I was a walk-in. They were able to accommodate me. They were very kind. They did a fantastic job. I do recommend this salon.

These were supposed to be coffin and they’re not this is terrible and this place was so rude and definitely overpriced never going here again

They only had two nail technicians. We scheduled our appointment for 1:30. Didnt get our pedicures started until after 2:15. We sat soaking in the water for 45 minutes.. Then after paying for a 40 dollar pedi, got our legs rubbed for LESS than 2 minutes. Also was charged 55 dollars and no one could explain why. DO NOT RECCOMEND

Please save yourself time and money and go ANYWHERE but here. Got eyelash extensions and they came halfway off in ONE day. And were poorly applied. Went back the next day to get them removed, and they had no eyelash solution to remove them. And everyone here was rude as hell. Told me to come back in a few days. They couldnt be bothered with my crooked, ugly eyelashes they charged me $30 for. And their establishment is filthy and disgusting. I will never go back here.

Almost like NY. I am from NY and no where I went is close to how I got my nails. This place is the closest. Yes, they do rush sometimes. They also do a clean job. My only complaint is that when they polish they dont really gets the ends. First time I polished my fingers and at the end it looked like it was already a few days in. Nevertheless, they do a good job cleaning, the place is clean as well as the bathroom too for my little daughter.

Easily the best place in Walton County; just wish Id found it sooner! Laura is an artist, and she made me feel like an old friend. Only place in Monroe and Loganville that I would recommend to a friend. I have had many bad experiences at other nail salons with misunderstanding what I wanted, painful rotary filing, and feeling uncomfortable/unappreciated by side conversations and giggling between techs. This is definitely my new go-to.

A 5 star is underated for this place, if I could give more stars I would. Paula was very nice and helpful and did a very great job. She even suggested a color that is very beautiful and had my feet stand out, my husband and I love it. I will most definitely return.

Will not be returning. First time I went I was pleased. However second time I had an older lady and she messed up my fingers. They let my hands soak in cuticle remover and my fingers started peeling. Also the gel polish was on my nail beds making it look sloppy and unprofessional. Lady was nice but her work was sloppy. I could have done a better job.The nail salon women were rude pressuring me to choose a certain nail polish when I wanted time to pick mine out. I felt rushed like they were just trying to get me out.Will not be returning.

Laura is fantastic. My friend had used this salon once before and recommended it to me. 10/10 would go again. Staff is pleasant. Definitely looks like a small, local owned shop but the techs take their time and quality is assured. I will recommended to everybody.

Hidden treasure. Started going here a few months ago after trying multiple other places around Monroe and Loganville and Bethlehem. This place is the best. Pricing is great and service is impeccable. They have microblading, eyelashes, and facials along with all the normal things.

In & Out In 20 Minutes & My Nails Look FABULOUS! The Staff Is Wonderful & Very Polite. I Even Messed Up One Of My Nails On Accident & They Were Happy To Fix It. & Their Prices Are Extremely Reasonable. Im From Conyers, But The Drive Was Absolutely Worth The Service & Amazing Nails. I’ve been here twice and extremely pleased both times! Prices are great and the whole staff is very friendly. I used to drive out of Monroe to get my nails done every time, but this has become my go to salon!

I would not recommend them to anyone. They don’t communicate in regards to the customer needs. The “male” did my gel fill in, who was very unfriendly and could care less if I was satisfied. Seven out of ten fingernails have bubbles. My advice is to stay away from that place. Unfortunately, I have to give it a one star in order to post my review. A one star is a compliment to that place.

Came here after a bad experience at the Long Nail salon next to Metro PCS. I had about a 2 minute wait and was done with my nails after about 20 minutes. They look amazing, the staff is wonderful. This is definitely the BEST nail salon in Monroe!

Opened the doors when it’s was 5 min til closing had a great atmosphere and wonderful service Mr Lee was absolutely wonderful!! Highly recommend

Felt ripped off. I never get my nails done I have 4 kids and it is something that doesnt get dont alot.i camr in very nice people I got a full set of gel nails. 35 dollars. Thats fine. I always get the tips painted and not the whole nailm they charged me 5 more dollars cause I got the tips painted. I dont know why that less nail polish plus I felt like I had to pay it to get them done how I wanted. Very disappointed. Not sure if I will return.

Im not sure why this place has such a high rating. They did not do a very good job with my nails, made me sit with my hands in acetone for way too long, and the prices are not any better than anywhere else around. I will not be returning.
