This was the first time using Pauls air conditioning, and I couldnt be happier. Scott was our technician and he was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our issue and found another problem and fixed them both. He also explained the zones in the house and which thermostats controlled them. Amanda responded very quickly to my email to make an appointment and we had great communication. I will definitely be using Pauls air conditioning in the future. Thank you guys:)

These people are awesome! They came out and repaired my AC and it’s blowing even colder than when we first bought the house last year. They even gave recommendations on how long my AC unit may last which I expected based on the age of the unit. But overall, great experience. Very professional. Will be using them again for my AC needs. Highly recommend!

Pauls Heating & Air installed our HVAC unit and ductwork last year and we could not be happier. The tech was highly professional. Was quoted +/- $89 when scheduled and after all work he did, was expecting bill to be higher. It wasnt and he briefed us on what to watch for on AC performance going forward. Excellent job.

Theyre fastidious in making sure they do it right the first time and making it right if theyre not perfect which is rare for them not to be perfect. They take pride in their work. They want to do a great job and that positive, constructive, productive attitude shows. We recently had to replace an aging AC/Furnace unit (17 years old) and the installation of the new Carrier Performance Series was flawless and efficient. The technicians were focused & diligent making sure to dot every technical i and cross every technical t. Also, even though Carrier can be a bit more expensive than some of the budget brands such as Goodman, Carrier and Pauls Heating & Air stand behind their product and their service. Its all about the installation & maintenance, so, with Pauls Heating & Air you not only get an excellent product in Carrier but you also get consummate professionals who know how to install the equipment properly & maintain it properly so you can get the most out of it for many, many years. If it isnt already obvious, I cant recommend Pauls Heating & Air enough. Its money well-spent — a great value for your hard-earned dollar.

The technician called prior to coming. Super polite and he asked if I needed him to stop at the store to pick up anything for my family. Nope, Im not kidding... Customer service is free, but yet its the hardest thing for some people to give away. Not Pauls, these guys get it. Ill be calling them for service again, but hopefully not soon! Thanks guys!

My seasonal maintenance visit was a few weeks ago. I called today because my system was making too much noise. Scott came out and was very methodical in checking every possibility and solution. He was here for over an hour and I was not charged.This company stands behind their service and go out of their way to make the customer happy.

I had Paul’s Heating and Air come out to inspect a property that I considered purchasing. The inspection was very thorough and was received back in a very timely manner. After purchasing the home, I also purchased some Nest cameras from them and had them install them for me. They are a extremely professional and I will definitely use them again!

I had a routine service done on my AC units to make sure everything is running properly for the hot summer ahead. I have had probably each technician that works there come out to the home at some time or another, as I’ve been a customer for the past 13 years. Every one of them have been extremely courteous and professional. They take the time before and after to explain what work theyre about to preform and what was found or done afterwards. I Highly Recommend Paul’s Heating & Air not just for service but also for installation of new units, as they have done one of those for me as well. Just a great group of men and women to work with.

Paul’s Heating & Air are amazing they came in while we were working got everything fixed and were done before we got home. I have cameras in my house and could see them working very professional. They wore shoe covers, covered my floor and cleaned after it was done. Highly recommend them. Chris and Amanda are beyond professional and friendly.

I called late Wednesday afternoon with what I assumed was a burned out blower in my AC system. They came out Thursday and quickly confirmed my suspicions. They replaced it and had my system back up and running in no time. They were polite, friendly, and professional. They were also reasonably priced and only did the work necessary to get my system back to normal. Id highly recommend!

I’ve used Paul’s Heating & Air twice once when my AC broke and once when my heat broke. The scheduler always answers promptly, is super efficient and gets appointment schedule within the same day or a day out. Both times we had Dustin as our service provider. He was excellent, very knowledgeable and professional. He was even kind enough to humor our 4 year old son and answer his questions. Highly, highly recommend!
