I usually come here if I need my eyebrows done in a hurry going to work. Yesterday it was packed so I couldnt get an idea who was doing wax services. They put me in a back room where I sat for about 30mins before I seen anyone. my brows were arched and I just needed a little clean up. Now I wear glasses so whenever I put my glasses on it takes a second to adjust to being able to see again. I hurry to the car so as not late to work because I didnt expect to be there almost an hour for a simple brow wax service and realize my eyelid, not brow, is on fire. waxing usually doesnt bother me much less BURN really intense. I look in the mirror at work and I AM BEYOND UPSET. One brow is too short at the corner of my eye, both are completely different shapes with one making me look like I am questioning everything, the other had the arch smoothed out and my right EYELID has been ripped. skin peeled off!!! Hoping I dont get an infection due to knowing that wax wasnt changed when I was in there and really upset I paid. I look ridiculous, my face hurts and here it is the next day having to put triple antibiotic ointment on and cant even wear makeup now. 10/10 UNSATISFIED AND WANT TO CRY. WHY DID I PAY TO HAVE THIS DONE?

What I wanted I did not get not to satisfied, I didnt want the foul on my nails but they did anyway.

They have a pretty bad rap, but I went midday on a Tuesday and was seen right away by a male. He was pretty nice and conversational. My fill was pretty good. 4 stars because I don’t like being asked to pay before finishing/painting. Feel like he was implying I would steal or walk out without paying, which I’d never do. Other than that honestly they’re not that bad.

I would NEVER go back!!! Stay away!! Dirty equipment and unprofessional people. I waited an hour for anyone to start my pedicure the water ended up cold. I needed my nails done as well but left without them done because the tech was sitting in front of me on her phone. Gel Polish on my toes was chipped before I even got home.

Worst experience ever! 3 hours 40 minutes for a pedicure! Others came in after me, had a manicure, a pedicure and a wax and left long before I was done! Then they did not even do what I asked and paid for. The lady beside me, getting a pedicure, had basically the same issue! .

I’ve been here many times and usually had decent gel manicures. The last two times I’ve paid for gel manicures only to have them start lifting off the next day! Like not just a chip the entire polish came up in one piece. Complete waste of money. Happened two times and will never go there again.

I like this nail salon. My only suggestion is if you dont want to pay for gel then dont go to them. Gel is all they doing. Other then that nice staff and theyre quick.

Was there for 4 hours with my daughter to get a pedicure I didn’t even get serviced until after my daughter got a full acrylic set and pedicure they left me sitting in that chair for 4 hours and I paid for a chamomile pedicure they skipped first and second step and left cold towels on and out hot wax in my feet they literally left it on so long that the wax hardened to my feet and I got up and left if I could give 0 stars I would.

One of the young ladies had a nasty attitude all because I didnt want to have tips put on my nails. Made a big deal on how my nails would be short and uneven. Thats the whole point of growing them out! Never had an issue with anyone else doing my nails. Some where still long while others were broke off. She manage to make a big deal. I sat and had my nails soaked for absolutely no reason and left my nails a hot mess. She broke one of my nails and made a statement it was going to break anyway. So yeah, I payed nothing for the little BS that went on.

I will NEVER go here to get any services again! I went in for a pedicure and waited an hour before anyone came to start; my feet literally were soaking in water for an hour so the water was getting cold! When the older lady finally came over to check on me she was really unprofessional about doing my pedicure, she kept stopping and then had another lady come over to take over for her! After that woman did my foot scrub the older lady came back and literally didn’t do anything besides paint my toes, there was no leg massage or anything. I asked her for white gel polish on my toes and the paint chipped the very next day. I paid 45.00 for a terrible experience and for terrible work. I would not recommend anyone go there!

My experience was terrible. Jenny was so rude to me. I was a reoccurring customer. She got upset with me because I wanted my nails white tip/almond shape. She yelled at me and said it was going to be ugly and too much white all while calling my baby it. I will never go back again.

They were busy so I had to wait for my mani- pedi. However, once they got to me everything was wonderful! They were patient and did exactly what I wanted. They did an excellent job!

