This place is amazing! This is truly the most relaxing environment and I just can’t wait for my appointments to have some true me time!! My nail tech Tina is amazing!! She makes sure my nails are bomb every time! She pays attention to detail and makes sure I’m happy before I leave. She’s always willing to try new designs. Everyone on staff is so nice and they treat you like family. They offer you drinks and April makes the best Iced Thai coffee! She’s definitely got me hooked on those. I look forward to that Ice coffee every 2 weeks! They also are super gentle with hang nails. My little girl, god bless her, has her dad’s feet and get a lot of hang nails so I bring her in regularly for pedicures. They are also so patient with her even when she moves before her nails are dry. She loves the ice cream pedicures. She loves getting a sprite, ice cream and getting to pick out her bath bomb for the water along with her nail color. The techs actually talk to her about what she is interested in and joke with her. We just love it here! I wish I remembered to take pictures every time but I’ll post a few so you all can see the quality of the work!

Paid $85 for a full set and a pedicure. Pedicure is great. The nails are terrible. I went for a simple acrylic French tip. They are uneven, crooked, painted and you can see my real nail underneath. Brand new set that looks like they’ve already grown out and need to be filled. Won’t be back 😩

My young teenage daughter and I had a very bad experience at Party Nails (Old Monroe Road next to Publix). The few times we have been there a young lady has done our nails. However, Danny the owner did my daughters nails for this particular appointment. I sat next to her throughout the entire appointment. She had something specific she wanted done to her nails and showed him a picture. He barely acknowledged it. While she was looking at the color palates to choose her nail color he took one off the wall and walked her over to the chair not allowing her to look through all of them. Danny was extremely rough while doing her nails. Filing unnecessarily hard and tugging assertively at her fingers, hands and wrists instead of guiding and verbally telling her where he needed her to put her hands. I kept asking him what he wanted her do when he was tugging on her, but he didnt answer me. I could feel my anxiety increasing and couldnt wait for the appointment to be over. In the middle of the appointment my daughter leaned over and quietly asked if we could leave. I have been to many salons through the years and have never been treated this roughly. The whole experience was rushed as well. He was clearly in a hurry. When complete the nails were not straight or smooth. When he was all done he walked away and left us sitting there. I had to get up and go ask him if he was done doing her nails. When complete the nails looked nothing at all like the picture she showed him. My daughter doesnt get her nails done often so this was a treat. While he was doing her nails I could tell she was upset. Not mad, but confused and uncomfortable. Before cashing out I decided to confront him and told him my concerns. He became angry that I was not satisfied with his work. His response was You were not the one getting your nails done so you cant say how she felt. He also said You have no idea how nails are done. He was visibly angry and at times would walk away from me while I was talking to him. I was in disbelief. He angrily offered to redo the nails and began to pull on my daughters arm to bring her back to the chair which I quickly stopped. He was not going to touch my daughter again. The whole exchange was not something my daughter or I had ever experienced and she was scared. He then told the girl at the front desk to charge me $45. That is $15 more than what I was told the price would be over the phone. I just wanted out of there so I paid and left. The girl behind the counter was very kind and apologized, but Danny never once said he was sorry. This week we are going to another nail salon that respects their customers to get the nails removed and redone properly. I am surprised Party Nails is still in business based on the irrational behavior of the owner and overall poor customer service.

The design I got was a simple line, he even said “easy” but I got trash, he was super rough with filling and my nails are Slanted… I gonna stick with ivy nails they do so much better

Cin is one of the most meticulous and customer oriented workers I have ever had the pleasure being a client of. She took her time and I couldn’t find anything wrong if I tried. Her massages were great and she knew what she was doing. My pedicure and manicure were flawless. She was kind and friendly. I felt like I’ve known her for years. I recommend her to everyone I know. My nails always look great. They do a good foot scrub, and I also get my eyebrows waxed and tinted here, the tint is better than the eyebrow threading place I use to go to.Will always tell people to go here. The staff is always very friendly as well.

Absolute best nail salon in Union County. Party Nails is big, beautiful, and comfortable. Andy and Tina do amazing work, as do their staff, and you cant beat the beautiful nail art they are each capable of! Super fun pedicure options, especially for kids, and always a pleasant experience. After years of going elsewhere, I will never look back!

Poor customer service.. also were mean to my kids... my daughter just ask if she can do stickers on her nails. He was very mean and rude to her which is I didn’t like. I wont never go back there. Poor quality nails and very expensive..

