Every since the original workers left the new people dont know how to do youre eyebrows or toe nails i stopped going and just go to the monroe mall

Horrible service!!!! I was not satisfied with my eye lashes, they refused to fix it or refund. What a waste, now I’m out of money and with an ugly eyes lashes. (Which I’m taking off) HORRIBLE- Stay away.

I would have gave them before but this time when I went there my nails are too wide for my fingers I have small fingers and they my nails are wider than my fingers I just hate my nails

I got a nail fungus from them! I soaked my nails off to get a new set and three of my my permanent nails were green! 🤮🤢 DO NOT GO HERE!

They are less than one star but they weren’t in a rush to see customers and I’ve never been to a salon that charges for length, 3 or more colors, and for gel take off that I’m not getting again, and they charge $5 per broken nail. I’m not going again personally because it’s poor quality, I went yesterday and my polish is coming off and it was not applied correctly and the lady broke 3 of my nails doing what she wanted and chipped 2.

Just left this place...if you need that personal touch, go in the morning. They are good and I recommend them highly.

Like all nail salons you have to speak up or theyll let you go out the door with a crooked nail, half effort paint job or uneven length. Ive seen this too many times at several shops and that is why so many private nail techs are taking over this profession but they charge more. I will say you have to speak up here but they do have new nail techs younger girls with current nail designs and techniques try them out.

I attend this nail salon on May 6, 2019. They have the worst customer service. I waited 30 minutes before I got a pedicure. The employee who did my pedicure barely talked never offered or asked me if I would like a design . No one ever checked to see if my feet were dry I removed the toilet paper from my own feet and left. Never again will I come to pro nails. Worst worst customer service.

It’s expensive and the quality is bad! The person was nice, but I had the impression that she didn’t know what she was doing. The quality is terrible I’m gonna have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. Also, for $65 they should do more. Total disappointment!

They’re always charging high prices but give poor quality. Nails are always different shapes and sizes. Nice people but I’m not satisfied with the ugly nails

Just had my nails done have been coming here about 5 yrs and 2day whn I told Lee the owner I didnt want a certain lady doing any of my nail work seemed 2 make him angry because shes his girlfriend he was awful very nasty and did a poor job painting nails so remember if u go there the older lady is his girlfriend and the 2 younger ladies r her kids so if u have a problem with one of thm ur nails will look very unprofessional and he will get unprofessional thts no way 2 run a business

Went there once and had #4 do my nails she did wonderful and wasnt rude fixed everything i asked went today and #5 did my nails she did terrible nails not fully painted doesnt have enough coats and always many different shapes and sizes wont allow anyone else to do my nails again

Got grands gel nails done Saturday nite ..this is how they look Sunday morning....im very dissatisfied would be up there now but closed today

Went in today and got my nails&toes did a not so good of a job but too pricey for bad quality they want to charge folks extra for designs,change color etc. I called myself getting stilettos and got the mini version smh..They wont be getting my support again.

I was overcharged. I got the gel polish & it started chipping and coming off the next day!!!! Poor quality!!!

Got a gel Filmonin this Saturday and my nail already coming up haven’t even be 5 days never will go back again paid 25 dollars

They charge $20 just for a color change and they dont even do a good job.
