Very satisfying. Ms. Ann did my nails, how I like them

Ive never had a bad Mani or Pedi here UNTIL Sat. Gel mani Saturday... By Wed they are PEELING on BOTH hands.I called. Cant go back in until Sat bc of work. They wont guarantee that long event though I called on Wed.NEVER AGAIN!!

If I could do 0 stars I would. Worse nail shop I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to many around Monroe. Nail techs are rude. One nail tech left in the middle of doing nails didn’t say anything to the customer. I was cut multiple times. Nail techs doesn’t care about their customers, all of my requests for my nails were denied. I have cuts on my fingers she wouldn’t give me a paper towel to stop the bleeding. Very rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend a CAT to come to this shop.

I will never go back to this place. I waited for 45 minutes. There were only 2 techs in the building and one could do feet ONLY. After my wait, I told her what I wanted. Well there was a customer in front of me who was getting elaborate nail work. The tech wanted me to wait another 1.5 hours after getting my feet done to get hands done. Nope. It was just wasted time.

Ive Noticed that they DONT USE Liners in the Pedicure tub.Plus they Dont Sanitize anything DOWN AFTER CUSTOMER LEAVESONLY 2NAIL TECHS AND THE WAIT IS LONGGGG.

Is 0 stars an option? The guy with the nails and ponytail left in the middle of doing my nails. Then the other tech told me I should of told the tech that I was not satisfied though he left and didnt even tell her. Had to have my nails cleaned up from the heavy amount of acrylic he left on my cuticles.

Wonderful service all around. Inexpensive and worth it. Joseph does our nails and he is very patient and precise. Clean and they are very friendly, I appreciate the fact they hold conversations with you. I 110% recommend this nail salon. Its worth the wait to get in!! Professional looking and lasting nails. 💅

I asked for coffin and got a round shape my nails aren’t even the same size and he roughed up my cuticles I’ll never cheat on lavish nail spa again I’m never going to this place again

Got fungus under my nails and they were too lazy to take nails off and redo it when it was their fault from the beginning that I got fungus. I told the lady all of my nails felt tender and she was just looking like she didnt understand English. I know she saw that my nails underneath the acrylic was brown and she kept on doing them like it was nothing. The nails begin popping off after 3 days of getting a refill. She really doesnt know how to do nails because she would refill and drill around next to the cuticle and within 4 days it looks like you need another refill. Nails would just pop off like they were just glued on. They rush when they do your nails and I will never go back there again and will be telling everyone else about this experience. It would be a waist of time and money to go there.

The nail techs are extremely hateful! Even when you address how rude they are being, they get worse. On top of the unprofessional behavior, the work is terrible! Please-pick another salon!
