Best nail salon that Ive been to so far. Love the service, cleanliness, Quiet Zen experience. Classy

This was my first time at Elite. It was great! My old salon did not take care of my nails, there was a lot of trauma etc. I made an appointment here and everything was smooth sailing. Bobby welcomed me, Andy did my nails. I was in good hands and my nails look and feel a-mazing now. It was peaceful, the staff was efficient and service was with a smile :). The price was great! I dont know why reviews say that the price point was too high. I thought that it was fair and I got a quality uv gel/pedi.

Fully vaccinated with plans to go out and I wanted to celebrate with a mani pedi. Thank goodness this place survived the pandemic.

The salon is beautiful and quick service. But was upset that the fan table to dry hands and feet was broken and was not offered a regular small fan to dry the nail polish quicker. So I had to sit and air dry. I found a piece of paper in my bag and began to fan my feet. Smh. Had I known that I wouldnt of gotten a pedicure

This is my first mani/pedi since last summer. Loved that it was outside. It was relaxing and very clean. I watched the manager pick up parking lot trash to ensure that Elite’s storefront looks clean.Felt safe.

Such a lovely spot with friendly staff and most importantly clean. My nails look great! Im very happy with my powder dip service and pedi was great 🙌

I had been terrified of getting a pedicure but they are doing it right, and it’s possible to be outside! All COVID protocols required of you, and they are equally diligent. I have had a wonderful experience. If this is considered to be paying more I’m happy to for the benefit of feeling safe.

Amazing new salon in Montclair area. Ive been to most of them in the area and many have strong fumes and no parking available. Love that this place has vents built in for the fumes. One of the most sanitary places as they use disposable equipment.Love the ambiance and relaxing environment. I got a pedicure and it was fantastic, they do a lavender scrub and leg massage.Will definitely be back again!

The service was very nice. Kathy did my pedicure and my nails, she is very polite and professional. She did an excellent job.

Writing this while still here under the dryer- my first visit... I dont want to tell you how great this place is for fear of walking in some other saturday to a line. But they deserve the acknowledgement. Very relaxing atmosphere- extremely clean!! Pedicure was relaxing and spa like. Great massage chairs, friendly staff did a wonderful job! And parking!??! This place got it right! 5 out of 5 👌🏼

Sooo clean which is always important but especially in the COVID era! They take your temp when you walk in and have you wash your hands. Everyone is wearing masks (staff and customers). They space everyone out and have plastic barriers up between you and the manicurist (and in between the pedicure chairs that are close). They cover the pedicure buckets in plastic. Color selection is good. Most importantly...the massage is amazing!

I’ve been to dozens upon dozens of nail salons all over New Jersey, but this one is BY FAR the best one!!! Everyone here is sooo nice and helpful. The nail technicians ask and tell you everything they’re doing before they do it which I appreciate so much. The interior is super clean and organized as well!! I can’t wait to come back here, the customer service is unbelievable!

I went to this nail salon with an ombré design in mind. They said they could do it exactly how I wanted it and I am not at all satisfied with the ways my nails came out. Never coming back!!! The prices are very over priced and not worth the quality of work they do. This set of gel nails should have been 20 dollars at most. Very disappointed! The wait time was very long just to get a manicure and pedicure. I was there for more than 3 hours mostly waiting. I took my little sister and she is not satisfied either.

The place was beautiful and comfortable. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with my nails. I paid $90 for a gel extension set which was pricy for a full set to begin with. It’s only been 8 days and 3 of my nails came off already. I am disappointed in the quality of my nails and I will not be returning there anymore.

We made appointment for a group of 6 people days a head of time. We walk in with 5 (1 couldnt make it) and everything started off fine. We were here once before and loved it. They kept taking walk ins and ignoring the clients that were already there. My mother who is visibly ill (she has Parkinsons) got forgotten about! left in the pedi chair with the gel removal stuff on her nails for way to long. Then they finally sat her down.. started to remove the gels, THEN JUST GOT UP and went to another person and forgot about her. 4 people did her nails and they didnt even finish. It was so bad OTHER people in there who dont know us were offering to let their nail person finish her first and then finish them. AND THEN there was this poor women from the back saying she has been forgotten about as well and she had been sitting for so long waiting her feet were prunes. BUT WAIT THERES MORE! The person doing my nails and the lady doing someone elses nails next to me were passing the nail file back and forth... USING IT ON THE BOTH OF US AT THE SAME TIME. I had to tell them to not use that one me anymore, I dont know if she has any kind of nail fungus thats disgusting. They also dont have you wash ur hands while getting a gel so its going to have bumps. The nail polish they used on my toes was clearly old and left bubbles but if this place is new I dont know how that happened. I work at a local spa in Montclair and have been sending clients etc to this place because I had such a good experience the first time. Clearly I will not be sending anyone there, will not be going back myself. This place is unorganized, dirty, cuts corners and only cares about money. What they dont seem to understand is that there are 100s of nail places in Montclair... giving good service is what keeps you in Montclair. I dont see this place lasting at all.
