Came out for a free quote and received a surprise bill with an inspection fee that was not discussed. Furthermore, they misdiagnosed our HVAC as being out of freon and recommended a new unit. Thankfully we sought a second opinion and another company had our unit running in a matter of minutes. Stay far away from this company!

I have used Love for a new minisplit HVAC installation and maintenance. I made the mistake of briefly going with a corporate company for maintenance. The corporate group quoted me $2000 to repair a part that was still under the manufacturers warranty (for a few hours of labor). It seemed insane, so I reached back out to Love. They quickly did the leg work, ordered the part, and completed the job promptly at about 20% of the quoted price from the big guys!! Honest people and dependable service. I will never call anyone else. Keep up the good work guys!

Love was 4000 cheaper than the other two companys on tv and all the equipment still comes with the 10 year part warranty,great value! 🙂

I had a n emergency when I called Laura was very professional and helpful. She explained due to COVID 19 they had limited staff. I was told she would check on the next day or day after that. To my surprise and delight I received a call a couple hours later saying they were on the way. The crew was very professional and explained about everything they were doing. These guys went above and beyond. Dropped what they were doing to come because I had sewage coming up in the kitchen. The job got difficult for the owner showed up. 4 hours later we were free-flowing. Make your life easy use them

Install quality respectable. Service quality is an insult. Avoid. This company never advised me a better deal was available through Duke. Decent effort on install even if the T-Stat was well above their pay grade. 2 years later, still under warranty, unit failed. Called for service, no answer. After calling several times finally get a response, but not before I had already diagnosed the problem. Love shows up, no parts to fix. Comes back with part that was close. Installed part that was close. Tech didnt bother to check if terminal was grounded against frame or not sdowhen $300 T-Stat went to start unit it fried from dead short created by incompetent technician installing the wrong part.I am now being sent a bill that has no description of services but demands payment.Love A/C is run by incompetent idiots..............

Love has done my HVAC work for years and years. With 38 rental properties plus my house, that is a LOT of work. They have always been responsive, professional, neat and tidy when they come into my house, and so easy to work with. My tenants can simply leave a key for the technician and we can trust that things will be done right with no worries. Yesterday, I met the plumbing crew for several repairs at 4 different apartment units. The plumbers were friendly, efficient, and went out of their way to help with issues that were not even on the work list. Thanks to Linda and Laura who do the scheduling for the HVAC and plumbing teams! They are awesome too!

Never get call backs. Have to stay on them to get the work done. Never on time. No one knows anything about the work that needs to be done. And leaves a mess for you to clean up. I will never use them again!

I am big on customer and 1 of the company vehicles for this company literally almost ran me off of the road and laughed about it. I tried calling the number on the truck multiple times but only received Your Call Can not Be Completed at This Time. No way I would trust this technician in my home or business. Another guy came up to get the license plate number at the stop light. I heard him say he was upset with this vehicle as well.

I used Love Plumbing & Air Conditioning for my commercial building. I was building a brand new building and they came as a recommendation from my grandfather. To my, and my grandfathers, disappointment... this was the worst contractor I had work on my building. The units were installed incorrectly... not one but ALL of them. The unit upstairs leaked on my floors and made them buckle. The wall units downstairs pour water out of the vent whenever they are on. The owners stepson, Keith, even admitted to my GM and I that the drains are lower than the drain pipe so the water has to travel up to drain out the pipe. So since gravity doesn’t allow it to go up to drain from the pipe it comes running out of the vent and down my walls. No telling how much damage has been done inside the walls. It has bubbled the paint on the walls, buckled my floors and ruined many decorative items. They came out on a weekly basis last year “trying” to fix it. Chris Pressley, a salesman for the company, promised they would send someone out to fix the damage to the walls. We havent had anyone show up to fix the damage to the outside of the walls. We had MANY of their techs come out but after Keith, the stepson to the owner Mike, came out, he told me I needed to bypass Chris Pressley and go straight to the owner Mike to get this fixed. He said it will take them cutting into my walls to fix the issue. I finally called Mike after the issue continued and he was very rude. He denied everything and tried to blame everyone but his company who installed them incorrectly. He would not even come out to look at the damage, or the units leaking, that had been done to my building because of his company. I have had other hvac companies look at it and confirm that the drain is installed wrong. So his stepson admitted the drain is the problem and other hvac companies have confirmed it. But Mike doesn’t want to fix the work that his company did incorrectly. I paid him over $44,000 for the work his company did in my building. Do yourself a huge favor and call Dulin Mechanical instead. He does excellent work and is fixing the issues that Mike Love’s company created.
