Gabby always over and beyond her job to make sure our policies are right 10/10 highly recommend

I have been with State Farm since I started driving my very 1st vehicle. Any time I call the office Gabby is always so sweet & helpful. She answers any questions & emails me any information I need. Even if I forget to update something I can count on Gabby to call & remind me!

Katie James contacted me and asked if she could quote my auto and homeowners insurance premium. I allowed her to do so, fully expecting the rates to come back much higher than my current rates, but to my surprise, she and State Farm are providing my family with better coverage and lower premiums. I am very pleasantly surprised, especially since I just added my 16 year old son to our policies! And I cant say enough about Katie. She is professional, diligent, and just so pleasant and easy to work with!

Came in and was greeted with a big smile from Joanna. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding discounts and doing the heavy lifting on getting me moved over to State Farm and I was very impressed with how friendly the rest of the staff. Its DEFINITELY much more worthwhile to have Clay Carrolls staff to help get things set up for you vs. doing it yourself online.

I purchased an auto insurance policy from Clay over six months ago. Yesterday, I was in my office during the afternoon, when the mailman arrived with a card from Clay. I wasnt quite sure as to why I would be receiving anything from him, but long behold it was a birthday card. I was astonished that he had not only remembered it, as I had just casually mentioned it since he had said his birthday was also in April, but he had taken the time to send me a card. It literally made my day. Its great to know that there are still companies and agents out there that still look at their clients as people rather than a paycheck.

I’ve been a customer of theirs for years. Employees there are very nice, and always try to give you the best rate on your insurance.

Horrible office, agents phone line is always busy or they dont answer. They screwed up my policies so bad I had no insurance on my brand new car for 5 months bc the thought I traded it in. Billing was a nightmare, when I tried to explain it to the agent he litteralt begged me to go to a different office bc his office messed up and he did not want to deal with the mess....stay away from clay carols office. Not to mention if you have a claim he does nothing to help make sure your claim is accepted and paid out.....and finally he raises your premiums every month by at least 10 dollars. He will promise you low rates and jack them up over the policy life.

They are really great and work hard to get you good rate. Heather is awesome!
