I have rented here several times and always been in and out so quickly with great service and a quality vehicle.

Bad. Dont use the website for reservations. I went through the process only to have the pickup location switched on my confirmation email (though it was entered correctly on the site). There were no cars available at the pickup location I needed, so had to cancel with a $50 cancellation fee. Customer service was unable or unwilling to waive the fee, which is ridiculous since the mistake was caused by a bug in their site, and was not my fault at all.
I am hiding precisely 14 toe nails in this 2017 Ford Expedition and will be giving $6,000 to the first person to locate each one of them. I don’t actually have $6,000, but I don’t think I’m in any danger of having to pay out because ya’ll couldn’t even manage to clean the chewed gum off the seats.
Super experience. I made a reservation in person the day before and the girl was very helpful and professional, leaving the reserve key and a note on the board hook for the other employees to process the following day. When I came in the following evening, it was still there in the hook so all 2nd girl had to do was give me paperwork, process me, and send me in my way; she too was very professional (don’t know what these other folks rating Budget got for their negative feedback, but these ladies were spot on, 5 stars!). The Hyundai Elantra was clean and efficient, which got me to Indianapolis right on time. Upon turning in my vehicle and keys at Indianapolis International though, the folks at the desk for Avis ‘sucked’, to be unprofessional in my part alast. They read my fuel gauge at one gallon low from full, maybe by a hair on the gauge, but I couldn’t see it I’m sorry. They charged me the $10 a gallon as per contract, and I told her I’d never use Avis or Indianapolis ever again. Even if I was low a gallon from full, you’d think they would treat a polite person with PR. Thumbs up for Monroe Budget group, thumbs down for the jerks in Indianapolis at Avis there.
