Second time coming here, the first time I was really satisfied back in March before the Covid closures began. Went in for waxing, pedicure and manicure. Everything was going well they actually called to see if I could come in earlier which was no problem. However when it was time to pay the guy charging charged me $10 more for my wax. I asked why and he was a bit rude about it. They have a board with prices listed near the entrance that’s how I knew. I understand these Covid times are tough and I had no problem paying the $10 more but there was no need for him to be smart about it. He later offered to return $5.

Very poor customer service. Walked in with my two young daughters, let the man behind the desk know what we needed. Then asked if we could use the restroom first. We used the restroom, then we came out and started looking at nail colors. The television show that they had on was not appropriate for kids as there was a lot of cursing. Because of this, I let the worker know we had changed our mind and would be leaving. The worker replied ( very rudely) oh you just lied to me to use my bathroom . I told him that the television show had a lot of cursing and Im not staying here with my children. He didnt apologize, he simply started looking for different channels and then turned off the TV. I was trying to be kind and I said fine well give it a try and we waited and waited and waited quite a long time, so we walked out and left. So in fairness I have no idea how they do with nails, but I do know that their service is in the toilet.

Worst place ever! I call to ask if they have deep and saids yes so then when I got there, he saids we can’t do it because of COVID and before I got there he call me like 10 times to ask me, are coming?? How long you gonna be here? It was horrible! I will never comeback there.

Horrible service !! I went as a walk in and was packed with only 2 chairs saying was all permitted for “ new regulation “ then I make an appointment to ensure a better service and when arrived on time they send me to my car to wait 30 minutes more so what’s the point for making an appointment? So they ended saying that they were short for two workers when the day before the same guy told me only few workers and customers were permitted on premises 🤦🏻‍♀️

I ACTUALLY LOVE IT ITS LIKE SHE KNEW ME .. IT WAS MY 4TH TIME THERE FIRST TIME WITH HER I WAS SHOCKED BECAUSE SHE SAID SHE SEEN MY NAILS BEFORE AND WANTED TO DO THEM BUT I WAS ASKING FOR ANOTHER GIRL THAT IS NO LONGER WORKING THERE NOW .. Went in with uneven nails and Tracy took care of me. She was very nice, place is small but they get to work right away.

My nails weren’t the BEST, I was feeling under the weather and didn’t want to drive where I usually go to... Tracy’s Nails is just around the corner from me... the place isn’t the cleanest or the nicest, however much respect to Tracy for actually asking for my opinion after each nail she did lol, she really wanted me to be satisfied. The thing I didn’t like was that she had first told me it was $34... then she said $36 (which I didn’t care about the money, but that showed how money hungry they are)... once I was ready to pay, I handed her my card, and she kept looking at it (like if it wasn’t a real card lol) so I asked her if she needed to see my ID, she said no. So then she asked me if I had cash??? Why would she ask that, I was so confused. So I said No, she then said “oh, it’s $37” ... I was even more confused... at that point I just wanted to leave... she asked me if I can give her a 5 star and write a good review, so this made me think how many people here have wrote a good review only because she has asked them to.

I love Tracy ! They are very nice to me and my two kids! I get my nails and my eyebrows done with Tracy i like that she understands and does what i need i wont forget that i told her that i wanted my eyebrows thicker she help me and now i love my eyebrows i love how she shapes them thank u so much!

I go to Kim for my manicure and pedicure and shes fantastic. Always aims toplease and so professional. Ive gone to her for years. The owner Tracy is always so pleasant and quite the professional as well. Do yourself a favor and frequent this wonderful place.

Tracy is the best on acrylic nails. She takes her time and does a really good job on coffin style nails. Shes very friendly and not pushy its a family oriented place nice staff.

Pricey for the area. Noisy. And like many other nail salons, they speak Vietnamese to each other so the customers dont know whats being said and cant participate in the conversation. This is extremely rude.Speak English at all times and youll have more business than you can handle-and youll be able to justify your higher rates.

I had gone to the nail place behind them and that place screwed my nails up BAD.. Tracy was able to fix my nails and style them to my desire. I take pride in my hands therefore, Im kinda harsh when it comes to my stylist. She was patient, took her time and never once hurt my fingers. The salon is a little off compared to what Im used to but my nails are beautiful so I dont mind...

On April 6, I got my nails done here and they came out really pretty! I loved them. But the next day I woke up and had itchy bumps around my fingers. I thought maybe I touched something and took Benadryl. The Benadryl stopped the itching but the bumps stayed and later became itchy again. I decided to see my doctor and he informed that it was the nails that I had on. So today I went into the salon and it was pretty busy. I wanted to stay professional so I told the owner, Tracy, patiently that I wanted a removal of the nails and my money back. She refused to give me my money back and insisted that it was just my skin and skin color and had nothing to do with the nails. Although frustrated I did not yell or scream, I accepted the loss and just requested the removal. Once an employee began removal the nails, I started to write a review. The owner saw and approached me and began raising her voice and accussing me of lying and trying to ruin her establishment. She began taking pictures of my face once I refused to let her take pictures of my hands with nail remnants all over it which caused her to begin yelling and threatening me. I told her about her being unprofessional and she continued to yell and subject her customers by telling them that it was me lying and how “nice” they are. I remained silent for the rest of the time and she would continuesly try to pick a fight with me so that I wouldn’t write a bad review. I hope she realizes how embarrassing that looked on her.Poor customer service. Very rude and unprofessional

I had the most horrible/ frustrating experience. I went to get a cute bright pink color and the next day they turned brown, so I went in to ask if they can redo it. First they laughed to one another and tried convincing me it was pink and then I told them the number of the polish they were and when they saw it was a diffrent color they told me they cant gurantee the color on display since they dont make the polish. And they wont give a refund or anything to compensate.You are better off going somewhere else even if they have lower ratings at least if they do mess up they will redo them. It was the biggest mistakes trying this place, lost out on $40+.So if your scrolling through reviews to see if you want to try this place, just dont, there is much better places that have better customer service and can guarantee the product they are selling.(IN THE PICTURE THE OTHER NAILS WERE SUPPOSE TO MATCH THE PINK GLITTER NAIL)Refer to yelp.
