I love this place. I never get my nails done and I decided to go here since I live right by it. They were amazing and so sweet. I didnt know what I wanted or anything and they were so helpful. I ended up.doing the SNS nails.

I am in Mobile evacuated from New Orleans and was long overdue for a mani/pedi.I was staying out in West Mobile and passed this business several times. I called and made an appointment for 10:00.I arrived about 10 minutes early and was directed by o sit in a chair. Unfortunately, I had to wait until about 10:20 before Dolly came.It was worth the wait, though! She was fantastic! My feet and calves never felt so good after a pedicure!The price was comparable to my salon in New Orleans.I highly recommend Spoil Me!

I would like to say this was my first visit with spoil me nails. I had a very beautiful experience. My technician was Annie. Annie was very kind professional and friendly. Most of all very knowledgeable of her job. Cudos

I went there for the first time today and this place really lives up to their name! They have really good prices. I got the basic gel pedicure and my feet are so soft. They are super clean and have a lot of color choices. This is definitely going to be my new nail place

I had never been here before bc I live 30 minutes away but I decided to make the drive bc I’ve had such a hard time finding a place that I like.. I got the VIP pedicure and it was by far the best pedicure I’ve ever had!!! Kelly did such an awesome job!! I will for sure be going back!!!

I made appointments for 3 manicures & 1 pedicure. It was 45 before the manicure s were even started. The young man explained they didnt have enough staff to do what I made the appointments.I doubt seriously I will ever come in this place again.

This is my go to place for nails but I went to get them taken off and cut down and I didnt have an appointment so I didnt go to me usual artist. The lady that did mine was terrible she cut me and completely misshaped my nails and I had to go home and reshape them

I used to love this place. They always were very good and took their time. Mani/pedi and brow wax. Now not so much. They are so rushed and hurried that the gel polish is crooked. The pedi wasn’t even half way done and I won’t even go into the burn on my eye from the HOT wax...

All the techs are great! They have a new points system. Super cool.

Does this place do good nails? 80% of the time, the answer is yes. Are they personable and friendly? 90% of the time no. I spent $80 on a full set with minimal nail art, had to come in twice afterwards to fix various issues (nail popped off, uv topcoat applied unevenly). After the 3rd nail messed up, less than a week after my nails were applied I decided it wasnt worth it to come get it fixed and Im currently soaking them off myself. Take the gamble if you want 🤷🏼‍♀️

Well today is my birthday so I wanted a spa day & SpoilMe did just that. I Loved the pedicure as well as the gel nails 😍😍😍 I enjoyed the refreshing white wine to celebrate my day. This place looks fabulous & the people here know how to treat the customer!!!!!!!!

The only place I go to get my nails done. Everyone is so friendly and the place is always clean. BB is amazing and the only person who has touched my nails in years! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Paid for my nails to be done and while they were beautiful when I left the paint slid off (SLID not chipped! I have never seen that before) in less than an hour. Could you imagine spending all day to have your nails professionally done and you dont even make it down the street and your nails are no longer painted because the paint slid off?! When I returned for a refund, since I had already spent the entire day there and had no more time to spare in their shop, .... the owner said that I could not have a refund only spend more time to get them redone. Not only did I feel her response was inadequate, she was moreover both rude, and extremely unprofessional while communicating. I will NEVER return!

Okay I just got a pedicure and manicure for myself and my two grown daughters and it was excellent service! We enjoyed our experience and felt very welcomed considering we are new to the area, it was a blessing. Thank you for a great experience and the lovely work you did for all three of us! I highly recommend them and I can be picking.

I have been on a quest to find a regular nail salon since moving to Mobile and Im happy to say that I believe I have found it. The prices are reasonable, the technicians are friendly and they do a really good job not only on my nails but also my cuticles. Fair warning that it does get busy on weekends.

Ive been to many salons in the area and this one is the best! Their work is quality, they take their time and dont seem like theyre rushing you, and they do more extras than other salons for the same price.

There just arent enough staff members to take care of all the customers. I was excited about their array of colours; it is impressive. But the chairs are rickety... and if you dont have time for a walk in, you need to just say it bluntly; dont lie to me and make me wait in the chair for 20 minutes until I give up, get up, and walk out... man... I was excited about that sparkly hologram looking pink and purple manicure too... lol

Very busy place, especially on Saturday, we got the SS coating, very nice looking and is supposed to last over a month, the people are very nice although we had to wait quite a while. I would recommend going here.

Love the recent renovation, definitely my favorite salon. I usually get gel nails or sns, and of course a pedicure. Everyone is always nice and accommodating. The owner always has new products/designs, I can always depend on her to help me feel beautiful. Nice to have a salon to go to that actually cares.

This salon never disappoints! The best pedicure in Mobile. They do a full service massage pedicure for the price other salons have for 10-20$ more! I always leave happy.

This is the best place in Mobile for nail services. The staff is very friendly and nice. They engage you as a client unlike some other places that ignore customers and talk around them. I always ask for Hai and his beautiful wife, Annie. These 2 treat me like family. We have great conversations and they both do an amazing job.

Before this Salon got very big they were the probably the best in Mobile. Recently since they started doing SNS, if you dont choose to do that service it seems as though youre kind of thrown to the side. Now that theyve gotten so busy they choose who theySpoil. What drew the line for me was I made an appointment with a nail tech that I wanted to do my nails that always makes me feel great. When I arrive for my appointment 15 minutes early I sat there 15 minutes and then I was approached to tell me that she wasnt coming in. I understand things happen I also am in the beauty industry, I also understand that you cant control your employees but it would have been nice for her to offer me to someone else that would have been happy to do my service instead of waiting till 11:30 after taking off work and I could have been notified prior to my appointment to tell me that she wasnt coming in . I get a particular service done that this business does offer and I do pay for it each time that I come in but I just feel like if you dont do SNS which is pretty much what they want to do then it seems like that they dont want your business anymore. Im truly disappointed I hate that this is happened. It is truly unbearable when you walk in without an appointment you have to wait an hour and a half before anybody ever comes to even start working on you . I really really did enjoy the salon before they grew too much. After going to another salon and seeing how they did my nails and how much time they spent and how great they look. I know now that Ive been rushed out the door as quickly as they could get me out.
