Everything was great for me, but for my friend the owner did her nails and didnt even remove her cuticles and hang nails, she ended up cutting as well because she didnt even soak her hands prior and still attempted to pick at her nails, but overall everyones nice my pedicure lasted for a while and next time well just make sure she isnt served by the owner.
