State farm is by far the best insurance company I have been with. They take the consideration of their clients daily lives and not only that they actually cared for their clients during COVID-19 which is one reason I switched with them after being with another company for over 13 years as they didnt attempt to help their clients and I like companies who value me as a client that to me means you care and State Farm has done just that Ive had decreased rates with them twice and Ive only been with them for under 6 months! They have all my business from house, business to 3 vehicles. Kris and his staff even took the time to wish me and my husband a happy birthday and the other company we were with never did that. They keep us inform and I love it!

I chose to switch to statefarm because I just purchased another vehicle and my rate went up by $200.00. I was just looking for a quote on the internet but I wasnt expecting a phone call the same day. Sarah called me but I happen to still be at work. She asked me when would be a good time and I told her after 5:00. Sarah called back and by the end of our conversation she told me she had stayed at work so she could me. That is what I call going above and beyond. Sarah has been extremely professional, she has taken her time with my policy and explained everything to me, and when she says she is going to do something she is a woman of her word and does. This has been one of the best experiences I have had with an insurance company. When I call and she is with another customer she called me right back. Unlike the 45 minute wait I had from my other insurance company. If you are looking for quality service this is the place.

I was in the market looking for insurance so I decided to give State Farm a call. I am so happy I called because I was able to pay less for my renters and car insurance than I paid for just car insurance with another insurance company. Sarah was very professional and had great customer service skills. I spoke with another young lady (unfortunately I can’t remember her name) and she was very professional as well. It seems as if they treat their clients as family and that is something I haven’t received while dealing with other companies.