Pedicure was good at all. Had to tell the person what to do to my feet. It was like her first time doing one. Said something to the tall guy he just mad excuses went to the back to get someone to translate. He didnt even care! Thanks I Will Not be back again!

I love Party Nails!! Today was my second visit and Danny did a fantastic job on my nails! Tina also did a great job on my marble design pinky nails. You usually have to wait if it’s a busy time but it’s totally worth it! The salon is very clean and everyone is really nice.

Eight of us went to Party Nails as part of my daughters bachelorette day. We were treated so well by all the staff! We were able to bring mimosas, cheese, and fruit and the manager set up a table and even served us. I love how my gel manicure turned out and 3 weeks later still looks great. Will definitely be back soon!

Hit my cuticle with the drill too many times and made me bleed. Nails are not uniform at all and only look good from far away. Staff are relatively nice and beautiful salon

I’m new to the area and went to party nails because of all the goods things I had heard about them. As soon as I got there I felt so welcomed and everyone was so kind and helpful! Service was great and I left feeling wonderful. Now a week later I am feeling much less wonderful. It’s been only 8 days and my gel polish is starting to peel on every nail and it looks like it’s been weeks since I’ve been at the salon. My cuticles look like they didn’t trim them back at all and just painted on top of them. They look horrible and I’m very disappointed. The reason I pay more for gel nails is so the polish will stay on longer and I’ve never had it look this bad after a week. If you’re getting gel nails I would consider another place.

I was told on the phone and in person that a full set acrylic regular polish was $30. After my service I was charge $55. When I asked why they said because I have long nail. Very disappointed I was not informed. Also they did a square shape when I asked for coffin shape.

I live right around the corner so this place is super convenient. The salon is so warm and inviting. The staff is super attentive and friendly. This will be my new go to spot for a pedicure!

After reading such great reviews, I was excited to try party nails and spa bc my normal spot was closed. I had a pretty decent experience initially with Natalie. She cut my nails uneven, but attempted to correct it. Thankfully I have long nail beds because she cut my pinky finger nail to the skin. I also had some issues with the topcoat for the S&S. It started peeling before I even left. Andy tried to fix it, and I was stressed because I was going out of town for the NY. He seemed a bit annoyed while correcting the top coat and seemed to just wanted to quiet me while I was voicing my concerns. I’d suggest Ivy Nail Spa; but unfortunately, they were closed on December 26. Party Nails, do better for all, be professional, and it cost nothing to be nice!

Andy does a perfect job every single time! My last SNS manicure lasted SIX WEEKS! Beautiful and clean facility as well

The salon is very nice and has a good color collection. I got an SNS manicure by a lady named Ava and my nails are bumpy, I have cuts all over my fingers, and the nails are filed unevenly. On top of all of that it took two hours and the salon wasn’t even that busy! Will not be going back. Possibly one of the worst manicures I’ve ever gotten.

I love this place. Ava did an amazing job fixing the damage another salon recently did to my nails and my bestie got beautiful acrylics done today. Walk in on a Friday and we were still in and out!

Everytime I go to Party Nails Danny does a fantastic job on my nails. I always get sns. When I do a pedicure I always make a appt with Ruby. And I always get the hot stone. She does a great job on my feet. They are always very friendly when I come in. Great place to have your nails and feet done.

Wow after reading these reviews, I just cant believe people would go out of their way to write these very untrue statements about party nails. They are absolutely the BEST PEOPLE AROUND!!!!!!! They welcome everyone and do nothing but go out of their way for their customers. They do amazing work best youll find anywhere else. One thing for sure, I’ve traveled to many places to have SNS done and nothing can compare to Tina’s passion to perfection. I have to disagree with many 2 or 3 star review because i know I have never left disappointed. If your super picky like me and have been around Indian trail to different nail salons, you would know that Party Nails is the CLEANEST, NEATEST and SWEETEST staff you can ever work with. I am team #partynails all day everyday.

Horrible experience. My stepdaughter came in for a full set of acrylics. She complained twice during the appt, the shape was incorrect and acrylic was too thin. They IGNORED her. She texted me, I called them and also complained. I also complained when I got there. I have had acrylics myself for over twenty years and have never seen such shotty work.I called and spoke with the owner. He was rude and disrespectful...telling me to Stop Talking Go ahead...give us a bad review I asked them to please fix the acrylic and I would pay difference to put on gel polish. He first told me they would do it but it would be $25 dollars. I asked him why since gel polish was only an additional $10.00. Come to find out after I pushed....he was charging me to fix the shotty work as well. I was also told unless you get gel polish we dont guarantee the work.What a horrible business practice. There are too many quality nail salons in this area that do guarantee their work to give this place your money. I filed claim with BBB as well. STAY AWAY!

