I always leave here more in love with my nails than the last time. I appreciate the attention to details when getting my nails done and how calm and soothing the salon is no matter how busy they are! 10/10 would recommend!

I went there to get gel tips before college and it was perfect. I got my nails done by Ruth. She was super skilled and gentle. I gave her a photo of what I wanted and she followed it perfectly down to the very last detail. I’ve never had a bad experience here they’re super sweet about everything and most importantly they’re all fantastic nail techs.

I have been getting UV Gel Nails done at Jeeyune for about 3 months and I am very satisfied with the recommendation. My nails are strong, last 2-3 weeks and the shape is beautiful, I get so many complements on my hands.

I should have trusted other reviewers and avoided the negative experience —despite the gorgeous work done by my manicurist. Unfortunately, the products at this salon are not worth the time and money-cost of gel ($40 I think) plus $25 for design. I booked an appointment here after seeing the beautiful nails of an acquaintance who had just had hers done. Indeed, my nails looked amazing when I walked out, and I want to emphasize that the ladies working there were nothing short of lovely. TWO DAYS in, I already had a sizable chip. One day after that, I had a second, smaller chip (different nail). In my three years of getting gel manicures-mainly at Nail Fitness and -since COVID -Elite Nails because of their outdoor seating, chipping has never been an issue. It just doesn’t happen because THAT’S THE WHOLE POINT OF GEL. Sadly, I went to Jeeyune once and only got to enjoy my perfect nails for a day. So disappointing.

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years!! They never disappoint!!! All the girls are amazing.. Raquel, Gladys, Ruth, Jennifer.... they always take great care of their clients and ensure that they are fully satisfied!! I honestly go to unwind after a long week at work... cell phone off and just relax and enjoy the amazing massage!!

I got gel nails done here, it started chipping after 2 days only! Moreover I was made to sit in the pedicure chair for nails filling and all, it was very comfortable, not a great experience here overall!!

I get gel manicures done pretty frequently (prior to COVID). Usually my gel manicures last at the minimum 4 weeks with no chips. I had a chip the next day after my manicure and now I am 11 days out and 6 of my nails have chipped polish and another 2 are on their way to chipping. They did not brush the polish along the tip of the nail like most places and this is the only thing I can guess is the cause for my chipped polish. This is the worst manicure I have had in a long time, especially for the price. They tell you the price and then add more money for doing different nails different colors but do not tell you they will do this. However, I figured an expensive gel manicure means it will be even better than my usual ones (which are $10 cheaper). However, this was sadly not the case. To say Im disappointed is an understatement. I am not even 2 weeks out and I need an entire new manicure.

I scheduled manis/pedis for my mom and me. One technician couldn’t do a French mani/pedi (you got it!!! She couldn’t paint a line 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️). Gladys started my manicure while I was having my pedicure. I asked her about soaking my nails before cutting them and/or filing them and continued trying to cut my nails. I then told her I didn’t want my nails cut until after I soaked them. Her response was she’ll soak them after (whatever that meant 🙇🏽‍♀️🙇🏽‍♀️🙇🏽‍♀️). She then switched places with the lady that was doing my pedicure. The lady that was doing my pedicure went to give a customer who just arrived a pedicure. After Gladys finished painting my toes she told me to wait and went to give a customer who just arrived a manicure. After my mom’s toes were finished her technician left her sitting at a table to take a customer who just arrived 😒😒😒.We decided we didn’t like the service and chose not to wait for manicures. Gladys wasn’t able to ring us out (I was paying with a card 😠😠😠). She had the nerve to ask us to wait until the owner/manager got back. I said absolutely not. I gave her my name and number and told her I’d be up the street having dinner the owner/manager can call me when she returned. Over an hour later the owner/manager called me back. She had the nerve to ask me to come back to the nail salon. When I told her no she asked me for my card info 😳😳😳.Well today I went back to pay for the pedicures. She absolutely did not want to give me a discount. She wanted to give me a discount if I scheduled the manicures we didn’t get. I told her I absolutely was not ever coming back to her establishment and I’ll take a 10% discount today please and thanks. She eventually conceded to the discount but dog on it!!! She should have been falling at my feet.

Soon as you step in, the ambiance and customer services take effect. Always greeted kind and prompt. Go for the special spa pedicure list (my favorite is all of them, lemon, lavender etc.) well worth it. The entire staff is amazing, and the owner is usually always present and pleasant. Definitely would recommend 😊

Great place to get Eyebrows done! Jeeyune Nails and Spa uses a non wax hair removal that works just as well as wax but LESS PAIN!! This establishment as a whole provides a tranquil experience. Staff are attentive, professional and do a wonderful job.

