I have been a customer of Allstate for 10 years and never ONCE have had a claim on my cars or house. My home insurance was quoted for a year at the closing of our second home, which was paid in FULL. The agent who gave me the quote (no longer works with Allstate) wrote the policy for 6 months instead of a year. MY HOME INSURANCE WAS CANCELLED and I have yet to get a solution to this issue in 5 weeks of fighting these thieves. Do NOT waste your time or money with this company. This has been a complete disaster and NO ONE representing this company will step up and get this resolved. COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED!

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENT AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!!!! Jayme Yarrochs office is only couple miles away and he is SOOOOO much better. This guys severely lack professionalism, never follows up, always claims to be busy, and worst of all, THEY LIE TO THEIR CLIENTS!!!!! I caught them signing one of my documents by themselves and Craig said its ok and he wanted to submit it quick to save me money. Hello??? Signing MY name??? These guys are not smart enough to figure out that the document they signed in my place was posted on my online account where I can see, and notice that it is a LEGAL issue to sign for the client. I listed everything they have done to me and asked for the apology, and theres nothing. Theyre incompetent, unwilling to admit their fault, unprofessional, hard to communicate if not impossible, and cannot do their job right. My life is so much easier with Jayme and I saved over $200 on my premium with discounts that they failed to mention. I know its a long post but I promise you, itll save a world of trouble. Please read through this and go with Jayme if youre choosing Allstate. Overall they have pretty good plans.

Too bad that Google requires you to put one star. This man is horrible he is terrible at business as a former employee Im glad I left when I did. Only issue is he will not pay me my last check. He is rarely in the office. I advise anyone looking for insurance to find another Allstate Agent. This one will not be in business much longer

They can NEVER answer any of my questions when asked and NEVER return phone calls. I waited on an agent to call or email me back for 2 + weeks and never recieved anything. I ended up switching agents because this one is just PITIFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
