawn and I never felt rushed at any point. I wont be going anywhere else!

Visiting the area for a few days and made an appointment for pedicures for myself and my teenage daughter. It was fabulous! The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They did a wonderful job on our pedicures and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely return when I come back to the area.

The skill and quality of the pedicures were fine, but wouldve liked a little more direction on choosing polish (gel vs regular). Have no idea if they do nail art. The atmosphere is also noticably gossipy about customers, makes it a bad atmosphere.

Wouldnt waste you time their pedicures are terrible and when manager was told her response was no empathy just some associates give different pedicures even though you are paying the same price the pedicures very on person. I have worked in customer service a long time and that was not an okay response. Would not waste you money on this place.

Terrible experience! Poor quality and technicians have a bad attitude! If youComplain they will sit and talk about you while you are there! If I could give zero stars I would. I kindly asked they fix the poor service on my pedicure and manicure and they were combative and argumentative! Go elsewhere. I had come several times and was happy with my service. Today what I received will cause me and my family to not return. I came in and didnt get what I requested, wasnt accommodated when I made mention (which wasnt entirely the techs fault), and was charged $30 for polish when I have hardly any nails. Called when I got home and they said to come back and there would be no charge. Came back and was told not to worry, but that there would be a difference to pay. I had my nails redone, they were done sloppy and uneven. My physical discomfort in the process was no concern for them. When I went to leave the lady at the desk told me they did no wrong and that I owed another $32. Then told me that this should be a lesson to me to open my mouth. When I tried to tell her that I had tried to correct the first time, she cut me off. Then when my mother called, the woman talked over her loudly and cut her off repeatedly and nearly hung up on her. If you want a $67 manicure and poor service, this is the place to go. Most of the techs do a wonderful job, very sad that the administrator at the desk cant give proper service.

I called ahead to ask how much it would be for fill they said 20 on the phone and charged me 35 there. My nail technician didn’t even ask what shape I wanted for my nails all of a sudden he was doing whatever shape he wanted wrong shape length and color very disappointed .

Went there with an appointment, waited almost 45 minutes in which I kept being moved to chairs and told it would be soon, Finally I walked out... Tried again without an appointment and waited 20 minutes with workers standing around and then was told that it would be another 10-15 min. I have had the lady who was standing around, so I know she was capable. I will not go back. They do not care about getting your business or do not value your time. Too bad for them that there are plenty other nail salons in Oconomowoc who would appreciate my bi-weekly spending. Very dissappointed !

My nail tech Sam was not only friendly but was not at all bothered by my questions and wants of what I wanted and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Go for a toe polish and a manicure every four to five weeks. The owner is very nice but the last time I went I just got a nail and toe polish change and left a very nice tip but my polish lasted three days and all my nails chipped not happy about it.

I was a long time customer (5+ years) until my appointments were cancelled most of the time without notice. My time is valuable, just like everyone’s, and wasting it to go to an appointment when the technician that is supposed to be there doesn’t show up is no way to run a business. I won’t be going back.

The pedicures are great, however on three separate occasions the manicurist I had an appointment with did not show up for work. I have had to change technicians 4 times, as their staff doesnt seem to stay very long. Im becoming tired of changing every time I get used to someone.

This place needs to clean up its services. I want to see some degree of clean between clients. None of the pedicure tools were cleaned between clients. Rinsing in the foot bath just does not do it for me. I wont be back. Also, my ankle got nicked with the grater. Not a good experience.

Got a full set put on & broke one the next day & paint is already coming off. I’ve gotten my nails done plenty of times & I have never broken a nail. & they want me to come in & have them fix it but I told them I just want them off & my money back & there throwing a fit. I’d rather take my money somewhere else.

I came in last weekend to get my nails done for the first time in over a year and they turned out terrible. The cuticles were left uncleaned and the nail polish showed bubbles in it. To say the least they looked terrible and I could have done better at home! I knew I was being rushed but I didn’t say anything at first. HOWEVER I decided to come in and schedule a time for them to fix it and they very reluctant to fix their mistake! I’d have to say that just one bad experience does not mean it is a bad business. I am very happy with their priority on customer service and will go back. But I won’t have the same technician again!

Beautiful place but horrible experience for first time there! The man scrub my feet so hard I left with bleeding sores on my feet. And he tried to act like nothing happened and he put my feet back in water like I didnt notice. It was horrible the receptionist was very kind but now I got to watch my feet so I dont get infection. I ordered the 60.00 pedicure and it was a painful experience I would show a pic but the sores look badI will stick with someone else will.not.spend my money there. I ended up with and infection in my toe and now a scar! Looking into how to stop this from happening to someone else

Won’t be returning...when I moved out here this became my new pedi spot due to a friends recommendation. The last two visits I was physically injured by the technicians. The first time he filed the top of my big toe and was filing both my nail and skin! I had a big open sore. and this last time, the gal working on the side of my foot gave me a large wound on the side of my ankle. Our pedi was super rushed as well, we couldn’t believe how quick it was over!

Horrible experience - I called ahead to make an appointment with Chris and was told I could come in right away. When I arrived she was not available. New young man in training and was mistaken when he told me she was available. There was someone that could do my nails right away so Im there so I said yes. I had Kim who did not speak a lick of english from what I could tell. I told her 3 times I wanted the shape of my nails square along with many other wishes that she ignored. Needless to say I have oval shaped nails and they are very uneven. Dissatisfied enough to never go back :-(.

I have been going there for many years, but after today will never return. Very poor experience with the nail tech not doing what I asked for then would not allow a coupon that have used numerous times before. Terrible customer service. I’m pretty disappointed.