Coming in it looked very nice, smelled great and girls were all very pleasant. I asked for a price/ services list and was told they didnt have one because things changed. I had gel on my toes and was left to soak for over 40mins. During this time I was finally approached to discuss services but after being seated and started on its just too late at that point... The girls I came with were close to getting their nails painted by the time someone ( the host, who was not on the floor as a nail tech) came to remove my polish. The person who originally set me up left me to work on a new client. I had FOUR different people work on me by the time I left. Given covid procedures and protocol, I did not think this was a safe practice.I was charged $60 for the pedicure. Definitely NOT worth the money.

I come here every other week for an amazing waxing experience. Everyone is SO nice and always does an amazing job. They also have the most relaxing pedicures. 10/10 recommend!!

Terrible customer service!!! Owner is rude and workers are rude, please go somewhere else to spend your money! As a black women they don’t care about yourself I done spent hundreds of dollars there and this is the only time I complained about how the worker did my nails. She still made me paid and threatened to call the cops on me because I wanted my nails fixed.

I got gel nails and within ONE HOUR of getting them done, the entirety of the gel paint had peeled off from my thumb nail. It cost $38 to get these done and Ive never had a problem with this type of manicure lasting with any other place that Ive gone to. The whole process felt rushed and hasty as they were doing my nails.I also had acrylics done here about a month or two ago that looked beautiful but were not durable enough and started popping off a few days into the manicure (they cost me $120). This process was also hasty and I felt like they couldnt get me out of there fast enough.Definitely would not recommend getting your nails done here, poor quality and very expensive.

This spa is my one and only I’ve been coming here for five years now. They do everything here which is amazing I don’t have to rush around to 10 different places. Everybody who works here is so sweet and the owner Jen is my absolute favorite person in the entire world. If you’re on the fence come in and get a gel set and pedicure guaranteed you’ll never want to go anywhere else 🦋

When my salon closed earlier this year I started coming to Jeeyune. The salon is super clean, and I have been requesting Yam every since.. She is really good and takes her time every time!!! Their service is more than competitive and I highly recommend them !!!

Jeeyune and her staff are lovely, corteous and professional. The pedicures are unlike any I have experienced at the dozens of nail salons I have visited nationally and internationally. My gel manicure easily last 3 weeks.

Ive been going to Jeeyune Nails & Spa for a very long time now and my experience is always amazing. All the girls are very attentive, friendly and do stellar work. I have never had any complaints what so ever. I love that they take their time and are never in rush when doing your pedicure. The massages they give are soothing and relaxes the calves in every inch. They are appointment based due to COVID although I would always schedule an appointment even before this pandemic because they would very busy. I wouldnt feel secure anywhere else but here because they are doing all the health guidelines required. Based from my previous experiences, I know safety and cleanliness has always been top priority and they absolutely meet all of my expectations.

I want to give this place 5 stars but Ive had just as many bad experiences as good ones. The owner Jennifer is lovely and does my nails really well however some of the staff is not as skilled. They dont seem to do well with longer nails and truthfully my nails really arent long - I have long fingers and long nail beds. Sarah who is no longer there was also very good - PERFECTIONIST with a capital PERFECT (see first picture) because she would not let me leave until my hand was right which I didnt mind considering the price point - $65.00 for gel on my real nails. However this other woman I went to has every nail a different shape and damn near filed my finger off (second picture). I would have made her fix it but honestly I got tired of sitting and I knew it wouldnt get better.Also it would be wise to teach the staff not to complain about the time it takes or extra work for longer nails even if it is in Spanish - the whole world is bilingual now. We can understand you.Beautiful place inside but I would only recommend Jennifer and Ruthie. Everyone else? Go at your own risk.

Second time coming here and ughhh I LOVE IT!!!Covid measures are definitely taken with temperature checks, sanitation and mask covers and gloves.I went in for a pedicure and Evelyn was my tech today. She was absolutely AMAZING!!! I asked for a Deep Callous Pedicure and I cant stress how AWESOME it was. The treatment involves oils, scrubs a massage and a hot rocks massage as well. You couldnt ask for a better package. Price/drive/experience is ALLLLLL worth it! The owner is also always super friendly and super kind! Tip well guys!!! They truly do deserve it for all the details they put in!!

The owner Jenny is outstanding. She always aims for perfection for all clients. The staff is very sweet and hard-working. The attention to detail on all their services always stands out, especially for manicures and gel manicures. The pedicures include a lovely foot massage. They make their own foot and hand scrubs that smell amazing. The masseuse on the weekend is very good too. Make an appt to avoid waiting as this place is packed on the weekends.

Jennifer runs the best nail salon period. She always makes sure I leave the place satisfied. My appreciation for her services.

