This has been by far my favorite nail salon! Amy always comes thru with the perfect nails! I can go a whole month with out a fill! No lifting no break offs! Salon is always clean and friendly! I would recommend a appointment! They get busy but always accommodate walk ins!

Ive came to this salon 3 times, once for a full set, once for a fill and pedicure, and the last time to get my set removed. The salon is really nice and most of the ladies are very polite. They do very beautiful nail art but often rush to finish and get the next person in the chair, with careless mistakes on the way. When I came to get my nails taken off, they didnt even soak them, the lady just ripped them off and most of my natural nail was damaged and in a lot of pain! Ive never had a nail tech rip off my acrylics, the other salons I have been to always soak the nails in acetone and then sand/scrape off the remaining acrylic/gel polish. It was extremely painful and my nails are still very sensitive and thin a week later. Sadly, although their techs do beautiful nail art this detail is too hard to overlook. Perhaps more attention to detail and taking time on their customers will improve this nail salon. Solid 3/5.

They do a great job! Powder dip gel and gel X available. Had powder dip that stayed on 4 weeks! Nice staff knowledgeable . Its very clean and bright salon. Good choice of many colors. Ill be back.

I had an appointment at 5:30 arrived at 5:34. I didn’t call which is my fault but when I arrived they were not ready for me at all, I waited for 30 minutes while having an appointment. It’s not the waiting that I kind but what is the point of making an appointment? I schedule things around it, like picking up my child. Then it’s so unprofessional to just say okay sit down pick a color, which takes a minute. Some people are okay with this type of setup and if you are then you may like this salon. I value my time and expect to be seen at least within 10 mins of my appointment time and if something happens that’s fine but let the customer know what’s happening instead of having them wait and continuing to say oh your next it’s just a few minutes. We all know that line it’s old and it feels disrespectful and inconsiderate of my time. I will not come here again and do not recommend this shop to anyone who values professionalism and common courtesy.

I had a full set done with Halloween designs and they are on point. They have really trendy designs too. Technicians are friendly and professional, they also strictly enforce mask rules and take the right precautions to be as safe as possible. Will def return.

Im new to Claremont/Pomona area. im from Central LA and when the salons opened up i was definitely desperate to find a good stop near by. This definitely is the spot. Its clean, its chic, organized, very friendly and i felt absolutely relaxed being here. all i needed was a glass of champagne lol. My nails came out flawless. i had a full set and spa pedi. pricing is average. its good especially because my nails came out A1. I have no complaints. Im definitely coming back. Thank you Nail Loft!
