Very helpful under the sad reason I was there.

I recently had a fire (August 29, 2018) that damaged my home and totaled my car and the office staff quickly got me over to claims. Within 3 hours the tow truck was at my house to get my car and my rental car was ready to pick up. They sent Alec with Kilmar to make temporary repairs. Throughout the day I received calls from Diana and Shane. This office made this process so easy!!

Poor Customer service. He is only there to sell you a policy. If you try to make a claim you are quickly told to call a 800 number. Claims are between you State Farm. He does not and will no get involved.

Shane is a fantastic agent and is very helpful when a claim is involved whether it is auto or home related. I highly recommend Shane to anyone as we have dealt with other agents that are not helpful.