I had the most amazing afternoon of pampering at this wonderful place in Montclair this afternoon. Every single one of Jennifers girls are so trained and skilled to provide every customer with the ultimate experience. Today I added on an extra reflexology, I had my eyebrows taken care of and my lip area waxed. The whole three hours was amazing They have this amazing honey turmeric and ginger tea while you’re getting your services. I don’t know, I love this place. They also have parking that’s close by or you could just put it on your phone

I LOVE this salon! They are a little pricy but in my opinion you get what you pay for and they are on par for being in Montclair. I always come here for a spa pedicure and do not leave until1-1 1/2 hours later because that is how much time they spend giving you a wonderful relaxing experience. Tea or water when you enter, hot towels & stones, much longer leg/foot massage than most places, and just very friendly people.

I came here for an SNS manicure - unfortunately, even though youre paying a higher price ($45), the quality isnt there. Got my nails done on a Thursday night and by that weekend three nails had already chipped. I came in the following Thursday to get them fixed and by Monday multiple nails are cracked and two have completely come off, tearing the nail beneath. The service was really great and all the women are very attentive and eager to help but the nails just dont hold up. Ive never had these issues before and am very disappointed.

Excellent service. Best pedicure Ive had in a long time. The massage felt great and the hot towel felt amazing after the sugar scrub on my skin.The salon is also incredibly clean which is a huge plus.The salon owner Jennifer is very knowledgeable about nails and doesnt push products on customers she thinks wouldnt be right for them. I came in looking for SNS powder and instead got a gel manicure because she explained it was better for my nail structure.Ive never had a salon care for me that way. Sad to say I will not be returning to this nail salon. I’ve frequented this establishment numerous times over the years. Marisol is excellent and I usually request her for appointments. I scheduled an appointment last week and spoke with someone ( presuming it was the owner Jennifer as she answers the phone 90% of the time and I’m pretty good with voices). Anywho, I came in for my appointment to learn that Marisol was just starting on someone else. I was told by Jennifer that someone forgot to pencil my appointment in but I could wait to be serviced. I had planned my entire day around this appointment and had other things to do so I declined. Because Marisol does such a phenomenal job I decided to try again the following week. I called and scheduled an appointment on a Friday at 5pm setting the appointment for the following day at 4pm. I came in today and was advised by Jennifer that my appointment was for the previous day (which was a lie). Again the owner took no responsibility and tried to tell me that my appointment was for that Friday at 4pm. It was impossible to have scheduled a retro appointment at 5pm considering that I called at 5pm. How I could’ve gone back and scheduled an appointment an hour ago is beyond me. She took no responsibility and pretty much blamed me. I get that people make mistakes and this is a busy season but take responsibility for your shortcomings. As the customer I think it is highly unprofessional and a slap in the face for the same situation to occur a week ago. It is evident that I was not valued as a patron. I cannot help but believe that the intent was to purposely stop me from being serviced here. Won’t happen again.

I’m giving this place a big zero! Since my usual salon is closed on Sundays I decided to give this one a try. Biggest mistake and waste of time. It’s disorganized, they take too many clients and then don’t have enough attendants. And there’s a young girl who is inattentive, has the poorest customer service attitude and is frankly a waste of time.I made an appointment for 4 pm. I arrived at 4 sharp. Since there was no one to greet the customers, I went to one of the girls and identified myself and said I have an apt at 4. I’m not sure what she heard but she tells me “she’s not working today”. Thinking she didn’t really understood what had said I repeated myself. The young girl walks to me and asks for my name again. I told her the same story, now for a second time.Well after sitting down for 1 and 1/2 hrs, and after having absolutely nothing done, I decided to leave. I just didn’t have the time to sit and wait another hour to be completely ignored.To the owner Let me give you an advise: if you don’t have enough girls don’t schedule so many clients. This is poor customer service. From the other reviews, it seems this is customary.To any potential customer: find yourself another salon. This one is not worth the time nor your money!

I love going here because they make my nails look so beautiful. I cant wait to get my first pedicure. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff provides great service....soothing herbal teas, hand scrubs with honey and fresh blueberries. I strongly recommend going...better than the regular nail salons in the area.

I travel a lot and came in to get my nails done the first time. First time things were great, the owner did my nails. After that not so much. Nails broke multiple times and they aren’t open on Tuesdays which for someone who works and has a crazy schedule, is not convenient for me.

The pedicures are very nice but make sure they do a better job on polishing your toe nails.

Jennifer and the staff here are amazing. They get busy because they do such an amazing job. Manicures, gel and pedicures last such a long time and they use quality products (handmade scrubs, fresh aloe). Call and make an appointment before you go so you wont need to wait!

