OMG!!! This lady cut my toenail extremely too short and had the nerve to tell me it was my fault because I asked her to cut them down. She proceeded to rant and rave about how she worked hard all her life and tell me to listen, as if she forgot I was a customer. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE, I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO NO ONE!!!!

I have been going here for over 6 yrs. I moved to TX and I fly here to get my pedi and Mani twice a month. love this place Tee does a great job. She gives the best foot & calf massage ever. I fall 😴 every time❣

Good job on nails but wait time too long. Customers are disruptive when disscussung personal conversations on their cell phone. Adds chose too the atmosphere having to listen to customer cell phone conversations while getting serviced.

FIRST OF ALL MY PAINT WAS COMING OFF AFTER ONE DAY & I GOT GEL POLISH! ALSO THE PAINT WAS THICK AND SEEMED OLD IT CHIPPED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! ALSO MY SHAPE WAS HORRIBLE TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE DID MY NAILS AND MY SHAPE IS ALL OFF AND CROOKED I AM SO UPSET I WOULD NOT REFER THIS NAIL SHOP TO ANYONE!!!

It depends on who you get. Some of them do a fantastic job and others will just do you any kind of way. Its really soso. But when you are paying your money, you dont want a soso service.

They completely botched my nails. When I spoke to the manager and showed her my nailsand she agreed that they were messed up and said we can cut them off. Never going back.

The only reason it has two stars versus the one was Tommy. If he didnt have me cracking up, I probably would have given it a one, because it rather deserves it. I went in at 11 AM, and I didnt get out till 2 PM, and all I went in for was a set of acrylics and a pedicure.I got traded between nail tecks, one of the cut the crud out of my cuticles and had me begging her to stop, which didnt get her to stop for more than a few moments. She rushed me the entire time, argued with me over the color I had originally wanted (I just wanted white!), and told me to have the white over coat she was going to charge me an extra 10$. I opted for the clear coat naturally.My massage chair for my pedicure was broken, and I asked literally 5 times to go to a different chair and I was ignored, and she even cut my toe nails unevenly. At the end of it all when it came time to pay, she double ran one of my cards so my bank refused it because I have a theft guard, making me have to leave the store with them in possession of my car keys to go pull cash out of the atm next door.I took out the cash, and she tried to charge me an extra 5 dollars, conveniently forgetting that I already gave it to her the first time she ran my card. I ended up getting 4 3$ fines because of it, embarrassed in front of the salon as she spoke quite loudly about my car being rejected, and generally FUBAR.I will NEVER go again, and I would seriously, seriously advise no one else go either. You wouldnt pay for crap food, yet you have to pay for crap service like that, and full price no less. I swear this place sucked.

Than was excellent..Great prices..Great work!!!....I had my 1st set on 2 weeks ago..was happy..But, Today I went for my fill in...Than did the work..She is EXCELLENT!!!!....love Love LOVE it!!!!!
