Went for a pedicure sad to say the nail polish was old and did not stick in my nail it had been about 3 hours since my pedicure was completed and the white nail polish was sticky and bubbly.

Worst nail salon I ever been to in my life! I got a gel manicure and pedicure there. Literally the gel on my finger nails were super thick and bumpy!! Don’t waste your money here!

Horrible Horrible service. Took my mother and sister as referrals and they sucked. Waited with my feet in the water for 35 minutes till they were pruned. I ended up walking out and not being helped. Then the lady had the nerve to comment on my patience. Get it together and get better customer serviceDont waste your money.

I’ve been going here for years off and on, but today is the reason I won’t recommend this place or go back! I made an appointment with Stephanie for my daughter @4pm. I called same day to confirm. My daughter shows up and Stephanie isn’t there. The other woman Niki, working there said she would give my daughter a full set. They asked my daughter to move from one station to another. My daughter proceeds to wait approx 30 min before the man Tony, comes over to start her full set. Niki is the one who is supposed to be doing the nails. I believe my daughter is “ a kid” that they treated her this way. My daughter said he was rude and pulled the nails off once she told them to take them off. I won’t be going back and they have LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER! But I’m sure they don’t care

I come in on a Saturday was very busy, but I was ok with wait. Two women greet me with smile, Amy, Jessica. They do my feet and nail very nice I love. I always come back this place.

I normally go here because its so close. But I did have a sort of bad experience when I went in. I bite my nails and the man doing them made a comment that made me upset. I like how my toe nails turn out but other than that my nails come out fine

The worst experience. Since the moment my friend and I walked in a young girl named Jessica gave us a mean look. We decided to give them a chance. I was looked by both women Jessica and someone else there with disgust because I wanted a pedicure. They made me feel extremely insecure about my toes and i didnt even get cleaned up. After they were done they just left me there and my nails look horrible. Worst 35 dollars spent. Id rather pay more and get better customer service and quality. This place is just so bad. That Jessica girl was extremely rude. Didnt give one smile. Made us feel so uncomfortable but as soon as she got herself a Starbucks she walked through the door with the biggest smile. This place is a joke. Never going back. Very very bad service.

Not sure I agree with all the one star reviews. Ive been going back to Stephanie for many years now and always have her do different nail designs.. She always pulls them off except for once we just dont do numbers anymore.... haha inside joke.. Cant wait to do xmas ones so many to pick from might have to do 2 xmas ones this year.

Ok so if you only want a pedicure then your in the right spot. But acrylic nails and all lumpy and crooked and uneven. But the ladies who do pedicures are really good. I love my pedicures. And it wasn’t just me and had 2 friends and they had complaints about there nails too. It’s too expensive to not like them.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The young lady was in such a hurry that she filed my nails very roughly (and they came out crooked) and when I told her that my hands were sensitive (I was trying to be polite), she raised her voice saying Youre Picky! to me. The rest of the gel polish change was horrible. She just walked away when she was done and I sat there for 10 minutes for nothing because she just started sweeping. First time I didnt leave a tip! RUDE!!

I went in for a pedi and decided to have a mani also. Everything was fine, the ladies were very nice and took their time on my pedi.

I got my nails done.I got an infection from my nail being filled too short on the side.My finger is swollen and throbbing.I had to go to the doctors today.I’m now on 10 dat course of antibiotics.

The worst service and behavior ever, the two girls there are so rude, in respectful and no patient they left my friends nail and tell her we cannot do it for you!!!! They material bad and everything dirty . They are not professional, They just have few old and ugly design and cheat ppl on the price ! Dont go there you gonna .

The dont care about the customers, I went to get a full set and they gave me a manicure so in the end they charged me 5 extra bucks for something I didnt want. And while she was giving me the manicure she put cuts on 4 of my fingers and I was bleeding for awhile.

The ladies are really nice. The guy that did my nails did a terrible job! When I was paying he insisted for me to give him a bigger tip. He was very rude!!!!!!! If u decide to go there dont let the guy do ur nails!

It was Friday night.....got out of work early...had date. My friends recommended this place. It was crowded..sure.. but the its Friday night. I waited a bit..... but the wax, pedi., fulset and designs were done......over services were good at a very decent prices.

Worst experience getting my nails done in this place i was.jUst passing by and thought id give a try... the lady seemed nice and sweet but she had other ppl at THE same time... she was.just rushing trying to GET my nails done asap so she cAN be done her next client... no no no hun... if u wAnt fast money like that this is NOT the job for it... .I came here to relax and take my time getting my nails done not to be in a rush