Best pedicure I’ve ever gotten! Got here at 1030am and the pedicure wasn’t done until 1145am.. they cleaned my feet and toes so well and there was a leg scrub, massage, hot stone, hot towel, etc. amazing!

If you want your regular manicure to last a full week before chipping, this is where you go. The ladies here do such a precise job, you will be there a long time, but you get more than you pay for. They use lots of natural ingredients which is really neat. If they say they use honey or coffee or aloe, rest assured they whip out a bottle of honey or split open an aloe leaf right on front of you. I over heard the owner explaining how their spa director makes all the recipes for their scrubs. Love this place!

I wish I could give 10 stars, bc the customer service was outstanding....You feel very comfortable when your there. For a guy I was actually enjoying myself knowing it was my first time getting a pedicure. I give huge credit to the hard working women there..after seeing whats involved in doing a pedicure its ridiculous how low pay those workers get, so please tip them they deserve every penny.

My nails were beautiful but unfortunately they started to literally fall off within 2 to 3 days while I was on vacation. I spent $130 plus tip for nails that didnt last a week . This was my first time trying this spa and will not be going back. Im very disappointed because I wanted to give this place a try but this turned me off completely. Good salon, did a decent job but way over priced. She charged me $48 for a gel manicure. Not gel tips, just the gel polish. I usually pay $25-$30 for the same exact service. Wanted to give this place a try because my lady was completely booked and I saw it had good reviews, but nearly $50 for a manicure is a little excessive. The service wasn’t anything special or different from my usual place.

The best place for eyebrow waxing. I wont go anywhere else. I went somewhere else with a friend and had to go right to Jeeyune nails and have them fix it. They are so sweet and are all amazing! The pedicures there will make you feel like a queen. They have the best massage chairs in the area and the wrap your feet in a warm oil that keeps them soft for weeks. The gel manicures there are amazing, but if youre into the basic mani/pedi they last way longer then when I get them anywhere else. I love this place!!!!

Hello I came in on Thursday May 2 to get a mani, sns, gel and chrome. 3 of my nails had tips added due to cracking. The nail tech didnt use nail glue, instead used clear polish. I paid $75 dollars for service not including tip.2 days later 2 tips came off. I came back and another fixed it with Glue. 1 day later the 3rd tip came off and the chrome polish came off 4 of my nails. Sns underneath is terrible. Its only been a week. Ive never had my sns come off in less than 3 weeks.. this is unacceptable

The service is excellent, noone offers the pedicures they do. Noone compares. Although you will wait if you have no appointment as they are very busy, but if you do make one than you are all good. Pedicures here are amaaaaazing. they really take their time moisturizing and massaging your legs. the only reason why i wouldnt give them 5 stars is because of cost, however, everytime I opt to go elsewhere thinking its a better deal, the pedicure is mediocre and I end up wishing I went to jeeyune and paid the premium instead.

YOU GUYS WOULDNT BELIEVE ME!!!So let me tell you guys a secret about the MONEy HUNGRY owner of this place. I used to go get my nails done for about a year in this place. The owner treat those Mexican girls doing pedicure HORRIBLE behind closed doors. However, the owner always OVER PRICED me for each and every service $130+ for pedicure and gel fill in plus $15-20 tip. That tip wasnt enough for her!!!!! One day after I got my nails done there, she told me to come to the back room with her and she told me why I give such a little tip? I couldnt believe it! I told her that she always over priced me and thats all the tip I had to give, she replied well you always come here with DESIGNER BAGS, you can afford a better tip. Crazy! Never came back, I hope this review give people a better understanding of who she is. SAD!

My main concern is the price fluctuation to newbies depending on the season and the fact that you cant tip via card transactions. Despite this I will continue to go there.

Hello... I am giving JEEYUNE NAILS & SPA two stars... I think this place is very good when it comes to getting a good Pedicure.. However sometimes JEEYUNE NAILS &SPA customer service sucks!!!.... I made an appointment for my daughter to get a Pedicure today at 5:30 p.m ... I called and made the appointment a week ago... When my daughter and I get their we tell the owners our names... The owner comes over to me and ask me... Are you sure you made an appointment with this place? I said yes And showed her my phone with the salon number in it with the date and time I called .. This is not the first time something like this happened... I am upset because I really like this place... When it comes to a Pedicure.. They are really good.. But once again customer service SUCKS!!!! The good thing is They were able to take my daughter... But what if JEEYUNE NAILS &SPA was over booked? They wouldnt have been able to take my daughter... I am also doing this review so maybe the owner will read this and pay attention when someone is making an appointment over the phone.. Hopefully the owner make changes... I am not sure if I am going back.. If I do.. I will rate one more time...