I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks @PRO NAILS in Monroe. I came here on 9/12/20 around 2pm Left around 5:30pm for a full set/powder.Here’s why I gave 1 Star ⭐️———•MY NAILS ARE CROOKED; I spoke to the woman doing them and she said “Its the shape of my nail” ... Never have I ever had a crooked Index AND middle finger (PAID $70)—————•BAD ATTITUDE; I told her exactly what I wanted and if I’m paying you should just do it!... She refused to do dark pink on pink powder although it’s been done before on me & I loved it.——————•WAIT TIME; as y’all can see I was here for 3.5 hours just for a full set.———————•CLEANLINESS; during COVID-19 everyone wants to be safe... THEY REUSE ALL OF THEIR EQUIPMENT & “CLEAN” it by wiping it off no sanitizer, the “screen” in between the customer and nail tech is VERY DIRTY it should be cleaned between each and every customer. If I could give 0 starts I would give this place 0 starts. I went to get a pedicure and the older woman with glasses first used scrub only on one leg, she literally did the bare minimum and painted my nail like a 4 year old would. When I told her very politely how I don’t like how it look because it was just unacceptable, she literally threw a tantrum like a child. Terrible professionalism, terrible service and just a waste of money and time. Just do your nails at home instead of this place. Bad bad bad

Looks nothing like what I asked for

I visited Hollywood nails a few days ago to get an eyebrow wax. Normally I would get them arched at a hair store but theyre not arching eyebrows right now due to Covid-19. I walked in and was immediately seated to get my eyebrows waxed by the older lady that works there. After she was done, I noticed that she whispered to me that it was $10. I gave her a $20, received my $10 change and left. As I was leaving, something told me to look at the prices on the window. Sure enough, an eyebrow wax was NOT $10, It was $8. Now I understand why she whispered it, cause she didnt want anyone to hear her, overcharge me. A couple of days later, I noticed that I had tiny bumps under my left brow and also cut off the tip of my left brow. You can keep the extra $2 you overcharge me, maam. Just know I will not be going back here for any type of service, and I will be sure to let my friends and family know about this as well.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY DID MY NAILS WRONG AND ARE GOING TO HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME I WAS IN THE WRONG! WILL BE LOOKING FOR CORPORATE NUMBER! TERRIBLE SERVICE! WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS !

The color was far from the color I picked out and although I mentioned it to the guy I was told yes well sometimes it’s like that, he had guaranteed me when I expressed my concern that it would be right when he finished. Entire nail is not covered, white of my natural nail is showing at y’all of the edges. He cut one nail shorter than the rest and when was going to leave the rest longer - it was clearly obvious. I do not mind paying to get my nails done and will pay good money for it, but this is a horrible job - bad enough to need to get them redone within the next few days somewhere else. They charged me the full price and made absolutely no effort to correct their mistakes! Unprofessional and rude!

I’ve gone here a few times already and have been super happy with the results each time! Everyone is very nice and gives great recommendations. My nails look so pretty but I still can’t wait to go back again!

The people are EXTREMELY friendly! I skip out on my personal nail tech of 4 years to come and see these lovely people! No more than 35 minutes in the chair and you’re out of there!

First and last time coming here. The older lady with glasses that did my pedicure did not want to be bothered and was getting a massage from the chair when we came in. After she did my pedicure she went right back to her massage. She did a terrible job. It looks like a 3 year old painted my toes. I’m soo disappointed and furious right now. DO NOT BOTHER COMING HERE!!Also, they don’t have the bags that go in the pedicure bowls. So it’s not that’s sanitary to me. Never again.

I dont recommend this place. I got a full set of acrylics. During the filling the lady cut my finger and played it off saying how did that happen? And laughed. By the end of my service my nails were so thick with acrylic it warped the shape of my finger. I tried soaking them off a few days later because I was having pain underneath my finger nail(where the nail and skin meet) and could not get them off. I tried clipping/soaking and nothing worked. I had pieces of acrylics stuck to my nails for a few weeks. In the end my nails were damaged, broken and the cut on my finger from the files didnt heal properly for months. Not worth the time or money.

My 15 year old daughter and my mother in law came in this business to get there nails done. my daughter called me upset saying the lady who really rude to her and told her to never come back. A 15 year old!!!!! While my daughters nails were drying one of them got messed up so she asked the lady if she could redo that one, lady says yes and has her daughter do it. Well in that time that’s when the mother started saying you messed your nail up on purpose we should have charged you extra. Mind you my daughter sat there quite the whole time. Finally my mother in law get done and my daughter had noticed that her thumb nails were 2 different sizes so she kindly went to talk to the lady and show her. The lady sat her down fixed it and said don’t ever come back here you messed up your nails twice for us to fix them for free. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TALK TO YOUR COUSTOMER OR SOMEONES CHILD FOR THAT MATTER!!!

We came today way before closing at 5:40 pm and lady was very rude she was in a white 👗 she said it would be an hour before she could take time to do nails. Other ladies came and she let them go before me cause I was picking out nail polish n we waited still havent got to us after an hour n said it was going to be 2 hours. I will. Not return to this salon. Very bad customer service and very rude 😡 lady even though they were short staffed she still shouldnt had talked to us in such a bad manner. This is not a good place to go if you expect good customer service. Cause I know I will not return period

My grandson came to get his nails done here with my granddaughter. Breaks my heart because they were being extremely rude to him. They treated everyone els with respect except him. I feel like this was more hate towards him because of his sexual orientation. He was gonna pay for the work so he deserved the same respect. Nails that were supposed to be worth $45 dollars turned to $70 they charged him $45 for unfinished nails and went to his regular nail tech to do gel color which was $15 plus the $10 dollar tip he left. Money is not the issue it’s the attitude and disrespect they lost a good customer that always splurges on his nails.

