My wife had a car from there. It was in a wreck and totalled 2 years ago. It has sat at the shop for the entire 2 years without this company lifting a finger to retrieve it. This has prevented my wife from renewing her drivers license. The owner has ignored us and refuses to make it right!

They have a decent selection but PLEASE PLEASE check your warranty if something breaks down. They WILL NOT assist you in paying out of pocket for any repairs even if you go to a reputable repair shop. BTW...they have their own mechanic so just beware....

Honestly they don’t even deserve one star. Their customer service is so poor and unprofessional. The vehicles are raggedy and they lie about the issues with the vehicles. They will promise you to fix the vehicles and give you so many excuses when it actually come down to it. They discuss other customers account while it’s other customers in the office. It’s a reason why it is so easy to get a car from them; I promise you will regret it!

They wont sell you a vehicle out right but you have to buy on payment

I went with my mother to get her a vehicle from them and it has turned into a nightmare. First off shes being charged 14 thousand dollars for a 04 F 150 with a blue book value of under 6000. She get calls from them almost everyday! First they tried to change her due date, then they tried over charging her and now they have shut her truck down for being three days late on her payment. I have heard this happens a lot dealing with them. I had a friend that also had a problem with the price of her vehicle. I advise you to shop around before giving them your money because this place is only good for cash cars. She was told she has a five day grace period before giving the down payment now shes being told there is no grace period but late fee are applied after five days. Sometimes you just cant support your own kind and thats sad.
