Wax was fine but good luck if anything else goes wrong. No one will reply to your emails or text and there’s no one in charge to speak with. The young lady lied to me when offering to sign me for the membership. The next day, I received an email stating something completely different. I was told that what the young lady told me was an option, but they did not want to comply with what she said. No more replies and no returned text back from the numbers they provide. Horrible customer service once they have your money. They will lie and say anything to get a sell and won’t offer any disclosures or copies of the membership agreement that I didnt sign. Would not recommend to anyone.

The girl made me feel very comfortable, she was very professional. Walked me through step by step. The place is tiny, so dont bring anyone with you unless they are waiting for you outside. FYI... Google maps takes you to the back of the building.

I saw Kaylyn today for my very first sugar wax experience, hands down I enjoyed this experience way more than the typical waxing at the European Wax Center! It was smoother and a faster process without any burning. Kaylyn was knowledgeable and super polite about everything! I will definitely be back, especially since I now signed up for the membership, say goodbye to waxing and hello to sugaring :)

Although it is just a suite, it is super clean and professional and the aesthetician Kai was super wonderful, I definitely recommend her! My hair is no more and the Brazilian she gave me was not as bad as I thought it would be. Super awesome first time experience!

I got my Brazilian wax done by Chaunacy and she did an amazing job! My first wax after shaving typically is pretty painful but the way she did my wax was super painless. She made sure to do the areas the hurt the most first and the barely even hurt as well. She was super nice and made sure take the time to make sure all those stubborn hairs down there were gone. I would definitely be returning for her!!

Kaylyn was amazing! I am so happy I got her as my aesthetician for my very first ever Brazilian wax. I was very nervous because, aside from some FAQs I read on their website, it was daunting to bare myself to a stranger lol its awkward enough when you have to for your gyno. Kaylyn made me feel at ease, comfortable, & kept me distracted with great conversation. It honestly didnt hurt as much as I thought it would. Needless to say, I am now a member & will be coming back every month. 😊❤

I cant recommend this place enough, and its really affordable too. Ive been to fancier more expensive waxing places that didnt make me feel nearly as comfortable. This place is great.

I typically don’t post reviews. However, I wanted to give this place a try. I arrived to my appointment 15 minuets prior. I was originally scheduled at 7:30pm. I wasn’t greeted by the aesthetic tech. I knocked on the door just to get a growl back,”I’ll be a second!”Sat for an extra 20 minuets after my designated appointment time. I understand sugar/waxing takes time. However as a first time customer, I expected some kind of reassurance that I will be serviced shortly after she was done. None of that was provided to me. I probably won’t be back.

Nice place but the texting service that they use instead of calling is terrible. I didnt understand that this location is actually part of a salon complex so I was having trouble finding it. I called the number, then got a text back saying text back if you want to call. Sure, texted back asking for a call. No response... No response for the next text I sent either. I got a reply the next day. Whats the point. I actually had to modify my appointment to something smaller because of it. Everything else is great, but just keep in mind if youre coming to the location for the first time.

Glad I found this new gem so close to home. Thorough and professional as well as clean. I felt relaxed and pampered during my wax. Will definitely be back soon!

I’ve been to the Ahwatukee location twice for a bikini wax. Although both girls that I saw were very nice and made me feel extremely comfortable, both times I went they missed multiple spots on me and I have a red patch on me that has not gone away and is peeling, I’m assuming a layer of skin was taken off. I don’t think I’ll continue going to this location.

First Id like to say, it was my first bikini wax. I didnt cry or leave... it was ok! My aesthetician was Chaunacy and she was great and she explained it prior to starting and followed up during the process...it was just as she said. I also appreciate that when the appt was made I got a follow up text advising to check out the First Timers page and the link with info. It was a good experience and I guess Ill have to go back in 4 weeks to really compare how much easier it can be🌞
