Had my insurance rent me a car while mine was being repaired and had the rental 3weeks, when my car was ready I did as she told me to do when my car was ready, I was told I could leave the car at the dealership I was using for repairs and to have them call her and she would send someone to get it so I left the car and info with the service guy and he said he would call them for me. Well 4 days later I received a call from the service manager and the cars still there and no one will answer and we both have tried calling numerous time with no answer and even called corporate and got no response, mean while Hertz had taken not only the security deposit but made several more unauthorized deductions from my bank account so far totaling over $130 and we turned the car in one day earlier than they charged the insurance for an additional day. The only way to leave a review is to give a star rating and I couldnt so I gave a one but really should be - 1 and i dont see how they have a 5.0 rating if their doing people like this.

I personally feel it’s a better experience than than enterprise but they do pull a soft credit report!
