It is May 2020; Louisiana is in phase 1 of re-opening and many nail salons remain closed. This local family-owned business is doing everythin in their power to protect their family and their guests. They will only offer services upon appointment, require temp checking upon entrance, and the use of masks and hand washing throughout the entire process. At several points during the service I witnessed them cleaning and sanitizing tools and stations. Not only do my nails look GREAT but I felt safe and well cared-for at this establishment. This was my first experience with A Nails and I am very impressed and happy with how it went.

Always a good atmosphere, nice people and Dennis does a great job! This is a week after.

He is rude and never on time. If you question him about it, he will start yelling at you and cursing you. He is very unprofessional.

I’ve been to almost every nail place in Monroe Louisiana. A Nails is the only place where I left saying I love my nails. The man was gentle and filed perfectly with a beautiful shape. Not thick. No humps . And the lady did a great job with the polish. It may not be the best looking place in town but it is the best place for my nails.

I loved the way they treat their customer. Pleasant experience. They did a great job and with patience. People out their please do visit them. It’s worth trying once and you won’t be disappointed.

The husband (owner) will tell you all that your need to know about your nails. If the last tech messed it up, they want you to feel comfortable like family and loyal. He is a little fussy but I believe his heart is right and his wife is sweet.

I just went in today for the first time and got a gel manicure. Extreme attention to detail. Best manicure I have ever had. The owners are so nice!

They did a great job on my nails, took their time and 5 days later they still look great. I usually get them done at the mall because its convenient but I quit going because the polish always looks sloppy and never stays on. Always chipping and so on. I am really glad to finally find a place that does quality work.

Very pleased with my gel polish/manicure. Very nice couple with good customer service skills.

Staff was rude, didnt great us but greeted my mothers coworker that came in right behind us. Did not even acknowledge us or ask what we wanted. The staff went right to my mothers coworker who was Caucasian and asked what she wanted and to have a seat. When the lady tried to tell her we were first staff became verbally rude saying you not say nothing, well what you want then. I refuse to revisit or support this establishment and so did my mothers coworker.

The lady that did my pedi was quite nice. She did a great job. However, before I felt my toes were completely dry, the gentleman kinda rushed me out. And because I paid cash, he didnt want to give me a receipt. I requested a receipt a 2nd time. He wrote my service on a business card...?? They seemed to be needing to close early, as I was the last customer.Great work. Just need better customer service practices. Thanks! :)