Save yourself the horror and go somewhere else for an ombre pink and white nude and white or whatever any hombre in general the guy was awesome and was honestly a perfectionist when it came to the shape Ive never had my nails such a perfect pretty shape before but I tell you one thing this ombre looks like somebody threw up pink at the bottom of my nails and then just threw some white on there heres your ombre man looks like you dipped your nails in pink polish some of the pink is all the way to the tips of my nails so Im going up the left side so Im going up the right side but its not correctly faded in the guy was confident but I dont think he had ever done this before mind you I went in an hour before they closed I feel that these are the reasons that it didnt come out perfect but the guy that did it was absolutely sweet he was generous and kind kept asking me if I was okay what I thought about it but who is going to DARE tell them that it doesnt look too ombre enough I dont know how to describe itand youre definitely not going to tell somebody thats taking pride in their work and truly trying something new and you can tell he hadnt really done it too many times before he was confident but definitely should have suggested somebody else that is comfortable and confident doing an ombre nailthere is this lady named Anna in there and everybody kept asking for her also she kept walking over and telling him to do it a different way I think there was a kryllyk or gel put on my nails several different times and then filed off or grind it off it took almost two hours I was there after they closedonce again the customer service was spectacular its a very modern place and they offer you drinks or whatever you need water champagne very high-end feeling and looking but I think more specialists need to be put here especially when youre spending $55 for something that isnt what it supposed to be I could have spent 35 and went osomewhere else and probably ended up looking a lot better ombre wise, now if we were basing this review on shape and evenness it would be like 10 Stars plus but I specifically went in asking for a certain style and was not amused by it.

Pretty, new building. Very satisfied with the way pedicure and gel manicure came out but it took forever to be done.That being said, I dont see this nail shop making it without big changes. The atmosphere was stagnant, staff didnt seem very happy, the music didnt help (more on that later). There were only a handful of staff and about four customers.When I came in there was an older gentleman named Danny hanging out by the front, instructed me to sign in and pick out color. By his actions Id assume he is the owner or manager. He was a bit rushy, felt like I was inconveniencing him. He then took up residence in the seats of the customer waiting area, just watching everyone. Bit creepy. Im in the chair, trying to relax, when Danny gets a phone call, apparently from his grandchildren. Cute sounding kids but Im not paying to hear kids One would think hed get up to take the call outside or in the back of the shop but no, that simple courtesy obviously wouldve been too much. I am forced to listen to his fifteen minute conversation ON SPEAKERPHONE.Additionally, if you go in there youd better like listening to Kenny Rogers, George Michaels, and assorted 80s easy listening. No upbeat music from this decade here folks.Whenever you see owners or managers that treat a business as their little lair, youre typically seeing a business destined to fail.

After reading reviews I was so excited to try Party Nails after just moving to the area. It was not what I had hoped for. After a 40 min wait (I was ok with that since we didn’t have an appt) I waited another 20 min soaking in the pelvis chair. The tech did a fair job on my toes. My big toe is still red from the polish she got all over it. The hot stone massage was maybe 3 min at best. I had tips and SNS on my hands. One man started then sent me to obviously a new person. My tips are uneven and it took way too long. I am sadden that I had a poor experience. I dropped $200 for my daughter and I and it definitely was not worth it. Some do seem to know what they are doing and “Andy” seemed nice and knew several regulars but this is not how you will attract new business. We did not receive the same level of customer care as others.

Waited a whole hour for a fill in told me it was 45 mins. A women brought 3kids in they came 20 mins after I did took them first. Finding me another spot. They are good though but taking people before someone not one but 3 smh

I looked for months for a good quality nail salon when I found Party Nails. They are so friendly, professional and experienced at what they do. I have been so happy with them. The staff is incredible. I absolutely love Lena, Araceli and Tina. My nails and eyebrows have never looked better. I get so many compliments on my nails. I will never go anywhere else. This nail salon is awesome and so is the staff. The salon itself is extremely clean and run very professional. I would highly recommend Party Nails. Thank you for always making my nails and eyebrows look beautiful.