Not once been here an had a bad experience. The staff is extremely nice an helps u anyway they can. They keep my nails feet an eyebrows poppin every 2 weeks. Love all their work

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They were so rude ! Especially the young guy, I went to get a pedicure and the young guy kept look at me up and down smacking his lips. Then he said something to the other employees in a different language and they all turned and looked at me and started laughing . Also my pedicure only lasted 5 days and I got gel color. I’ve never had a bad experience and the staff has always been very friendly. Nails always look great. They are always very busy so they must be doing something right.

I went in the get my nails done with green coloring. During the entire experience the lady kept getting up and walking away. She cut my index finger nails completely off and made all of my nails uneven then attempted to pain them as they were. I told her to make my nails all even and she got my started talking in another language which I speak and walked away and told me to go somewhere else. Now I have crooked nails with no nail polish also it should not take 48 minutes to file and polish nails with gel polish.

I would give negative stars if i could. this place was absolutely horrible. i went with my girlfriend and the lady with the gucci dress and versace mask treated her terrible and acted like she was better then everyone else. my girlfriend was looking at 2 of her nails to see if they were the same and the lady grabbed her hand and said “i’m not perfect so they are not gonna be perfect” very rudely. After that my girlfriend was mad and decided to not get her nails finished there. she told the lady that and still had to pay the $45 for unfinished nails. Then we went to her regular nail tech and got them finished. she wanted to try out a new place and it turned out into a terrible experience. never go here.

Do not go here if you have to be anywhere at a certain time. They take forever and the quality is below average. I skipped my regular place, Serenity Nails, because they had a wait of almost an hour. Plus, I gave the woman a five and asked for change, which I never got. I didnt care, I just wanted to get out of there.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. My sister and I rushed to get there one night and made it there 10 minutes before they closed. They were busy but still welcomed us in and stayed until 11:30 to accommodate everyone. My nails always look great and I have never had anyone be rude to me.

I’ve gone twice and got stiletto nails and both times they’ve been super wonky and all nails go to the right. My mother and aunt also got their nails done. My mother grew her toe nails out to the length she wanted and the lady just cut them off. My aunt turned her head for like 30 seconds and the lady added a design that she didn’t want.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I got a pedicure and my nails painted. They want you to pay IMMEDIATELY. I could have painted my nails better then the girl that had done them, she was younger than the rest. When I sat down the water was boiling hot, the water eventually overflowed onto the floor because the lady who sat me was running around to different people. You could see the different layers of paint she had painted. The girl that did my nails filed them straight across and left the corners sharp.. Then shoved me off to let my nails dry and got her tip bucket and left. Then by accident I hit my nail and messed it up. I had asked a different lady TWICE that was obviously not busy if she could just repaint the nail. She decided to ignore me, walk right past me and collect her money too. As I was paying I asked the lady that checked me out if she could fix it for me she says “oh someone over there fix it” waving for me to move on. I eventually had to jump into a seat for a guy to paint one nail after waiting 10 minutes, probably the best 2 minutes out of the hour and a half I was there. $31 for for a nail job that I could’ve done at home for a lot less. Do not waste your time or money!!

Giving them one star is almost too much. I went in for a simple gel manicure and they were very busy, therefore the gentleman painting my nails was very rushed and it showed in his work. I didnt even get a full manicure like I wanted and I left with almost as much nail polish on my fingers as was on my nails. On top of that my nails looked very bad - I could have done a better job at home on my own.

Negative 100 rating. Literally had to tell the women how to do her job. Couldn’t get the shape I wanted which was regular square, instead she gave me triangle looking nails, after asking her multiple times to fix them she got mad. My nails weren’t even the same shape. She was in hurry and hurt me serval times with her tools. Had to wait 30 mins to get my nail fixed after leaving and noticing that they where still messed up, and still got attitude for their mistakes. I wouldn’t suggest coming here unless you want the poorest nail work around Monroe!😡

Please do not go to this nail salon I’ve gotten my nails done here and due to them not cleaning their utensils good enough my finger is now infected, I literally had my nails on for a week and had to pop them off because my middle finger on my right hand was just hurting really bad I thought the pain will go away if I just took them off but I was wrong the pain only got worse so I took a trip to the E.R just to find out my finger had been infected from this nail salon. Every time I ask for the manager the manger is never there? So I guess I’ll be sending them my hospital bill and my lawsuit 😘

Sat with acetone on my hands for 35 minutes while the tech did other clients and then when she finally came back was in such a hurry that she never spoke to me, and my dip nails are so thick Im not sure they will ever soak off. She never asked if the shape was ok or anything. Was just in a hurry to get to the next client. Cost $45 for the worst nails Ive had anywhere in the US. Oh yea... and that $45 doesnt even include a manicure!

