Great service. Easy to pick up and drop off. I was unable to book online until the day after I arrived. Upon arrival the found me a car a say before my reservation started. I even was able to request a different car without an issue. Had to switch to another reservation and make several extension throughout my use of the vehicle. All was easily completed thru a couple friendly phone calls.

BEWARE OF ADDITIONAL $300 “AUTHORIZATION” CHARGE ON TOP OF RENTAL COST IF USING A DEBIT CARD! I BOOKED THROUGH EXPEDIA WHICH DOES MENTION THEY MAY AUTHORIZE A MAXIMUM $200, BUT NOT $300. I RETURNED THE CAR DAYS AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT SEEN MY $300 CREDIT!!

PSA:Read the fine print!!! They charge $10 a gallon if the gas isnt filled up all the way. That was NEVER explained verbally even with all the extra options they try to sell you! Way to rip people off!!! If you had good customer service you would of explained that thoroughly from the get go...seeing as how barely using even 6 gallons of gas the whole time of the rental turned into an extra $70 profit for your company!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Ridiculous!!! It wasnt even for pleasure it was cause our car got hit and was being repaired!!! 👎👎👎

This five star review is entirely because of Gary! I was given some bad information by another employee yesterday and changed my travel plans because of it. When Gary let me know the info she gave me was wrong I became agitated and asked him to call his manager. He handled the situation with such grace and skill. Not only was he extremely competent and knowledgeable in his job is also very friendly in the face of a disgruntled customer. He and his manager were very helpful and were able to find a solution.

They are awesome. I had a issue with other rentals that I had my reservation with and I showed up to them and asked them if I could rent a car right away. I was able to and surprisingly they were cheaper that my pre booked rentals. They are really good, and I highly recommend them. The customer service was excellent too. The lady at the front desk was super nice.

Little Airport but not as small as Florence SC airport

Rude so very rude customer service! I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I used them because I had to stay in MN for 3 weeks for the mayo clinic. As if the situation I was in and the sickness I was going through the horrible people made it 10xs worse! Will NEVER use this company again, Ill walk first!

Only car rental facility that doesn’t offer unlimited miles and tell you about mileage limit after you return car and manager isn’t any help resolving issues make sure you know what all you getting before renting but there are other options in the airport with cheaper prices and unlimited mile

These guys are crooks, avoid at all costs. They will always hit you for a fuel surcharge and Hertz wont help you get it back. I drove just over 50 miles, filled up at the station just off I-20 and got a $25 fuel hit on my bill. CROOKS!!!!!!!!
