Cathy has kept my nails looking great for years!

I am now a regular at this salon! I recently got acrylics for the first time and the staff were very understanding and explained everything to me. Leanne always does a great job on my nails and everyone is so kind.

Excellent customer service! Like beyond WOW!! Very organized & a clean place with complimentary drinks & snacks!! They took care of all three of my sisters & we all loved our nails!!!

Teresa has a heavy hand and dirty. She will hurt you so bad and damage your nails so bad. She does not clean your nails and places arcrylic over whatever. If you go with her, you will regret it. I dont like that they dont listen to you. I like places that conserve natural nails and dont drill them down, but they still drill down under nail.If Im paying, they must listen and do what I want not what they want.Finally, they dont remove lifts, they just place product over it. Who does that

First time having pedicure ever in the state. When I had my pedi in TX, the nail tech did not bother removing dry skin and worst ingrown nail on the sides even I asked to. According to their policy, they don’t do that.. so I was kinda hesitant to have pedi again ever in any location.. unless.. I will have it done back to my country. So, I was really pleased and satisfied with Lovely Nails that they actually do the “correct thing”.I just simply tried since my car was getting serviced near by and instead of wasting time waiting, I felt accomplished to have my toe nails cleaned professionally by Kathy. The Vietnamese owner was kind as well and place is clean following covid guidelines. Only one accompanying guest per customer and for the pedi soak tub, they cover it with disposable plastic and spray the massage chair with disinfectant each customer use. You need to wash your hands as well prior to service in their wash area... and the best thing is the affordability! I paid 30 usd for pedi with callus removal and massage and 10 usd for eyebrow waxing. Such excellent service at fraction of price I usually paid before in other salon. If only i live nearby, I’ll definitely have this as my get to salon. Thank you for doing a good job Kathy

Today was my first time and last time coming here. First, Im going to start off by saying I was NOT happy at all. I got a pedicure and manicures. Whats really frustrating is that my nail polish didnt even match. My finger nail are dark blue, and my toenail polish is dark purple. Which is frustrating at the very least they should have matched the colors. Secondly, the lady that did my finger nails was demanding a tip when she didnt even do a good job my nails were different shapes and sizes and polish was horrible. I was not satisfied at all. The lady that did my toes was very nice a did a good job but didnt polish the color I asked for.

The ladies here are very nice and friendly. Ive been coming here for about 4 years i love it, never had a bad experience. Lee does an amazing job always takes care of me an accommodates to my schedule, definitely always recommend this spa to all my family and friends.

Came to get a wax and wasnt pleasant. Asked to make sure wax wasnt extremely hot since i have sensitive skin and she didnt listen. Had to tell her about it 2x. Put wax far paat my eyebrow, after showing her there were places to still tweeze hair, kept insisting to just leave it, its ok not okay. If your paying for service listen to what customer is asking for. On top they charge a dollar extra when using debit card. Horrible experience. Never coming again.

Really bad experience... nails different shapes and sizes. The lady who did my nails even left gel all over my skin!! They even charge to make your nails shorter, never had such thing before! If there was a -* I would do it!!

I came her for the first time this past Sunday and they were tremendously excellent ! I got a mani/pedi gel for $47 and elsewhere I usually pay $55 so definitely satisfied with the work and the price !