Currently on Antibiotics and visiting my MD! Run Away, don’t just walk by....run 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️very very fast! 😱Beware🥼☠️ They don’t Sterlize the equipment! I observed the technician beside me finish someone’s nails and she proceeded to “rinse” the equipment off in the sink no soap & no autoclave was used..immediately another customer came in and sat down and the tech used the same tools on the new customer. My technician finished my nails 💅🏻☠️and “rinsed” the equipment, as well. I asked her about the autoclave and she suddenly didn’t understand me. The Autoclave was sitting on the corner shelf unplugged. The Health Dept. was contacted. 👾Bacteria & 💩germs, and who knows what else are on those tools. 👎🏽Part 2- I had to tell her to stop cutting the cuticle, she was “clipper happy”. Not to mention the soup 🥣 bowl you soak you hands in..it was not clean, finger prints were all over it, as well as yellow lotion was stick to the outside. 🤮This place was dirty 🤢 and no conversation whatsoever between technicians and customers. They’re cheap because they don’t follow state laws pertaining to cleanliness so they pass that discount and sickness down to you the customer. 0 ✨Stars 0 ZERO.

I get my nails done here all the time, I’ve been coming here ever sense I can remember! I go every 2 weeks to get a fill in. I always get compliments on my nails, they do an amazing job and the staff is always VERY friendly :)

If I could write my review without giving a star I would but I had to give at least one. I took my daughter there for her birthday and we both had a horrible experience. My nails are way to thick and they just did a really crappy job. I will never ever return here. My friend came with me and wanted a simple manicure and the guy with the really crazy hair refused to help her and sat there playing on his phone while my friend got out off on another nail person who already had 2 clients. They have terrible customer service and are very rude to their customers!

My sister and I did not get what we asked for all because the workers were in a hurry and didnt listen. They were giving services that were quick but costly. Its one thing to be fast however customer service must not be part of their culture.

Yesterday I went in to have a manicure done and was seated with a man in cubicle 1. He asked if I wanted acrylic nails or gel nails, I said I only wanted the regular manicure. He then sent me to cubicle 3 with a lady already helping two other customers while he sat playing on his phone she rushed thru all three of her customers. She didnt take old polish off, didnt clean under my nails, didnt clean the cuticle very well and didnt buff 1/2 my fingers. I wont go back because of very poor customer service.

This was my first time coming here, but I am slightly disappointed today. I requested a full set and pedicure. So, I got a full set for my hands, and a pedicure for my toes, but the coat looks so bad on my toes. 😔 Idk, but at least my nails look nice.

Horrible, service was lacking. Waited for a seat for 30+ minutes when they kept accepting other guests that wanted the same thing as me. Rolled eyes when I asked why . Talked crap about how a girl needed to use the restroom, told her to go to belks unless she buy nails. Then walked away when the girl was talking to her. They did my nails too tight. I have been getting mani -pedi here for a while now. The past 3 times Ive left I wasnt happy with the service, but kept giving the benefit of the doubt. Today you lost a loyal customer. After having my skin almost removed in my feet during pedi, I showed them what I wanted, they showed me a color said it was close for gel on nails and regular on toes. When he got nails done I notice my toes were more orange then pink. I wasnt happy, did not care to pay for color change, but before he knew if I was satisfied he moved to the next costumer with wax on my hands. So someone else walked by and took the wax off. So I left came back and sat in back with people starting on people who came in after me. Coming in today was the rest on weather I came back You failed sorry! #Wontbeback. I also called to talks to owner and after he said call back they were busy. He ended up hanging up on me. Maybe if they didnt rush so much with each costumer theyd have people stay with them

They do a horrible job. For one the burned the heck out of my hand with that heat dryer thing. For 2 I asked for a zebra design and they gave me cheetah. They messed up my polish and my sister asked for stiletto nails and they gave her these sharp mountain looking things. When my little sister and her friend got a pedi the minute they walked out their nail polish was coming off and everything.

Im a regular customer there but not anymore because they are so disorganized and dont know how to treat their clients and make them wait for an hour and a half and take other people ahead of me. Never again.

Customer service wasn’t great but my acrylics stayed on for 6 weeks without lifting or breaking, when I get them done at other places they hardly last 2 weeks
