Pamela was my certified agent and she assisted me with getting the right insurance. She was very friendly and professional. The man I initially spoke with was nice and speedy. I would recommend US agencies because they also have the best prices.

This company is the absolute worst I’ve ever been with. It is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone after you get your policy. Your rate will increase on your first bill compared to the quote they give you. Take my advice and stay away from this company.

Good prices on insurance. If you pay in cash, make sure you have the correct amount, as they will NOT give you change! ! Never had this before. They will apply it it on your amount owed. Mrs. Thompson was very nice and quick.

They cancel fiancé insurance without warning, no written notice, or anything we have been calling the company for days going On weeks. All the numbers they have online or store location not picking up. I would think twice to get this insurance company. They get -0 In my book. During this pandemic times they will not be working with you. Either pay or we will cancel your insurance without telling you. I will be reporting this company they need to loose their license.

They took my money on my debit card in an unsigned claim that wasnt in my name and refused to give a refund. never use this bootleg low class insurance agency! They do anything for a fraudulent sale!

This is the worst insurance company ever i was in an accident so i cancelled my policy that was 3 months ago and im still getting the run around about my refund check i havent recieved and i was left stranded 3 times by road side assistance mind you i have full coverage i would NOT recommend this company they are TRASH

Its just about the least expensive insurance company you can find.

The agents need better training & refunds on credi/debit cards should be automatic people should not have to wait 48-72 when your substandard employee is the one who messed up by quoting the wrong quote who pays for full coverage but paperwork shoes partial coverage thats ridiculous

Very unfriendly, no dialogue no personality she really had the look on her face like she didnt want to be at work. Cherrel Bozeman was the worker. She chewed the hell out of some gum tho. No hello how are you. No nothing if I wasnt in a rush I wouldve went somewhere else. I would not recommend to anyone

I called this company and the worker was very unprofessional. I ask to speak with the manager and they told me they did not have a manager. I then requested a contact number to reach someone over them and they hung up in my face. Switching over as soon as my policy is to be renewed.
